**What do you like best about Quidget?**

Very powerful tool and able to respond to our customer inquiry in a timely manner. We tried it at Cainiao and were very satisfied of the demo. I think we need to test it first for a couple weeks to go live. Another good point was the customer service response time which is very important for our business; the representatives are always here for us within minutes.

**What do you dislike about Quidget?**

Well, the price is probably what’s stoping us from moving to the next step as we are still in the benchmark phase to prove that quidget is definitely worth the investment.

**What problems is Quidget solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Responding to customer inquiry about their package tracking ID and any issue related to it.

It is very easy to use and implement. The simple things make it a recommendation on many levels.

It seems to lack on the integration end. Difficulty to cope with Zendesk's systems
