Being able to upload custom consumer verbatims quickly using the custom data upload tool. The upload process only takes a minute or so and organizes the clusters incredibly fast. This saves me a lot of time in my role. The research/trends tool also provides a lot of great insights on what larger online communities care about and are interested in as it relates to a specific market or product category.
