## Ramp Reviews
 ### 1. SMB Made Easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Jered G. | Controller, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 13, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

For employees it brings everyone on to a single user-experience instead of working with many apps (AP, CC's, Reimbursements, Travel). Everyone uses it and everyone loves it.

As someone from Accounting the integrations back to GL and upkeep cost (e.g, maintaining integrations, data issues, customer service, etc.) is significantly less. Having to learn so many apps is stressful.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

The customer service "Chat AI". Ramp should consider finding people who know how to develop one. The current is clearly not AI based. It doesn't ask questions and can't solve much like a real support can.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Single platform, single upkeep, single easy to remember user interface.

**Official Response from Katie Hoag:**

> Hi Jered, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We're happy to hear that Ramp has helped consolidate platforms for you so your finance team and employees don't have to juggle multiple apps. Thank you for sharing feedback about our AI support feature - we're continuously working to improve our AI suppor capabilities to provide a better experience, and your feedback has been shared with our product team to help drive improvements. If there's anything else we can do to support you, don't hesitate to reach out!

Thank you,
Katie

 ### 3. Ramp is an absolute game changer!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sloan S. | Finance Project Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 20, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Ease of use, intuitive, frees up my time as an admin as users are breezing through their transactions real time with minimal assitance from me. We've closed our books 3 days earlier as I am not waiting for users to complete their charges. Really easy to implement and train. In fact I don't even train anymore, just hand out the flyer and users are on it. We use it everyday and it was extremely easy to integrate. Took less than a day.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

I have not found one yet, and plan to Ramp it up with contracts and bill pay in the future!

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Allowing us to close the month sooner and less training, management of users. Ease of use just makes it a breeze for our employees

 ### 4. Love Ramp, great product, easy to use

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

It's really slick, love how easy it makes receipt capturing. We recently transitioned to Netsuite - love how easy the Netsuite integration is and how easy everything syncs over into Netsuite.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

Would be nice if we could link transactions to a specific job (construction industry) and add a PO.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gives us a good way to issue corporate cards, track receipts, and approve purchases and monitor spend.

 ### 5. Time is more productive

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

There are no drawbacks at this time! no drawbacks.

 ### 8. Great move to switch to RAMP!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Religious Institutions | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 30, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Our users love it - they are done once they submit their items. They no longer have to save receipts until the monthly report is due. As the Admin, I love that it integrates and syncs with our accounting software so quickly, it is an immediate benefit for department heads looking at their reporting. I also have set up workflows so that employees only see their relative GL department codes. Our external audit team likes the review processing that happens in the 'background'. The employees' expenses are reviewed and approved by department heads. The initial setup was easy and the online support and call-in support folks are helpful.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

We are relatively new using RAMP, so I am still learning how to access reporting. Statement reconciliations were a challenge at first, but that process is improving. I would like the time a request for an employee card and the time until it is delivered to be quicker.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest benefit is that our users are required to submit receipt picture, GL coding and short memo line, and that there are text and email reminders nudge the user to submit those items. We have much better compliance with this issue. Previously, they would lose receipts because there was such a time delay.

 ### 9. Ramp is a great billing platform and easy-to-use billing software.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Linh V. | Accountant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Ramp is a great billing platform and easy-to-use billing software.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

There is nothing that I dislike about Ramp.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ramp helps our organization solve the problem of finding a great billing platform to use and implement.

 ### 10. Life Saving Platform!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Stacie L. | Executive Administrative Assistant, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I love being able to track expenses in real time. I also, no longer need to constantly request expense reports and receipts.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

I wish there was a feature to send invoices to customers and receive payments.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I no longer need to track down expense reports from company managers.

 ### 11. An Honest Review of Ramp, From Integration to Daily Use

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nick E. | Staff Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 12, 2024

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Ramp automates the AP process tremendously. It allows users to forward bills from their email inbox to Ramp as well as allowing users to upload the bills directly inside of Ramp. Their AI automation reads the bils and fills out most, if not all, of the information on the bill. This obviously saves a ton of time. It also integrates with your email and can match receipts with credit card transactions automatically. We implemented Ramp somewhat recently and it was very streamlined.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

I honestly can not think of downsides of using Ramp. The company I work for did not have any software like this before so the AP process was very manual.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Automating the AP process and credit card expense process. Ramp also syncs to Sage Intacct which makes reconciliations much easier.

