Sometimes I was confused because a lot of it was said in a short period of time.

If you're considering working with RAIN Group, I highly recommend it. The experience was both insightful and practical. The sessions were dynamic, well-structured, and full of real-life sales examples that made the content easy to relate to and apply.

The trainers were knowledgeable and engaging, and the atmosphere encouraged open discussion and sharing. I especially appreciated the focus on actionable strategies and the opportunity to reflect on my own sales approach.

Be prepared for a fast-paced learning environment – a lot of valuable information is shared in a short time, so staying focused is key. Overall, it was a very positive and motivating experience that I believe will have a lasting impact on my professional development.

I spent two days with David. We were a group of about 20 colleagues.
These two days went by very quickly, and it was fun, nice, and a pleasure for me to be there.

What I like best about RAIN Group is that Charlene is taking my natural intuition of connecting with people (Prospects) and helping me with my "why" explanation of why I am of value, why you would want to do business with me.

There is nothing I really dislike about RAIN Group. There is a lot of good information and it is difficult to find the time to implement them into my schedule.

Content makes it easy to follow directions using the tools provided by Rain. Learning how to communicate with todays busy individuals, and making the conversation about the prospect, and their needs to be the most impactful way of helping them achieve their goals.

I have started implementing their practices, over what I previously knew. It has made a huge impact in my day-to-day operations, and conversion to appointments.

I loved how interactive the trainings were and how we were able to use real life examples and use the trainings on clients.

It would have been cool if we had one training in a 1v1 setting with the instructor.

It has completely shifted my focus away from selling the client by telling how great my ocmpany/I am. It allows me to listen to the client and find out why they are taking the meeting and how I can better assist them.

Content & post training on-line courses. The learning after the F2F selling skills training keep the participants engaged. Moreover, I love the flash cards that continually challenge my ability to comprehend and apply.

Yet to discover a downside. I would like a F2F closure meeting at the end of the curriculum.

Seek no further. the RAIN group is "spot on" with their sales content. This statement comes from a previous GM executive (34 years) who has participated in numerous selling seminars...RAIN leads the pack.

Rain sales technic training. Great content & easy to apply at work and everyday events. The facilitator (Karl VanLedtje) extremely knowledgeable and quick to read his audience to modify learnings at their pace.

I did not find anything I disliked. Believe me I looked.  We would have liked to complete our own project, but that was not a dislike.

I completed the online negotiation course by RAIN, which is an entirely self serve course rich with great content and downloadable resources. It fit great into my busy schedule. Its array of resources, from interactive modules to real-world scenarios, provided an engaging and comprehensive learning experience.

The hands-on training, management coaching (Charlene DeCesar is exceptional), and email flashcards.  Value Labs have changed the way we problem-solve across our organization, and the recommended routines have been a game-changer.

I cannot think of one thing!  RAIN is the most memorable training I have ever participated in and will stay with me for my entire career.

Great group sessions reinforced with quality online tools and exercises that ensured we took the required responsibility for our own learning. The reinforcement of the learning through the Rain Mail component has helped to further embed the learnings.

There were no downsides as all training and development investment in me is greatly appreciated. If I had one thing that would have added mor value it would have been a face to face component however I understand ththis was driven by logistical issues in my business.

Neil Wood is the best part of my experience with RAIN Group. His energy, genuine passion for what he does, enthusiastic personality, and ability to make you feel comfortable are all examples of why this was such a pleasant experience.

Long days regardless of training material/instructor, can make it difficult to stay focused. Neil recognized that however and adjusted afternoons accordingly which was much appreciated.

RAIN group has designed a program that helps customers/advisors like our group understand areas of improvement in our day-to-day practice. These areas of improvement include mastering the client discovery process, which leads to a better experience for the client and better overall productivity for us as advisors. Their program helps advisors understand what clients are looking for and what they value, leading to a win for both the client and advisor. Learning things like mastering client events and asking for referrals is a bonus of learning material in their program.

Rain Group has an excellent trainer and facilitator Suzy who continually adapts her approach to the group and engages the audience to be present and get the most out of workshops. **What do you like best about RAIN Group?**

Rain Group delivers a very convenient and efficient course that doesn't take up much of your time during work hours but is packed with just the correct information needed to get up and running into nurturing the right relationship with the client. I like the physical workshops and discussions the most David O'Neill, the facilitator, really preprogrammed our way of thinking with his two-way conversations and case examples.

**What do you dislike about RAIN Group?**

One of the probable drawbacks is that virtual sessions (although helpful) could have been more physical, as I find the physical presence of the RAIN Group Facilitator more effective in a face-to-face set-up, especially with the exercises that were to be done in groups. Technology does fail us from time to time.

