**What do you like best about Rallyware?**

The tool is very user-friendly and intuitive for salespeople, providing relevant information on how to advance their career path. Regarding technical issues, it has great integration capabilities with other information-sharing platforms, allowing for a robust and customized solution for each company. The support provided by consultants and technicians is highly professional and timely, and they place great importance on follow-up during planning, execution, start-up, and operation.

So far everything Rallyware has is to my liking.

**What problems is Rallyware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It has allowed us to enhance the training of the sales force, as now each user can access it from the comfort of any electronic device. Additionally, it enables us to have precise tracking of progress, which is also reflected in the increase in the digitalization of the sales force that benefits sales indicators and goal achievement.

**What do you like best about Rallyware?**

Rallyware has been an absolute game-changer for our retail partners. Rallyware made it seamless to onboard, train, engage, and enable with daily to-do’s sales associates at scale—something that used to be a huge pain point for years. We chose the platform primarily because of the simplicity of the interface behind which were very robust performance enablement features. Besides that, the analytics are also super insightful, giving us a clear picture of engagement and impact of each and every program.

**What do you dislike about Rallyware?**

Honestly, the platform is incredibly powerful for our retail use case, but there’s a bit of a learning curve at first (took us about 2 weeks to get fully adapted). Also some reporting features could be more intuitive (nothing dealbreaking, just small annoyances).

**What problems is Rallyware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We work with a lot of retail brands and retail store chains, and one of the biggest challenges they face is making sure their sales associates are set for success: they are properly trained, engaged, and aligned with company goals. With the Rallyware integrations we simply connected store associates performance data to their enablement expeiremnce in Rallyware with and thus saw a 26% increase in sales in the first half year among our retail partners. Rallyware has completely streamlined that process. It ensures that the right to-do activity, training or incentive is delivered at the right time, leading to more confident and productive sales teams.

Great company to help manage our e-learning platform for Ambassadors. The team are always on hand to help anytime and are on the ball with taking on feedback and submitting to their product teams.

**What do you dislike about Rallyware?**

There are a few areas where the platform Ralleyware manage for us could be improved, i.e. search functionality, FAQs but hopefully with the new year we will see improvements  on this.

The Ralleyware Team are always open to feedback and we plan to run through our feedback points in the new year covering all things UX! We hope to see concrete actionables from this.

**What do you like best about Rallyware?**

Our experience with RallyWare has been exceptional. The app platform they have developed is truly an invaluable tool for our organization.

Ease of Use:
RallyWare's platform is incredibly user-friendly. The intuitive design and straightforward navigation have significantly enhanced our team's ability to access and utilize learning resources efficiently. This ease of use has fostered greater engagement and improved the overall learning experience.

Ease of Implementation:
Implementation is always smooth and without issue. RallyWare's team stays in communication with us, is very responsive if we have any hiccups and, ensures a seamless transition. Their implementation feels easy, we don't have a whole lot of worries, they are confident but calculated and we know whats happening at every major step.

Customer Support and Liaison Availability:
Rallyware IS their team. The culture and family feel comes through on every zoom and every meeting. You can tell they all work well together, they like eachother, and that comes through in theri support. Our dedicated liaison, Kristin, was available around the clock to address any queries or concerns we had with a recent event. This level of support, where their team worked tirelessly to ensure everything ran smoothly, contributed significantly to the event's success. I could name everything that Kate, or Juli or Nic has done as well, but once you get to know them all, they feel like friends and true business partners.

Ease of Integration:
Integrating RallyWare with our existing systems was straightforward. The platform's compatibility with various tools and technologies allowed for seamless integration, minimizing disruptions and enhancing overall efficiency.

Customizable User Experience:
RallyWare offers a highly customizable user experience, enabling us to tailor the platform to meet our specific needs. This flexibility has allowed us to create a personalized learning environment that aligns perfectly with our organizational goals and objectives. It also allows us to make quick additions as we enhhance our sales strategy month over month.

Anything that I 'dislike' is just that we're all human and wish we could have implementation immediately! In all seriousness, I can't say one bad thing about RallyWare!

**What do you like best about Rallyware?**

The simplicity of the platform is the main attraction. Easily create brand channels, upload videos, utilise the onboard quiz maker to add questions. The customer support is fantastic with both the tech support and the account manager. Both are very easy to get in contact with and super responsive. The dedicated account manager will go above and beyond to ensure your brand sees success in the deployment of brand learning content as well as success in engagement with the content from retailers. Implementation and onboarding was a breeze as well.

**What do you dislike about Rallyware?**

I had a few tech issues with the platform during the first year which lasted a few days but this seems to have been resolved now and the platform is much more stable.