**Official Response from Katie Hoag:**

> Hi Nick, thanks for taking the time to leave us a review. We're happy to hear that Ramp Bill Pay has saved you a lot of time by automating your previously manual AP process and that implementation was very streamlined. Also delighted to hear that the sync to Sage Intacct has made reconciliations easier. We appreciate having you as a customer!
Thank you,
Katie

 ### 12. Ramp review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Brian V. | President and Chief Investment Officer, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Convenience, easy of use and integration into our ecosystem of software tools. Integration into our accounting software tools as well which automates our entire accounts payable accounting process. Extremely efficient to use and saves a lot of time.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

Limited options for business travel and lower net cash benfit rebates versus other cards. Also, less partner benefit promotions. However, right now the time savings is the benefit, plus we use the cash back on our spending to lower our monthly credit card bills.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our finance and accounting manager retired and this platform as fulfilled the need of expense management

 ### 13. Ramp Review

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adam B. | Disaster Case Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

It is very intuitive and easy to use. No frills.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

It is pretty straightforward so I don't have any issues.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It makes ordering funds for clients easier, and mileage reimbursement easier for myself.

 ### 14. Very user-friendly, looking forward to some expansion

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kim T. | Controller, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 30, 2024

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

We have approximately 20 employees currently and heavy credit card usage. It has been very easy for everyone to get used to using Ramp, both through the app and the website. LOVE the virtual cards as it has already saved us having to cancel physical cards when there has been suspected fraud (which Ramp notified us of immediately). As the admin, I found it fairly easy to set up custom policies that match our company policies, and approval workflows that work for our organization. We are also using the travel piece and expense reimbursements. With employees in Europe and the ability to reimburse them in their currency, it's really nice. I have called support a few times with questions, and they have always been very friendly and helpful. They always follow up with an email which I like as well. I'm in the system daily and love it. Also, using integration with Sage Intacct, and it works beautifully. Saves me a lot of time, and I was able to set it up myself using the clear instructions Ramp posted.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

The travel portion is lacking some things - only goes through Priceline so that knocks out some airlines (Southwest) and there is no way to book trains (we have employees who take Amtrak from DC to New York fairly regularly). Also can have an employee set up as a delegate for someone else (like an assistant to put their receipts in for them) but would also be nice if the delegate could book travel for their manager.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is helping us coordinate some things that would be trickier with an international organization. Saves time and headaches!

 ### 15. Everything you need....

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ana R. | Accounting Specialist, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 19, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I love how everything you need is right on the site and easy to find. Uploading invoices is a breeze. I use Ramp a few days a week to upload invoices, track employee expenses, and view reports.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

One of the employee cards was compromised and stopped. But we cannot remove it from our account. Would love to remove it, but keep the previous purchases under it.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ramp is helping us see where we can cut spending and how we can get the most out of what we need.

 ### 16. User Friendly tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Investment Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I can see all the information for each transaction and quickly complete what is missing

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

Finding the monthly statement with all the information I need is not easy.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Each employee has a credit card that facilitates their job. They are reminded to complete their transaction which helps Accounting.

 ### 17. Extremely intuitive and easy friendly

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Paz O. | Manager of Operations and Projects, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

It's simple and saves a lot of time. It also makes it very easy to manage tool expenses and understand where we are putting our money.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

Chasing folks to upload all their expense details every month

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The insights dashboard has been a great addition.

 ### 18. Ramp -

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sheila S. | Accounting/Finance Manager, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 28, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

It's been transformative to have our bill pay and corporate card spend in one application. It's easy to set up new cards and not having to logino a separate bill pay application is a true time saver.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

It's a bit disconcerting that not all modules signal activity in the same way. Bill Pay does not give the on-screen indicator of a yellow circle with the number of items requiring attention like you get with the Inbox, My Ramp and Accounting modules.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ramp is helping streamline our accounting by giving us one application that covers corporate card spending, expense reimbursement, and bill pay.

 ### 19. Ramp saves us so much time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mark P. | Controller, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 31, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

No more expense reports & that our team members can get paid directly for reimbursements - & they love that also. I like RAMP so much that I installed it for our church users also.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

I really can't think of a downside or anything that I don't like about RAMP

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our team members don't have to create expense reports that have to be reviewed & entered & paid manually

 ### 20. Just makes life simple and easy!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Nate F. | Area Director, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** April 25, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I love that I can just snap a picture of a receipt and send it in a text. It helps me stay on top of my expenses and is super easy to use.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

If there are downsides, I haven't found them yet.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It saves me a lot of time with managing my expenses and reimbursements.

