The quality of video is not amazing as well. **Recommendations to others considering Qycx Video Conferencing Software:** This web conferencing works well mostly for people on a budget. I use the free version and I am very happy with the features available. It works great on my computer and mobile phone. It is easy to start connecting to my participant. As we grow, I will have no problem upgrading to the paid version. There are a lot more features available. **What do you dislike about Qycx Video Conferencing Software?** Qycx communications seemed to have spotty connection at times. When more than 3 people were on a call it would cut in and out when people would talk and they would have to restart the system. **Recommendations to others considering Qycx Video Conferencing Software:** It's super easy to get a meeting going! Plus it gives me the ability to share my screen and take control of the screen. The video and audio quality have always been good. **What problems is Qycx Video Conferencing Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qycx has a great platform to share your screen and to run a quality meeting. But once we get the hang of it it wasn't hard at all. I have even used it to join presentations via my phone. The audio and video quality have been generally good and I have faced no issues during demonstrations. **What problems is Qycx Video Conferencing Software solving and how is that benefiting you?** Qycx allowed us to carry out online meetings with multiple users and switch seamlessly between listening to different people talk.