**What problems is Rallyware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rallyware are continually looking at enhancements for their platform and have launched some really great features this year that will make retailer learning  a lot easier to manage from a brand perspective.

In truth, there isn't much I would change about the Rallyware platform. With the latest additions of their CRM and AI Sales Coach, they are a complete sales emnablement platform.

The Rallyware platform has solutions to address sales training and compliance across regions/teams, enable field distributors for better customer acquisition and retention, and streamline communications between corporate teams and the sales forve. In addition, the platform keeps field reps engaged using gamification features like badges and leaderboards, which helps boost field retention. Overall, Rallyware increases sales performance, recruiting, and distributor business building.

**What do you like best about Rallyware?**

THE PLATFORM: The Rallyware Performance Enablement Platform has definitely helped to bring our online educational platform into the 21st century. From the VERY MODERN and CONFIGURABLE INTERFACE, all the different PRACTICAL FEATURES that are available for us to utilize (e.g. creation of different communities to provide targeted education; a metrics dashboard for both us as the Admin users and for the uplines in the company to see how their downlines are doing; being mobile-first, even without the need for the app version; the ease of changing content because it is not html-based, etc.), as well as ease of integration with our systrems, my team is ECSTATIC that we decided to switch to this platform.

THE SERVICE: I cannot say enough GREAT THINGS about Rallyware's Customer Success, Tech and Implementation Team. They have been a joy to work with from Day 1. They are VERY COMPETENT, PROFESSIONAL, CUSTOMER-SERVICE-ORIENTED, ORGANIZED, RESPONSIVE, and everything else that we were hoping for and more in a vendor! The team members that were assigned to work with us are from all over the world (Argentina, US, London, Poland, Ukraine, etc.) and they are all very competent and always have our success in mind. They are definitely experts in the world of Direct Sales and they always give us great advise to help make our content more engaging and effective for our customers. And we love that they always help us find solutions to fit our needs - They never say "No"... It's always, "Let us find out how we can make that work."

OUR KPIs: We launched the Rallyware Platform in September of 2023 using just its main features, and already our engagement numbers have skyrocketed! The bite-sized lessons and ease of access (on the phone) and use of the platform is AMAZING. Our salesforce members are still slowly learning about and using the platform just as we are steadily  migrating the rest of our educational content from our current platform to the Rallyware platform, and we are very excited to see how the  numbers continue to grow, as well as how that affects the bottom line both for our customers, and for us as a company.  

Rallyware is definitely a frontrunner in the Direct Selling space. They  know what they're doing and they are doing it with excellence! They are also constantly working to evolve and innovate their techology.  As we continue to add more content to the platform, we cannot wait to start using a lot more of the features that the platform offers and learn what other exciting improvements the company comes up with.

**What do you dislike about Rallyware?**

It can be a bit expensive to work with Rallyware, but for the very robust platform and the excellent service that they provide, it is truly worth it... I think that would be very helpful if they offered a tiered approach to their pricing based on the features that a company would like to use. 

However, It's only been 3-4 months since we launched the Rallyware platform and we're already receiving a lot of GREAT COMMENTS and feedback from our end users. In the long run, if it serves their needs and helps to make them more knowledgeable about working their business and increasing their sales, then in the long run, it will pay for itself.

Rallyware is helping our company to increase sales force engagement with our educational content to help them be more successful in their business and increase their sales.  The platform is AMAZING in terms of its ease of use, confugurability, mobile-first approach and overall modern look and feel.

**What do you like best about Rallyware?**

It is now a bit more than a year that i work with Rallyware regarding our Nu Skin Learning Center and what I love the most is the Rallyware team ! They are very reactive in terms of reply and uploading the content which is very much appreciated as in Europe and Africa we had so many requests of new content/updates.
They are very accomodating if something needs to be uploaded very fast as long as I am able to inform them in advance.
They are always nice and helpful - they had sometimes to explain me several times how to upload, hide a task etc but they are always explaining it back and with good vibes so thank you for that.
I also love the fact that we can give feedback and they will try the best to put in place what we ask for (ex: currently with change of design etc)

**What do you dislike about Rallyware?**

I think what would be helpful  and great is if we could get like a monthly presentation of the usage of LC for our region. i found the analytic dashboard hard to understand and use.

I think working on excel files is not the easiest (ex: for design, colors of the task) but i understand as we have so many languages

The objective of our Leearning Center is to provide place where our users can get the knwoledge they need for their business and I believe Rallyware is meeting that objective.

