**What do you like best about Rainmakers?**

Typically I spend days on end applying for roles and then end up just getting booted out of the application process by the companies algorithm. Rainmakers takes a different approach where the prospective company applies to interview with you. This saves tons of time and effort on my end. 

Secondly, the team at Rainmakers is absolutely amazing. My recruiter, Kelly Schmidt, went above and beyond to make sure the experience was seamless. I would highly recommend working with her. 

lastly, they provide a platform that candidates can login to and view which employers are interested in interviewing them. Each employer provides a full job discription with benefits and OTE expectations.

**What do you dislike about Rainmakers?**

Honestly nothing really comes to mind here. The only thing that could potentially improve is the 2 week time period that it takes for your profile to go live. With that said, Kelly sent me some roles that I might be interested in during that time so I don't count that against them.

**Recommendations to others considering Rainmakers:**

Go for it! This was the best recruiting experience I've ever had and it puts the power back in the candidates hands. Also request to work with Kelly Schmidt! She's the best!

**What problems is Rainmakers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They shorten the interview process by building out a profile for each candidate that displays professional experience, salary requirements, and other factors that allow companies to skip the initial screening call during the interview process. This saves a lot of time for both parties.

**What do you like best about Rainmakers?**

Rainmakers is a simple to use tool that integrates nicely with our applicant tracking system. Mike Theron has also been an outstanding partner to our business, helping us close and stay connected with their talent pool.

**What do you dislike about Rainmakers?**

I'd love for them to expand their talent pool across Sales to include Account Managers, Customer Success Managers, etc. I know they are already working on this so excited to see this build.

If you need help attracting Account Executives, Rainmakers is for you!

**What problems is Rainmakers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Rainmakers have been a great tool for our Recruiting team to help us funnel Sales talent into our recruiting pipeline. We've had amazing success hiring Account Executives from various levels. We ended our first-year partnership with 6 hires for roles that are traditionally really competitive for our business to fill.

Nothing that I can think of. Everything is super smooth and to the point.

**What do you like best about Rainmakers?**

The UI is very easy to navigate. Mike Theron has been super communicative and helpful throughout the 6 months we've been working with him. The candidates we've hired have done well, the team is happy with the talent pool.

There isn't much I dislike about rainmakers, it's been smooth sailing for us

Rainmakers has made it very easy for us to fill our Sales roles. We've made 10 total hires from Rainmakers and it's been our top source.

**What do you like best about Rainmakers?**

The portal is incredibly easy to use, and the support from the Rainmakers team is incredible. No gimmicky recruiting tactics, really straigtforward value, no BS. They genuinely have your best interests at heart.

**What do you dislike about Rainmakers?**

Because they're newer, some of the companies are a bit younger, but I'm confident that will change as more people realize how easy it is to use and how valuable the overall support experience is.

**What problems is Rainmakers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

More simplified ability to have your resume displayed and receive qualified interview opportunities with trusted companies and all the pertinent information (like compensation) is stated upfront, so confusion and miscommunication are avoided.

**What do you like best about Rainmakers?**

Quick transparent communication. The recruiters are excellent resources and answered all of my questions or concerns in a timely manner. The user interface is clean and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Rainmakers?**

Nothing to report here. They delivered great opportunities and I was able to secure a great job in less than a month. Perhaps the ability to schedule interviews directly through the tool can be something they can look into but not necessary.

**What problems is Rainmakers solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Help connect sales professionals with SaaS companies looking to onboard top talent. I was able to load my profile and expectations and they connected opportunities wich directly aligned.

It would be great if the platform gave the option to list base/quota as 0 for candidates coming from non-tech roles / contractor backgrounds.

Do it, you have nothing to lose and everything to gain.

When considering moving into sales, I struggled with the lengthy application process required for most positions. I was burnt out writing cover letters and tailoring my resume. After learning about Rainmakers, I immediately wanted to try it. A month later, I'd been hosted and hired by a great company I wouldn't have found otherwise in my ideal role!

**What do you like best about Rainmakers?**

I loved the variety of companies that showed interest in me based on my sales achievements, and career experience. Companies bid on the candidates, which also gives you the option to opt in or out! All my conversations with companies were on a different level of connection and interest right out of the get-go, which made it a great experience.

No Dislikes! Kelly and the team were amazing!

With the bidding process and quality companies to choose from, Rainmakers is a huge time saver as well!
