The only thing that would add to the experience for me would be to receive an email notification that someone opened your Qwilr proposal after an opportunity has been closed lost or if you are months into the selling cycle. This would give me a good pulse check to see if the opp has come back to life and the prospect may be interested in revisiting. The flexibility for further customisations in terms of placement of text and alignment would be great. So, I needed a tool that reduces friction in the process. Using the Pipedrive <> Qwilr integration and template creation, this has made it easier. We have demos with people that often have other decision makers involved and Qwilr has made it very simple for us to shrare our demo recordings, product overview, and cost savings calculator with all parties. We also use Qwilr for our contracts which has been great. **What do you dislike about Qwilr?** I would like for the reporting to be better. For example, my weekly reporting will show me how many pages are live this week. However, I'd like to be able to see things like how many pages were created this week, vs the total live on the account this week. Also if you want to see the views from each contract you have to go into the Pages folder and see views vs an overview in the reporting tab. Small things, but would be helpful for my own internal reporting. While there's a learning curve to mastering how to create content and leverage the tool's many features, it's not particularly difficult and I found Qwilr's support team to be outstanding on the few occasions I've needed them. **What do you dislike about Qwilr?** This is super nitpicky, but the only thing I'd like to see improved is some weirdness I've encountered with spacing. Occasionally there are gaps between blocks that feel too big and that can't be minimized, even with the help of support. I quite honestly love the tool and it won't keep me from continuing to use it. **What problems is Qwilr solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our proposals used to be PDFs that were order form-like. They weren't engaging and didn't relay any particularly helpful information about the nature of our business. The economic buyers on the other end of them received no context about who we are and what we're providing in exchange for the fee on the proposal.
