"Intuitive Expense Management with Room for Improvement"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ramp?

I really like that Ramp is very user-friendly and intuitive. It always seems to be releasing updates to make the software even more efficient and easier to use, which I greatly appreciate. I also like using the policies feature in Ramp, because it allows setting up automations for certain transactions in specific departments while also controlling spending limits. This is probably the best part of it. Additionally, the intuitive side of it constantly learns from new transactions and tries to make recommendations and automations as much as possible... It's usually pretty spot on. The full implementation of Ramp was pretty seamless and easy for us, which is also very nice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

I would say some of the integration side of it. At times department names and some of the locations tend to get a little bit off. It's because of the way it feeds back to NetSuite. When it comes to recognizing a naming convention for a location, department, or even a vendor with slight differences in the name or verbiage, it could be more intuitive in it's process. "Easy Expense Management and Reimbursements"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Ramp?

As a user, I appreciate how easy it is to manage expenses and reimbursements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

When I’m approving expenses, it’s cumbersome to have to keep resizing the boxes and fields to fit my screen just to see what I need. Every time I switch from one view to another and then go back, I have to adjust everything again. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless Expense Management with Powerful Features"
5/5
What do you like best about Ramp?

I find Ramp extremely easy to use and very, very powerful. I love the accounts payable feature, especially the ability to email a bill to Ramp and have it automatically interpret and get it ready for review and approval, which is amazing. It's fantastic that Ramp is free to use and that they provided us with a credit card. I also discovered a cool feature of uploading bills with a spreadsheet, which has made my life easier. Additionally, I'm really happy with the ability to automate my work and continually find cool things that Ramp offers, like integrating with QuickBooks. The initial setup was not hard at all, and it remains easy to use and update. I really like the way Ramp works with us. Overall, I'm very happy with Ramp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Ramps Is Super Intuitive and Makes Receipt Texting Effortless"
5/5
What do you like best about Ramp?

Ramps is extremely easy to use—super intuitive. And the fact that you can also text your receipts is just chef’s kiss. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

This happened as I'm writing this review. I was filling up some information that was missing and the system went down so all I did I have to redo once the system is back. That's always a bit frustrating. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Expense Management with Minor Speed Bumps"
4/5
What do you like best about Ramp?

I find Ramp pretty intuitive and like that I can create business credit cards for different team members and track their spending. I appreciate the ability to manage different vendors and the whitelisting features, which ensure the credit card is accepted by all the vendors we work with. The platform also offers useful reports that highlight when vendor costs are getting too high or when someone is spending more than they should, allowing us to put controls in place to prevent budget exceedance. The initial setup was pretty simple, involving inviting members and connecting our calendar and email accounts for managing receipts, with the rest being easy to handle. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

The platform is a little bit slow. One of the main issues we faced was when one of our cards got exposed, and we had to replace all our subscriptions. We ended up having to blacklist a vendor, but we're not sure how the card was getting exposed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Expense Management with Powerful AI"
5/5
What do you like best about Ramp?

I really like the AI tools in Ramp. They are pretty good because when I upload a receipt, I just wait a few moments, and then I have an almost-perfect reimbursement request ready to send to my manager. Also, even though I wasn't part of the initial setup team, my impression was that Ramp was very user-friendly and easy to set up. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

The AI tool can be a little slow or buggy. The UI/UX around company credit cards/spend accounts can be confusing. I have a lot of 'event-related' debit-style accounts that I have to scroll through because my team sets up a new account for all travel events. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Easy-to-Use Ramp with Instant AI Invoice Coding and Strong Accounting Integration"
5/5
What do you like best about Ramp?

It has an easy-to-use design, along with accounting integration that works best for us—especially for our month-end activities. I also appreciate the up-to-date features, such as AI. The Speed Performance or RAMP that I liked most is AI that reads and codes Invoices in an instant. With that, the pricing of the platform matches the benefits. Customer Support is also available anytime. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

Ramp is best for startups/SMBs, but struggles with weak multi-entity consolidation vs NetSuite/Sage Intacct. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Efficient Expense Management with Room for Improvement"
4/5
What do you like best about Ramp?

I love the email integrations that Ramp does with the receipts we receive via email. These integrations help me be more efficient because I don't have to manually upload those receipts. As soon as I receive them via email, whether I purchase a product or service, Ramp automatically processes them, which saves me a lot of time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Ramp?

The travel management tool is not so great as I understand that it is managed by a third party. So we've been having some issues and some technical difficulties regarding the travel management part of Ramp. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Easy to use! There are lots of ways to upload receipts. The automation that picks up the details from receipts is great and really saves time. Uploading information usually feels like a time suck, but Ramp makes it super easy. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