**Recommendations to others considering RAIN Group:**

Although there is a saying that you cannot take shortcuts in life, in this case, RAIN group shows you in a more quick, efficient and effective way the proper methods that have been tried and tested and truly work in achieving the desired ROI in Sales and Consultation with Clients.

Rain group helped me reframe and change my way of thinking on how to approach my clients as an invaluable partner with the right SMART insights than a salesman with an end goal of making only a profit.

Rain Group taught me to identify my clients well in advance with the different methods preferred by each of them when communicating and nurturing a relationship that would last longer than the sales cycle's end.

**What do you like best about RAIN Group?**

This program took a lot of real-world hurdles that salespeople see every day and provided a detailed action plan for handling them and getting past objections that can stall the sales process. I enjoyed how each section took different problems and complaints we see in the field often apart and explained why they exist and how to work through them efficiently.

**What do you dislike about RAIN Group?**

Overall I do not have many critiques. The videos were easy to follow, and the forms provided were helpful. I have used them to organize sales calls since. The time it took away from prime selling hours was a sacrifice, but I know it will be worth it in the long run.

**Recommendations to others considering RAIN Group:**

This training is not a "hurry up and check a box" program. If you take time each week to digest the information and put some of the topics from the modules into practice, you will see your process become more organized and methodical. If you try to rush through each week and ignore the new tips from the program, the time spent will not be worth it, and your process will not improve.

Prospecting and getting to know new clients quickly is always an uphill battle. Customers are doing more of their own research now and coming to salespeople with a lot of knowledge. This program helped shape my approach when starting a new project with a new customer and genuinely focusing on showing the value I can bring to their business vs. just discussing the products I sell.

**What do you like best about RAIN Group?**

The platform with lots of videos and PDFs, Sheets and other formats to help yourself in your self-learning journey. Everything is easily accessible, in a literal sense. They also offer you many other languages as a subtitle for your videos. The trainer that we had in person also helped a lot in helping us and giving us feedback to our way of working, without being condescending at all.

**What do you dislike about RAIN Group?**

The pricing is a little bit on the higher side, which is understandable, given the work that was done to build the whole platform. But it might be a little bit hard to afford for smaller companies to educate their worker.

**What problems is RAIN Group solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As a sales person with no prior knowledge about sales and how it works, RAIN Group has helped me to not only believe in myself more, but also to be more knowledgable in, not only the sales process and sales itself, also the whole emotional and human aspect of sales.
I didn't know that it was possible to be human when you're a seller, turns out it is actually all about it!

Unfortunately my english is not 100%  and then I didn´t enjoy 100% , any way it put in my mind , but triggered some points to move on.

I don´t know the Rain Territory, but would be great if we had a training course as this one in Spanish. In Portuguese I understand that woud be complicated.

Understanding the way that we buy, every time we have been taking a decision to buy , but usually we don´t stop and wonder about. In this Traning course I understand the decisions to buy have part of them are rational and part of it emotional. And

I was also emotionally pleased and professionally surprised that the staff of the RAIN Group has taught new and both market and timely methods and techniques. In addition, there is what I consider to be the proper dosage of learning content so that employees can maintain a healthy work-life balance. An additional plus is short distances in coordination, the highest flexibility in personalization per employee and the pronounced intrinsic motivation of RAIN colleagues.

Believe it or not, I have not found any disadvantages in working with RAIN Group. And let's face it: quality has its price.

Yes, there are cheaper coaching agencies on the international market - but this is the big difference between "cheap" and "inexpensive": cheap saves investment costs at first, but in the medium term, it catches up with you again because the results are not there. Inexpensive means that the medium- and long-term effects are significantly higher than the initial investment.

A year ago, we - a large, German, consulting company - established an inside sales division. The challenge for us was to develop both technical and sales skills while at the same time imparting a market- and customer-oriented mindset. While it was relatively easy for us to impart IT knowledge and industry expertise, we were blanketed in terms of mindset and sales skills. Thanks to RAIN Group, we were able to make realistic progress here in a clearly defined period of time, which is not just the usual and short-term motivation boost, but has a lasting effect on the employees.

I really appreciate the RAIN Group learning platform. However, it is sometimes very confusing to use. Unfortunately, you can never see exactly how you are progressing. For example: Viewed lessons and videos can only be seen in the playback window.

I didn't experience any downsides working with RAIN Group.  The duration of our training went very quickly, and often we were short on time during our weekly meetings.
