I really like that Ramp makes it easy for me to upload my receipts for my job to review, approve, or deny. Ramp is an easy app to navigate, which makes my experience smooth. I use Ramp for expense reporting, and I can submit my business expenses in real-time without having to create an expense report afterward. I can respond by text to expenses that appear on the card right after a transaction is complete. If needed, I can take a picture of the corresponding receipt, and the transaction is validated without any further action needed. Switching from Concur, I find Ramp faster and easier to use. The tool is great at recognizing the categories of payments, which makes it easy to justify expenses. I like using Ramp for our managers as their company credit cards because it allows us to monitor charges live and control spending by creating budgets. I really like the ability to create different cards for different spends, which lets each person in the company use their card for various things and helps us to monitor and control everyone's spending separately. The ease of tracking expenditures with Ramp in real-time without waiting until the end of the month for reconciliation is also great. Additionally, the initial setup was easy. Ramp is very user-friendly. It allows me to easily keep track of my receipts for company expenses. Most of my receipts are uploaded automatically now, so I don’t have to upload as many manually as I did before. I also receive a notifications whenever a transaction occurs, which is helpful because it ensures I don’t miss recording any transactions. Additionally, I get notified if I still have a transaction that hasn’t been submitted yet. I can also see when my reimbursements have been approved and when they are scheduled to be paid out. At times, Ramp automatically selects the accounts to which transactions are posted, so I need to double-check that the correct account is chosen before submitting. I can't think of anything I dislike too much.
