For the most part Rakuten imuser friendly. Everything from creating IOs to segmenting your publisher base is fairly intuitive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Rakuten Advertising? The platform as a whole may be easy to use but it is antiquated. Rakuten definitely abides by the whole, “if it is not broke don’t fix it.” The interface looks like it is from 2005 has not been updated in years. Recommendations to others considering Rakuten Advertising: Make sure that you do your homework. There are plenty of networks and more robus SaaS solutions out there.
