What do you like best about Rackspace Hosting?

Rackspace email hosting is a premium email hosting program, and also it is affordable. You can access it from any time and everywhere quickly. Therefore, it is very good solituon. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rackspace Hosting?

It is not popular as Gmail or outlook. Therefore, It is not preferred by people all around the world. Hence, I am currently using Outlook and Gmail. But, it will be more useful. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rackspace Hosting solving and how is that benefiting you?

All people can access it from everywhere, and there is a one hundred percent uptime guarantee. It works well, features offered and are cheap. Therefore, it benefits people. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Rackspace Hosting?

Rackspace provides a multipurpose dash to partner companies, which makes navigating complex settings very simple. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Rackspace Hosting?

When searching a particular domain's email account, there are at least two sections titled 'Domain' which are identical in appearance but with entirely different purposes. Very confusing until you've been down that road once or twice. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Rackspace Hosting solving and how is that benefiting you?

Occasionally a client wants to take over management of their email accounts, past and present. We used to have to walk them through painstaking downloads, but now we're able to provide those customers with a time-sensitive link from RS which lets them do so effortlessly. The ease of use for our customers. They can work with Rackspace directly when they change their service with us, and it is easy to do Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have not had any real issues. They had an outage one, but in 7 years, that is understandable. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