 ### 21. Great tool for your office.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 18, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

My favorite part of Ramp is how easy it makes the credit card process for our employees and me. We have 12 employees with credit cards and I was responsible for matching their receipts to the statement before Ramp. Ramp has saved me hours of work, I love it.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

The first upload of your account categories is super easy. However, if you need to make changes, add or delete a category you have to upload the whole list again. I would love to see them develop a way to make changes to just one or two categories.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ramp has saved me hours of reconciliation of credit card statements to the receipts.

 ### 22. Streamlined Expense Submission and Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 01, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Streamlined expense submission and management. The workflow and OCR feature does a lot of the work for you

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

Have run into a few bugs with duplicate expenses

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Submitting receipts in a timely and accurate manner

 ### 23. Easypeasy Makes Everything Effortless!

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Software | Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 03, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Easypeasy! The whole process is so simple, and in just a few clicks I'm done!

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

I don't really have anything - that's why I love it!

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's helping me resolve all my expenses

 ### 24. Ramp makes my job easier

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Non-Profit Organization Management | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 16, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I appreciate having the ability to both pay with credit cards, but also pay vendor invoices by check or ACH

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

Some processes are not as intuitive as I would like, but overall everything still functions well

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Not having to have to use my personal credit score for my business, smoothing the process for reviewing purchases, making payments to vendors.

 ### 25. Great finance tool for employees

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Information Technology and Services | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** July 22, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Easy to connect our finance department to make reimbursements for employees easy and organized

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

Not much to complain about. It can be lengthy to set up but works great otherwise

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Expense management for employees across the company organization

 ### 26. Love the ease of use: receipt forwarding, avoiding lengthy expense reporting

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Amanda D. | National Account Executive, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** October 02, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I love how easy it was to set up Ramp and find the app very straightforward. Training from Ramp's account executives greatly boosted my confidence in using all its features. I appreciate how Ramp has eliminated hours of expense reporting by linking expenses directly to trips. Its ability to automatically match receipts to expenses is incredible. I also find the text message feature, which allows me to qualify expenses directly from my phone, extremely useful. The process is faster and more efficient as it handles expenses individually rather than requiring full reports.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

I think the categories can be a little confusing and tricky. Sometimes I struggle understanding what to fill in when it is me and other coworkers attending a dinner on a customer trip where the customer is not present. I struggle a little bit to understand what category to fill in. So I think having more specific categories, with delineations for when it's an internal only or with customer facing and when you are alone by yourself and or have colleagues present with you.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I find the product eliminates hours from my expense reporting process by tying expenses to trips, making it faster and easier to manage business expenses.

 ### 27. Perfectly thought-out workflows to make expense management easy

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** George M. | CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 03, 2024

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I love how wonderfully simple Ramp has made expense management for us. We do a lot of travel in our work, visiting job sites around the country, and we rack up a lot of expenses and paper receipts which normally would totally get lost and forgotten. But Ramp sends a text and reminders for each time a receipt is required, and being able to submit a photo by text has made it super easy for our team to stay on top of getting them submitted. Plus, these expenses get reported in a daily digest which I look at every day to keep an eye on our rate of spend.

Then, when accounting time rolls around, we use the Quickbooks integration which easily imports our transactions into our books. Since Ramp automatically categorizes expenses with pretty good accuracy, it's very easy for us to set up rules and run a few checks before committing those to our books. We used to use spreadsheets for this, so this is a gamechanger.

We also recently started experimenting with using virtual cards to categorize and compartmentalize spending. This has brought a whole world of customization to our awareness. I can't wait to dive deeper into these settings to modernize our spend workflow, which has basically lumped all our transactions together on physical cards.

I wholehartedly recommend Ramp to any company with more than a few expenses per month. It makes tracking those a breeze, and the added accounting discipline made by possible by Ramp's encouragement is a huge help when tax time comes along.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

Ramp has a lot customizability, and sometimes these get lost in menus. There is a search bar which I wish were more prominent and more granular for finding these settings - though it would be amazing if the menus could be fine tuned so that settings could be found organizally.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ramp helps us track the many expenses we generate from business travel which often have paper receipts which are easily forgotten. The simple reminders Ramp provides to employees helps keep up good accounting discipline to get these all in before they are lost.

