The system is trying to catch up to Upwork who has been taking marketshare from traditional staffing. **What do you dislike about Randstad Sourceright Freelancer Management System?** Everything I said in the previous question. Randstad is trying to create a me too product playing catch up as talent marketplaces and FMS is stealing marketshare from slow, expensive, traditional staffing. **What problems is Randstad Sourceright Freelancer Management System solving and how is that benefiting you?** Randstad is trying to solve the problem that traditional staffing hasn't changed in 30+ years. Made up of fresh college grads who know nothing about interviewing or hiring, making 100 cold calls a day to get you a butt in a seat for a 75% markup. Staffing is built on slow, legacy systems, with no automation or modern technology that charges an arm and a leg for a poor service that didn't have any competitors until now. Technology is making a big impact and stealing market share away from the incumbents like Randstad. This is their answer and it's a poor one at that. ### 2.
