We have done this several times and they have never let us down. The features that are offered are great and pricing is very competitive, even for smaller businesses such as mine that is on a tighter fixed budget. **What do you dislike about QuickSchools?** There really are not any features that I dislike about the system. When we have an issue, all we do is either call or chat and it is fixed. It is awesome at the customer service level that this company delivers. They have helped us tailor our system so that it works for us. **Recommendations to others considering QuickSchools:** The QuickSchools platform is very easy to use and has so many awesome features. We are happy we found this system. We looked for a student managment system that would allow us to replace our outdated methods of tracking students (when we were smaller). By finding this we were able to bring on more students so that we could increase our revenue without increasing staff. **What problems is QuickSchools solving and how is that benefiting you?** We use quick schools to manage payments, and mass message our parents. We also use the system to store documents for each student. This is very helpful. When we began using the system they were still a very young company. The thing that we love about QuickSchools is their willingness to grow with us. If I had to choose one thing to improve upon with would be the ability to make a voice/phone connection with the team more often. Our teachers are all enjoying the organized grade books, and love the easy and comprehensive subcategories available for formulating final grades. Quickschools in general has helped our school be more transparent and gives the students more clarity on teacher expectations. **What do you dislike about QuickSchools?** What we would change in Quickschools is to have report card grades editable once the grades populate, and then have the transcripts created using the final grade that appears in the report card, not from the grade books. **Recommendations to others considering QuickSchools:** After reviewing many different products, and talking to lots of schools, I am confident that quischools delivers the most usable solution for data tracking in a school setting. **What problems is QuickSchools solving and how is that benefiting you?** The principal is greatly enjoying having student's grades available in real time, and when she is talking to a tutor or parent she can easily fill them in on how a student is performing to date. ### 5. The cost is very reasonable and it does almost as much as the more expensive school tracking options. **What do you dislike about QuickSchools?** Fee tracking for parents can be a bit difficult, wish it had easier option to upload school calendar, wish report cards were a little easier to edit and that teachers could add their own comments in their own gradebooks, and attendance is difficult for schools that might have a non-traditional class setup. And each of our institutions has their own grading systems depending on the country where they're based. We conducted a long search before we could finally find a system like QuickSchools. No other software could allow us to manage such a diverse group of students and staff in the way QuickSchools does. **What do you dislike about QuickSchools?** Nothing in particular. But it'd be nice to have some more customization freely available when generating transcripts, reports etc. In addition, as we're universities/collages, we'd appreciate some more college-oriented apps or customizations (exam management for instance). **Recommendations to others considering QuickSchools:** Look no further: it's fast, on the cloud, easy to use, beautiful graphics. For example, we can maintain student records, attendance, grades, report card, etc. The QS team is very responsive and helpful. I have chatted with the support team multiple times, and they have helped me resolve multiple issues I've had. **What do you dislike about QuickSchools?** There are small random things I dislike about Quickschools, that are oversights on their part. For example, discipline records are accessible by all teachers. For the sake of privacy, there should be a way to limit who can access certain data, yet still have it accessible by multiple parties. I also wish we didn't have to pay extra for certain features, such as collecting tuition. Additionally, some things are organized strangely, such as students' classes. There should be an easier way to enroll students in multiple subjects. Report cards should also be more customizable. I also wish they would allow you to standardize the students' data report so that it is compatible with the legal form that must be filled out. **What problems is QuickSchools solving and how is that benefiting you?** Overall, QuickSchools is a great school management software. You can make a judgement for yourself after that. **What problems is QuickSchools solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a teacher and a system administrator, QuickSchools has been easy to use for all users, including students and parents. Limited training is required and the software is always readily available and efficient. This platform offers each user access to service support 24/7 which is its greatest strength. ### 25. I realize there are many like that now, but the old gradebook we used before was a heavy program that bogged the systems down. This pogram is sleek and runs as smooth as silk. The best part is all the areas this includes, including, Student Information / Student Management Teacher Information / Teacher Management Attendance Tracking Online Gradebook Online Homework Assignments & Tracking Report cards Student and Teacher scheduling Admission Management and a parent portal on top of that There are also a ton of apps available to add on to this software such as lunchcount, various lunch forms, teacher attendance, signing in and signing out of students **What do you dislike about QuickSchools?** I dont like that it isnt fully integratable with google classroom. We use google classroom for so much these days and if these two programs were fully integrated that would make everything perfect. **Recommendations to others considering QuickSchools:** Use this software for everything. Explore the apps. There are so many customizations that are very valuable. This will make your school run so much smoother. **What problems is QuickSchools solving and how is that benefiting you?** We were able to keep records for the entire school (basically) in one area. We used this for lunch, staff attendance, student attendance, report cards and progress reports, state and division testing results. Usually when I need to contact a parent, here is where i go for info. Also, this helps to keep attendance with comments. Teacher communication with this isn't as easy. Everyone can see the comments when you log in. I also like the texting feature. We use this so the families don't have to receive plenty of calls throughout the day. We communicate that when the parents' are available they can give us a call back. I don't like the lesson plan feature. I always use my own format. **What do you dislike about QuickSchools?** I dislike that you have to generate report cards separate because it won't always save the grades. You have to go back in and make sure that it'll generate or else you have to go manually. I also dislike having to pick different values for grading. It is very tidy. **Recommendations to others considering QuickSchools:** I think each menu should describe what it does. Like if its the attendance menu, it should say "take roll, view statistics." or if its Admissions, it should say "add a student, currently enrolled, pending app" etc. **What problems is QuickSchools solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like that they show a pie chart with attendance.