Rallyware team is doing great assistance on the learning center matters and also willing proactively provide instructions on the features that I was obviously not so familiar with.

**What do you dislike about Rallyware?**

1. The language setting is not that stable. Sometimes we can see some paragraphs showing in English while the setting is Chinese; however, sometimes the showing of the language is totally normal.

2. Just came back from the About You page. Please kindly note that Taiwan is an independent democratic country, not governed by People's Republic of China in any way and definitely not a province of China. It is really unacceptable and offensive to have us chose "Taiwan, Province of China" in the filter.

Learning Center provides a easy platform to gathering all video and important information that we hope to diliver to our customers.

Rallyware has a great support team for all of our markets. They are constantly collecting needs from the markets and helping them customize the platform to meet specific needs.

**What do you dislike about Rallyware?**

I believe with the existing data, RW could leverage more AI to bring faster solutions. Although there are analytics dashboards, AI could benefit user experience.

**What problems is Rallyware solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Customization and Communication. RW helps our markets deliver the right content to the right people through community segmentation. In addition, through the communication module, it's easier for the corporate teams to communicate with the salesforce.

**What do you like best about Rallyware?**

Rallyware is a platform completely designed to create a great experience for the user. We launched this platform to the Tupperware Brazil sales force, which was made of more than 300 thousand people,  and we are only receiving positive feedback. They are saying how pleasure is to use it, that the platform is addictive because they start consuming the content and can't stop.
Other positive points are that the platform gives to us a lot of possibilities to create different training journeys, we have gamification that allows us to recognize the people, and we have excellent support from them: since to create the programs and integrate the platform into our system, to accompany us weekly and help us with any request. I recommend it to any company that needs to train your people.

**What do you dislike about Rallyware?**

They are always improving the platform, so many of the things we signalized to them, they already developed. For now, there are a few functionalities in the platform that could be improved: the possibility to segment the courses into categories on the home page, because when we start having many courses, it can be a little confusing.  The function of "next contents"  could be only for the same course, because it suggests contents from other courses without explaining that, so it is a little confusing to the user. The possibility of evolving the discussions section to be even more like social media, and the possibility of sharing the badges earned on real social media to attract more people to the platform.

They are always creating more possibilities to personalize the platform with new widgets and allow us to create different experiences according to the user profile. Now they are also evaluating the reports that the users who have a position as leaders can export directly from the platform.

We've been using different learning solutions in the past, but for an organization like ours with multiple agents scattered around the country it's so hard to deliver a personalized learning experience. With Rallyware, our agents receive learning just at the point of need - when the system detects that somebody's performance or engagement is dropping this person gets a personalized nudge or a triggered activity. So smart and so effective!

It might be hard sometimes to navigate through so much learning content on the platform. But I'm very happy to see that the Rallyware team listens to our challenges and is working on updating their content search capabilities.

The thing I like best about Rallyware is their team. Their account and project management team have been great. From Development, through testing, and into launching they were responsive, professional, experience, great at communicating and took the time to follow up.

Currently Rallyware doesn't provide SMS Text Notification. This is a pretty big challenge since a traditional LMS system doesn't pull people back into it and as such, the likelihood that someone will remember to use it, without being told, is decreased. 

If they incorporated texting they could pull people back to the platform to follow through.

I think that Rallyware is a great part of an overall technology suite. However, I don't think it is a one-stop-shop for training. Combining it with a texting and CMS platform through API would make this a much more holistic experience.

We needed a training platform that would give us an ability to provide bite-sized training activities to our field team members, and we had to make sure they are completing those activities. We liked how easy and intuitive Rallyware is to use so that our employees accepted it from the very beginning.

There are a couple of features we're missing but those are very specific to our internal global function. We also had to bring a lot of content from external sources, but that's understandable because we wanted that content reflect on our specific processes. Rallyware has been our go to platform for both onboarding and training.

**What do you dislike about Rallyware?**

There is a lot of flexibility within the program.  But this also means that establishing your flow on the front end is incredibly important.

Rallyware has helped us standardize training and marketing language across a very diverse body of Field Reps.

Excellent customer service along with the platform capabilities, ability to customize lots of components based on our needs

**What do you dislike about Rallyware?**

Interactive tutorial for the management panel would be a plus in case a customer has a group of people running multiple programs

The platform is easy to use and flexible.  The implementation is fast and the team at Rallyware is extremely supportive.

**What do you dislike about Rallyware?**

When we initially launched there was not a mobile platform.  This has since been offered.

Training to a disbursed group of users.

Easy of use and implementation was key. We were able to use the program immediately.

Some small features aren't live yet, but Rallyware has been great at adding them to the road map.
