It allows you to track issue and task within a project. It also team meabers to interact with other team members easly. It has great reporting features that alllow you to track time to realse. The notifications options are limited, and what options there are don't always work. The colleberation features could use a lot of work. Comments can be made with out a lack of notifcations. IT willl also log you out with out notice and bring you back to the dashboard this is problematice if you leave a window open until you finish the ticket. The filter feilds could also use some work as it is hard at a glance to see what filters are applied to your board. THere is no well defined change tracking within the ticket. There are no well defined sprint planing or scrum features that I see with in the softwarel. There is also no easy way that I can see to link to tickets.
