Randstad trains all of their recruiting experts to ensure that they understand how to properly place candidates in positions that will benefit on participating parties. Randstad created a relatively easy process as I was looking to identify positions that are of interest. Even though the customer service is superb compared to other employment agencies, there seems to be a disconnect between the staff and employer.