 ### 28. 1000% Better Than Bank Cards

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Ronald R. | Accounting Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** June 27, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Very easy to use and customize. Cards are extremely durable. Expense coding modifications is phemenonal

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

A few things I would like are still in process of being added by the company.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Close speed at month end. Tracking and approval of travel and expense transactions.

 ### 29. Excellent Resource

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Shannon H. | Operations Director, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Ramp saves time by not having to fill out traditional expense reports, money by spending less time tracking everything and entering it and keeps our team on track with budgeting and receipt collection.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

I wish that it was a little easier to find where your rewards are in your account.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Ramp we spent a lot of time tracking down team members that did not submit receipts, with Ramp we have much less of that. We also spent a lot of time filling out expense reports, submitting them, entering the expenses, etc. Ramp does all of that collection now and we just approve.

**Official Response from Katie Hoag:**

> Hi Shannon, thanks so much for leaving us a review. We're delighted to hear that Ramp is saving you time by eliminating traditional expense reports and receipt chasing! Thank you for your feedback about the ease of finding where rewards are in your account-- I've attached an article below which walks through where to find rewards and how to apply them to various use cases. I hope this helps but please don't hesitate to reach out if you have any other questions.

"You can view your company's earned and redeemed cashback activity in the Company or Insights → Rewards tab → Rewards activity."

Thank you!

 ### 30. I didn't realize how much time and complexity could be saved so easily

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Richard M. | CFO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 23, 2024

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Everything is on auto-pilot. You just buy something with your card and then respond to the text requesting a picture of the receipt and a description--you don't have to save your receipts, scan them later, get way behind on reimbursements and dread doing them or any of that. And then it prompts the accounting person to code it for QuickBooks and then syncs and it just magically shows up in QuickBooks. This also makes the end-of-month credit card reconciliation a non-event because everything is already there.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

I hesitate to say this because it might be possible and I just don't know how to do it --- but we have multiple bank accounts and it would be nice to be able to specify which bank account a specific transaction should get charged to.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Compliance with expense policy. We get way more receipts submitted than we used to, way more timely, and we don't have to chase people around like we used to.

 ### 31. This is so much more than a credit card

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consumer Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Ramp has really streamlined our AP process. it seamlessly integrates with our tech stack and it handles our company card, our billpay via ACH, and our travel. They have put a lot of effort into their user experience and it has allowed us to even stop subscribing to other services that we were using, just because we could use Ramp's interface for all of it.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

I have not had any complaints about Ramp, this is the card to use if you are a startup

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ramp started as just our company credit card, but it has quickly expanded to handle the bulk of our AP operations. It has tons of useful automations that allow us to handle it with minimal staff and time

 ### 32. Ramp has been a great addition

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Kelly K. | Outsourced Controller or CFO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 27, 2024

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

As a consultant to various companies, I am introduced to a types of software and SaaS, however since being introduced to Ramp I have been thoroughly impressed with how it not only operates for us accounting consultants, but also for any company itself. I love the ability it has to reimburse the employee immediately as well as create separate cards for monthly services or for just one vendor and create spending policies too! It is an amazing tool that integrates well with most accounting systems and set-up has been quick and easy each time I do it. I love Ramp and the rebate system is fantastic!!!!

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

There is really only one minor issue I have with Ramp and it is when I am in my Accountant's portal trying to gain access to my own company's information and reporting. I seem to have difficulties finding what I'm looking for and the reports aren't quite

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Combining multiple softwares and applications into one.

 ### 33. A game change for corporate cards and bill pay

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Gabriel F. | COO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 05, 2024

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Ramp has been a huge benefit to our company, making it really easy to administer cards to employees in our distributed team and to code transactions to help make closing accounting a lot easier. Implementation was very easy and there are great integrations with our accounting software. I've been a user for a long time and very impressed with the new features that are being rolled out consistently. Haven't really needed customer support often but they have been very responsive when needed. We use Ramp daily and are very happy with it.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

Downsides for me are not being able to pay international wires in foreign transactions, and some better dashboards for spend over time would help.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ramp is making it easy to manage our company expenses, saving us tons of time.

