What do you like best about Raapyd Sales Force Automation?

What I like most in Raapyd Sales Force Automation is its friendliness towards users, which enables easy adoption for our team to use. Automation features reduce much of the manual tasks, hence freeing more time for the sales representatives in building relationships and closing deals.

Besides that, it integrates well with lots of other tools we work with, which makes this workflow even smoother. Strong reporting and analytics will enable us to track performance for making decisions. It's a mighty tool that really brought efficiency and productivity into our sales. What do you dislike about Raapyd Sales Force Automation?

I also do not particularly like that with Raapyd Sales Force Automation, some quite advanced features may be quite fiddly to set up without technical support and thus delay the initial process. The interface is generally intuitive, although sometimes it has its quirks that make navigation a bit more frustrating.

I also feel that it can be even more agile and friendly with the mobile application. And last, but not least, the price might not be that competitive against other solutions, which can be one of the considerations for a budget-savvy team. What problems is Raapyd Sales Force Automation solving and how is that benefiting you?

Raapyd Sales Force Automation solved quite a number of the challenges we had earlier with our sales cycle. First, it automates the routine activity of lead tracking and follow-ups. It has reduced manual work at the workplace substantially, and errors are minimal as well. This would enable our sales team to put more effort into strategic activity and engagement with customers.

Second, it gives a 'home' to the information about the customer; the communication for and about the customer is then more efficient and coordinated, and everyone has the same information. As results, it has enabled response times to be faster and enhanced the quality of customer service.

Last but not least, analytics and reporting features truly enable us to understand the performance of our sales so that we may recognize the emerging trends to optimize our strategies.
