What do you like best about Ranch Manager Open?

Easy to negotiate the menus, and can easily change things if a mistake is made (kind of like Quicken). I can analyze the information, and print just the information that I want to. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ranch Manager Open?

I like that I can scroll through my herd if I'm looking for background, and it's all right there. So easy to find, and the iPhone apps make our world that much easier when sharing information. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I don't have to pack my "horse bibles" around when looking for information/pedigrees now. My data is easily accessible in one place and it travels with me. Plus, there is a whole host of information I can mark down for each animal. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ranch Manager Open?

The offline use that can be synced with a desktop. Also that I can export to excel Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ranch Manager Open?

Lack of maneuvering for data while in rm. Not having the indexes that we use for performance. Cumbersome to use the pasture side of the app. I’ve had a number of problems syncing with the master of the years. Extra cost to have other devices synced with my account. Performance by weight (I don’t use the financial side) for cows as a running total or even the performance of current calves isn’t available. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Ranch Manager Open?

Relatively inexpensive, does most of what is needed to keep records and is easy to use. Exporting to an excel file for paper work is easy and can be manipulated to suite needs. The transferring of data to the cloud and then to handheld devices is easy. Remote access is easy and mostly accurate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ranch Manager Open?

there are a few quirks that are difficult to resolve like deleting an animal. Seems to be a little bit unstable in that weird bugs appear from time to time. Customer service is difficult to access however, once someone is on the hook to help, the problem gets resolved. Sometimes, when generating working lists, weird reference numbers appear in the list and not helpful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