 ### 34. Best method for handling AP and Expense Management

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Mikail S. | Software Implementation Manager, Enterprise (> 1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 07, 2024

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Ramp is a highly robust AP and expense management system that is also user-friendly, allowing new users to adapt quickly. It supports built-in integrations with leading accounting software, and its open API enables custom reporting as needed.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

I would love a built-in sync dashboard. The Dashboard would display the sync status of AP/Reimbursement and Credit Card transactions that synced or attempted to sync to the accounting system. Downloading the sync reports or clicking into each transaction with a sync error is not ideal for high transaction volume clients.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

All my clients using Ramp are highly satisfied with the product, which leads to a positive implementation experience.

 ### 35. Ramp Is awesome

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Trevor G. | Finance Assistant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 05, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

As the accountant that gets to enter the expenses I am able to do so very quickly and have the ability to lock cards when users do not complete the requirements.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

Can't think of anything right now, it just works!

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

quickly consolidate and enter 50+ user expenses

 ### 36. It's user-friendly, quick, efficient, and eliminates manual tasks.

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Khoi T. | CFO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** May 15, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Seamless integration, user friendly, efficient, and automated approach to expense management. It simplifies expense tracking, eliminates manual process, provide real-time spending controls, offers cash back rewards.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

Finding instructions can sometimes be challenging and customer support is limited.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ramp eliminates manual processes, making expense management more efficient for card users.

 ### 37. Seems to be a good app for expense tracking

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Environmental Services | Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** August 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

The expense tracking and records keeping

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

Cant say i have any complaints. I think it should have an option for RAMP to shut down the cards if pics are not uploaded quickly.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Record Keeping

 ### 38. Less manual work, saves lot of time

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Darshan R. | associate, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 12, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Ramp is a user friendly tool which keeps on updrading often and there are always improvement in feature, this is the best thing about ramp. Can create different reports also can download the statements accordingly. easy upload receipts also can be downloaded but in zip file.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

Sometimes its difficult to export data. Great accounting system.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Great to keep track of my vendors and travel management, can monitor my expenses accordingly. best part is receiving the rewards on my corporate cards.

 ### 39. Best card expense reporting tool

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sharon S. | CFO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 11, 2024

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Ramp is easy to use and works through both a mobile app and desktop. It links directly to my instance of Sage with additional user defined dimensions. Most improtantly, RAMP delivered what they promised. Implementation was a breeze. We get prompt responses from our assigned representative. We have about 100 users and can set up multiple levels of approval.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

I don't really have anything about RAMP I dislike. It is a great tool

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Users are able to instantly submit a copy of the receipt via text message when they use the card. This has taken us from receiving about 5% of receipts to closer to 100%. Users can ask for limit increases, which facilitates the employee in the field, preventing jobs from shut down.

 ### 40. Convenient and smart way to manage expenses

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Regina J. | Co-Founder & CEO, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 06, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

I especially like that I can forward my emailed receipts to Ramp and it will auto-match the charges they see on their end. In addition, I particularly like how fast and easy it is to create virtual credit cards and change their limits.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

I haven't had a bad experience yet on Ramp.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of expenses, issuing virtual credit cards dedicated for specific vendors quickly and easily, fast and easy reimbursements.

 ### 41. Small company Ramp user

**Rating:** 4.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Computer Games | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Our company has been using Ramp for about 1 1/2 years now. In general, our users prefer it over our prior solution and Accounting likes the integration with Sage Intacct, as well as the ability to easily get information downloaded to Excel

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

On the downside, we are a multi entity company, and one charge can not be split between multiple legal entities.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We've issued multiple virtual cards to our users, and Ramp makes this easier than our prior solution, which required a physical card to be issued, and we therefore kept a strict limit on those card issuances.

 ### 42. Time saving, simple to use software.

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Emily P. | Accounts Payable Specialist, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Very easy to navigate, quick customer service, so many useful features.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

As they are trying to improve the system (which is great) the layout does change fairly often but its easy to navigate but I do like consistency.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Having all Credit Card expenses in one place where each cardholder is responsible of uploading their own receipts and their own memos without having to keep track of bank statements and an excel sheet. All the information is in one place.

