It is a designing tool from Picsart, which I like the most as I have been using Picsart since a long time. I have used this to make logos, write my technical blogs, and make them prettier. Not just that but it also gives you tools to convert document or image types. There are a lot of sites for that, but I get everything from here, and it's free, so its really a plus for me. Picsart Quicktools has quite a lot limitation for advanced edits. to upgrade the premium version, Although it is useful for basic tasks.
