Nothing much to add—it's been a great app so far, and I really like it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Quo?

It's very user friendly, affordable, and solves most of our customer service problems. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

It can be buggy at times, and I wish we could send mass text messages to multiple clients that show up as an individual text. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Emailing code fixed"
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

I really appreciate that I can always look back and track my progress while taking calls. Being able to listen to previous calls and double-check that all the information shared was accurate has made this a very useful tool for me. I find that using it on my computer gives me the best overview of everything. There was a time when I had trouble receiving the code, but an agent helped me resolve the issue within the same day. It was such a relief to come in the next day and find that everything was back to normal! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

The transcript isn't as accurate as I had hoped, but that's what the audio button is for, so I appreciate having that option. Thank you! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quo Transformed Our Team Communication and Productivity"
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

We recently made the switch to Quo, and I can confidently say it has been a significant improvement for our team. From day one, the transition was smooth, and the platform has exceeded expectations in both functionality and ease of use.

One of the features I appreciate most is how all communication is organized within a single thread. This structure makes it incredibly easy to track conversations, follow updates, and clearly see who sent what — eliminating the confusion that often comes with scattered messages or multiple systems.

The ability to instantly listen to recorded calls and view a transcript summary is another standout feature. It not only saves time but also ensures that important details are never missed. This level of transparency and accessibility has strengthened both internal communication and overall efficiency.

Quo’s user interface is intuitive and well-designed, making navigation seamless even for new users. A lot of thought went into creating a platform that supports real-world workflows.

Overall, I am thoroughly impressed and genuinely glad we made the switch. Quo has streamlined our processes, improved team communication, and provided tools that truly enhance productivity. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

There have been times when the system is down and we cannot receive or make calls. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Great product, but pricing is unclear and confusing"
2.5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

Sona is great. Being able to upload a knowledge center document is awesome. I love the app, very ux friendly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

The pricing is very unclear. I thought that I would initially be paying $15-19 a month with texting and AI natively included. Instead, Sona is not a part of the packaging, and there are credits associated with it which makes billing fluctuate. Also, I didn't like the free trial. It didn't feel like a period of time to actually use the software; it was more of a waiting period until my number was ported over. I get that it's marketing & business development, but it felt dishonest. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Effortless and Reliable Platform That Streamlines Daily Work"
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

What I like most about Quo is how easy it is to use and how smoothly everything works. The platform feels very organized, so you always know where to find what you need. It saves me time and makes communication easier. Overall, it’s a very reliable tool for day-to-day work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

There isn’t much to dislike, but sometimes I wish a few features were a bit quicker or more flexible. A couple of small improvements could make the experience even smoother. Nothing major, just small tweaks that would help speed up daily tasks. Overall, it still performs very well. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Essential for Our Business—Seamless Calls, Great Transcriptions, Minor Inactivity Issue"
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

We use Quo every day with our business and at this point I don't think we could work without it! Super easy to get everyone set up through Quo. I appreciate the visual transcription of the audio voicemails so that even when I am unable to answer a client's call I still have a clearly written note to reference their concerns while speaking with them! The ease of use to be able to answer calls from anywhere is such a convenience that I would not trade for anything. Now with the addition of Sona we know our calls are going to be handled seamlessly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

My main issue with Qup is that it automatically sets users to inactive and mutes calls after a certain period. I would prefer if there were an option to indicate that I am still active, even if I am not able to return calls right away. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Game Changer for my Business But App Needs Work"
3.5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

The idea of separating work from personal without having a “work phone” and cellular plan. The auto responses to create work life balance. The ability to internally tag teammates on messages where you need to pass something off or collaborate. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

We are limited by bad service and connections. Right now for weeks I am not getting messages on my desktop app unless I toggle out and back in to my inbox, which is maddening. Software is updated and the app was deleted and re-downloaded and the same issue continues to happen. The problem is time to troubleshoot yet another application vs a phone pretty seamlessly working. I often call through my personal phone because of potential delays and connection issues. Those issues have seemed better lately from a calling standpoint. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Quo has lots of great features, it's easy to use, and has outstanding support—Highly Recommended!"
5/5
What do you like best about Quo?

I really like how you can have multiple phone numbers available to use in an account. Ability to send and receive text messages is great too, and the call flow setup is pleasant and easy to configure. The Sona AI answering and call flow handling voice chat agent is really smart and its knowledge is customization. Quo has reasonable pricing and the support is top-tier. I will be recommending their services to anyone I come across who's looking for some web-based cellphone numbers. Highly recommended, easy to implement, and integrate with their API, and I use multiple of their services and features in my account more than several times daily every day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Quo?

Email support responses sometimes take a while but live chat support is better anyway and responds very quickly to support requests, usually in under 5 minutes in my experiences with reaching out to them for support. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