 ### 43. Ramp for credit card program and employee reimbursements

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Sherri M. | Senior Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** November 25, 2024

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

With Ramp, you don't need to wait for the end of the month to batch, employees can submit expenses/credit card transactions as they happen. This eliminates much of the time crunch that happens at month end with getting employees to submit receipts on a timely basis. Ramp also takes care of reminding employees that if they have missing items. Customer support is wonderful.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

When the statements cut, we only have 2 days to wrap up all transaction, instead of a week or more.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

some of the time crunch at month end

 ### 44. Excellent Customer Service

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** James M. | Office Manager, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** January 29, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Ramp has the ability to safe so much time. Instead of monthly expense report and waiting for receipts, it is done right away. Makes my life easier.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

Haven't found anything that I really dislike. Sometimes receipts get a little blurred.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ramp is saving time and money. I am able to invoice faster because I get the receipts faster.

 ### 45. Best business expense credit card

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Greg L. | Owner, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** March 07, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

By using virtual credit cards I can automate accounting classification while also sharing cards with my employees.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

The lack of credit float sometimes causes cashflow management issues.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Accounting automation as well as purchasing and expense cards for my staff.

 ### 46. Superior Spend Management Platform with a Credit Card

**Rating:** 4.5/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Verified User in Consulting | Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** December 20, 2024

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Previously, we used Amex coupled with separate spend management platforms. We tried Concur but cancelled before implementation was over it was so bad. We used Zoho for a while and it was OK and met our needs reasonably well. Ramp is great since it combines the functions of a corporate credit card with an easy to use expense management platform. Users getting hit with a text as soon as a purchase is made to upload the receipt is a great feature. The team loves it and it increases compliance. Automatic trip detection and bundling of expenses for the trips works surprisingly well.

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

The reporting interfaces are oddly difficult to manage and navigate. We have to pull down certain reports as part of our monthly and quarterly closes and it's always a challenge to remember exactly how to recreate the same export. This could be a bit better. Similarly, as an admin, the nav bar is seemingly comingled between my needs as a user vs my needs as an admin. Separate entrance points depending upon what I need to do would simplify things. I do like the bundling of trip expenses. However, the travel manager lacks a key feature we need before implementing. We need manager approval for trips. Currently, there is no method for a manager to review a team member's travel request apart from just approving the spend. This could be improved but it may meet the needs of others as is.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ramp makes it much easier for us to get the receipts for transactions on our coporate cards. For those outside of the card, employees can get reimbursed super fast. And conversely, they can repay the company fast for erroneous transactions.

 ### 47. A win-win tool for SMBs and their accountants

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Natalya H. | Owner of the CPA firm, Small-Business (50 or fewer emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** September 04, 2024

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Feature-rich platform that enables customized internal controls and policy compliance for SMBs and built-in automation, AI, and Vendor-level rules for accountants. Thank you for recognizing transactions as potential Bill Payments in QBO; we avoided double-booking expenses!

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

Employees can't code their purchases; they need to get bookkeeper status for that. Many purchases need to be split (by Class/Location), and Notes are the only option.

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Ramp saves us time via rules and automation and helps us avoid miscoding transactions. Staying compliant with policies in place regarding receipts - and flagging and reminding about missing receipts - has been a godsend, for both us accountants and the business owners who are able to track and address the issues in real time.

**Official Response from Tony Rios:**

> Hi Natalya, thanks for the love!

We do allow employees to code their purchases on their end. You can do this through your expense policy on Ramp. For more information about how to set this up, check out the URL attached! Your employees will also have the ability to split transactions within the submission form as well.

 ### 48. Easy for managing and approving spend as well as categorizing into your P&L

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Adi D. | Fractional CFO, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

Relatively easy to use
Virtual cards
Spend programs
Ability to match spend to P&L accounts

Our CS / AM is very accessible and responsive

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

Figuring out how to turn off repeat notifications when an invoice back-up for spend is not submitted - many vendors no longer providing it directly

**What problems is Ramp solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Able to create virtual cards for both spend with vendors and T&E (offsite, trip spend) to manage expense and categorize it quickly to the right GL account.

 ### 49. Efficient and growing platform

**Rating:** 5.0/5.0 stars

**Reviewed by:** Robert D. | Sr Accountant, Mid-Market (51-1000 emp.)

**Reviewed Date:** February 10, 2025

**What do you like best about Ramp?**

Love the Billpay platform and ease of issuing spend

**What do you dislike about Ramp?**

Templates and customization for emails and Netsuite syncs can make it difficult at times without being able to Customize

Manual invoice payments and avoids any duplicate payments and wrong bank accounts that would normally be done manually.

 ### 50. RAVING FAN!

Managing receipts and accounting for expenses
