**What do you like best about Quinyx?**

-It offers very organised and effective services with always reachable and fast customer care support.
-It helps me in my main duties such as;scheduling,booking and reporting vacations,sickness and also my staff punch in and out using this tool.
-Its automation has incredibly helped us reduce labour cost and time spent in scheduling.

**What do you dislike about Quinyx?**

-Nothing negative about this tool.Quinyx has a support line that helps when isssues arise.

**What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

-I have the possibility to have a quick look at the schedules of our over 150 shops and also the payroll process is very fast because of the data we get from the system is updated.
-The dashboards gives me a good overview of what's happening.'My workmates' feature helps me alot in finding my colleagues and contacting  them while 'working today' helps me to see who is at the office.
-The forecast part makes work easier for our store manager to make the schedules and at the same time see how effective the schedules are.

its good to see my collegues work shcedules. It might be easier, if there were some kind of tools that counts all the working hours together per day.

Its not so easy to use on phone, for example to add new shift.

Once I familiarized myself with Quinyx, it has become easier to create schedules, audit and correct errors. The dashboard and visual presentation are easy to navigate.

If I am creating a schedule for one staff for the week, I have to manually input the schedule individually per day.

**What do you like best about Quinyx?**

The app which makes it so easy to add requests for days off/holiday and see when your working at the tap of a button it fantastic. I use Quinyx every day and find it very easy to use and navigate.

**What do you dislike about Quinyx?**

The abiltiy to create a templete to click to generate your most used analytic reports would be a fantastic addition and the only thing that i feel is missing during my day to day use of Quinyx.

**What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quinyx has for sure halfed the time we spend in store planning rotas, holidays, costing weekly/monthly employment. Having the app to request days off as you remember has also cut down on late day off requests making managing my team much simpler.

Web based interface is very clean and intuitive. The service saves me a lot of time and makes managing resource easy and efficent. The app makes access to Quinyx even more accessible which is handy when you need to use it frequently each day. Support is great!

Fantastic support throughout implementation and go live. Our users found this to be our smoothest launch and while it was a massive change, it was so seamless to embed.

**What do you dislike about Quinyx?**

Missing some notifications for available, accepted shifts that would make the user experience better as we're heavy users of shift swap. It would be great to have more communication around this, like 4 hours prior to a shift, a notification that a shift wasn't filled.

Mobile access, secure, has been fantastic. Employees have access to all the information they need and can manage their schedules from wherever they are.

No option to show UK holidays (bank holidays etc) so I have to use two calendars when doing the rota

Quinyx has been transformative for our workforce management needs. From the get-go, the implementation process was easy, thanks to the comprehensive training provided. The platform's user-friendly interface and aesthetically pleasing design ensured that our team quickly adapted to the system. One of the standout features of Quinyx is its seamless integration capabilities. The automatic creation of schedules, real-time monitoring of time and attendance, and the streamlined process of submitting worked hours directly to payroll have significantly enhanced our operational efficiency.

Quinyx has proven to be a versatile tool, catering to the needs of both management and employees. For our partners who don't have access to the managerial side of Quinyx, the system provides an efficient channel for requesting annual leaves and days off. The platform's set of features makes it a comprehensive solution for our workforce management needs - optimising schedules, managing time and attendance, and handling leave requests. Also, due to its ease of use, there wasn’t a need to contact customer support.

**What do you dislike about Quinyx?**

In the beginning, it was hard to use the analytical side of Quinyx. For instance, when creating Excel tables Quinyx didn’t put required data inside the tables. However, that could have been due to the lack of data Quinyx had collected.

Sometimes Quinix logs off partners from the mobile application without a reason and it makes it harder to punch in the shift on time.

**What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quinyx helps us save time on workforce management and employee scheduling. It creates schedules itself taking into account positions, contract hours and availability. If an automatically created schedule needs modification, it takes less than a minute to add changes due to its user-friendly interface. Quinyx has all the information comfortably displayed so when someone requests a day off you can see whether it will overlap with someone’s else day off which makes decision-making easier. Also, this process gives an effective way to communicate as all the approvals are visible to the partners immediately which reduces time on communicating. Quinyx is also great at monitoring time and attendance whenever someone is late it notifies the managers. A major benefit from Quinyx is time efficiency.

**What do you like best about Quinyx?**

I'm using quinix frequently every day.
Filters are a big advantage on quinix, I can create different sorts of filter and save them for later with no need to doing the same process again and again.
Also the way of using quinix, like option to see data daily, weekley, monthly or even more make it very useful. All data on the website is visible and easy to access and ease of implementation and integration.
Due to quinix being so good I neved need to contact customer support.

I found some dificulties with qmail, it not allow to attach files to it.
Also while creating filter the drop down list, when is a bit longer, is not allowing to scroll down, I have to open it again when I get to the bottom, and scroll it to the point I was last adding names.

