Quip has a very intuitive UI that is adaptable to any device such as laptop and smartphone, making it easy to make quick edits at any time. I really like its automatic backup feature for my documents, plus it has a revision history (to easily retrieve any version of a document), and it sends me notifications every time a document is modified. The things that genuinely user friendly for Quip is

4. It can used multiple times a day.

5. The support is quick and responds in seconds

Real-time data sharing with the team. We can create different folders and sub folders to segregate the information. Additionally, we can lock the document and share with everyone or filter out people with whom we want to share the data. On the top of it, you don't need to create files again and again, it can be used and helpful in maintaining data. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The only downside is it crashes if there is more data so idea is to create sub-folders to store information. Addition of some more features could be helpful but if it gonna crash again then team should think of providing more storage space. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