**What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quinix is solving any of the shedual issues, it is very helpful to maintain legal time gap between shifts. Quinix gives me flexibility to maintain rota and to adjust to the company needs.

Planning rota's on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Great for plannimg and controlling costs. Great for managing holidays/ annual leave

Only real downside is that if a staff member requests a holiday before you have implemnted shifts for them, you have to approve holiday, then delete holiday, add shifts, then put the holiday bsck in and approve

**What do you like best about Quinyx?**

I love how easy it is for staff to see their shifts and can work out their rota. It's good for contracted staff but also for zero hours staff. It's fairly easy to use for managers once you have the correct training.

**What do you dislike about Quinyx?**

You can't link this with your normal calendar on your phone. Also, there are a few features which I've requested the change, however it seems to be a 'one size fits all' approach, rather than Quinyx for leisure, compared to non leisure sites. For example, when approving annual leave, 9 times out of 10, you need to cover for that shift so will need the drop down as 'unnasign' rather than the new update which was 'delete'. There are quite a few little things which could do with being changed for the better and easier use for managers.

I used a scheduling system for my business and found it very helpful and user-friendly. The system is flexible. I would definitely recommend this system to other business owners looking to manage their schedules efficiently.

There is not much to dislike, but an improvement I would like is that Quinyx sends a notification when it's time to punch in and out as a reminder for the employee.

Some rapport's are difficult to understand and get the grip of. For example finding a speciffic leave rapport, or vacation.

Quinyx has made my life at McDonald's easier by handling schedules and improving communication, I'd definitely recommend it to my colleagues. But if it's been more like an extra layer of complicated ketchup, I might be a bit more cautious with my recommendations. So, it really depends on how well Quinyx and I get along in the fast-food hustle.

**What do you dislike about Quinyx?**

uinyx has its quirks, it's not all doom and gloom. The interface might take a bit of getting used to, but once you're familiar, it's manageable. A lot of the upcoming functionalities like staffing, payroll, shifts, etc can be solved by integrating quinyx into our backend.Instead of writing APIs by ourselves, why not reuse what has already been developed? Also they have AI based decision making support like auto-fill shifts, auto assign holidays etc.

**What do you dislike about Quinyx?**

None that I can think of at this point of time.

Not having to rewrite APIs helps cutting down the cost of development. With such easy to use documentations - this is perfect!

There is no undo button after publishing schedule or changing/deleting shifts.

It's able to remember all the rules for a table. It's really nice it helps my count hours, and days in a row, and stuff like that.

we can do a large variety of tasks on Quinyx, I have never experienced any bugs or it breaking, the pages load fast

I think the layout is not intuitive, I have to be shown how to use it by others in my team instead of figuring things out by myself.

My favourite part is attesting all shifts with one click.
Publishing already created schedules for monthly rotas, which saves a lot of time.
Easy to make changes as they occur.

**What do you dislike about Quinyx?**

Too many boxes if it is a bigger team for ex., can be confusing and sometimes mistakes can happen when scheduling the shifts.
Not sure how this can be changed into a more straightforward pattern, rather than having boxes for each team member's shift.

**What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Easy to use system that saves time. If you create base schedules, they can stay on the system for future use, rather than recreating the shift patterns.
Attesting many shifts with one click which saves time if you are sure the scheduled shifts have been attended.
Calculates employees annual leave days and remaining days which keeps tabs for you and saves effort.
Keeps tabs on employees overtime hours that can be easily seen as reminders, rather than going back to days, calendars etc. to check. And making sure employees maintain good work life balance.

Easy to copy and roll out existing schedules. Many functions in the filter that give full control over what you want to see. Good compatibility with Power BI to create statistics. Guidance for scheduling employees the right number of hours in relation to their contract.

**What do you dislike about Quinyx?**

Unnecessarily complicated when scheduling employees who work on multiple responsibilities. Allows handling errors where the time is not linked to the customer. Additional work when our customer changes contracts or changes name, then the entire scheduling has to be redone.

**What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keep track of schedules and customer assignments for 900 employees. Reporting of various types of absence. Ability to share employees between managers.

**What do you like best about Quinyx?**

The inutive interface and automation of many tasks. It is also empowering for our employees to be able to manage their days off, punches & their shifts wih their team workers.

**What do you dislike about Quinyx?**

Some of the terminlogy around agreements doesn't match our organizational lexicon. Could be better "personalized" to our company. Also don't particularly like white text highlighted with colours - hard to read.

**What problems is Quinyx solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quinyx is streamling our scheduling process to help with overall labout efficiences. It is making the process intuitive and speedy. The time it takes to schedule and move shifts around has been cut at least in half.
