I've mostly worked on web design, documents and video ads/reels - just short-form videos. It doesn't hurt the pocket and works like a charm in getting reviews aligned, annotations work just how they should. It's great for just reviewing projects as well, that's how I first interacted with it, and the ease of using the platform worked to their advantage. It's been under a year and I've introduced so many people to Quick Reviewer with just their reviewing links. Gotta love the integrations they offer as well! Quite the well-rounded reviewing software that gets the job done, and how! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There are little bits here and there that could be so much more. Their updates really do look promising though. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

As a web development company, we often end up taking dozens of screenshots of websites we create for our clients. Although our proofing process is pretty streamlined, it is not perfect, and we often end up missing a comment or two. With Quick Reviewer, the experience has been amazing. Our clients love it, our designers love it, and our developers love it. We can now proof a live website without jumping through hoops to get all the change requests incorporated. The only issue we face is when some clients are reluctant to let us put third party plugins or code onto their site for proofing, but we work around it by placing the site on our servers, proofing it and then pushing the live one to the client's server.

QuickReviewer has colour-coded comments, which makes tracking changes efficient. No other tool comes close to QuickReviewer when it comes to video annotations. It also lets you track changes with it's side by side version control feature. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

QuickReviewer proves remarkably user-friendly and easily shareable with those tasked with reviewing our PDFs. It streamlines the comment and response process, eliminating the need for multiple emails. What's particularly valuable is the capability to annotate and rotate PDF proofs within QuickReviewer, a feature that holds significant importance for us. Furthermore, the comments seamlessly adjust alongside the proof's orientation. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's nothing to dislike about it. it's quite good. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

we were grappling with version control with every tool we used until QuickReviewer came in. We are now proofing and finalizing more designs than ever before. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
QuickReviewer does not work with our in-house project management tool. But I guess that is too much to ask from a mass-market yet world-class proofing tool. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- You can easily leave timestamps and even free draw on the video or use arrows to help explain where on the screen you would like something.
- You can @ping/tag other users within a timestamped comment.
- I love that I can send files to get timestamp comments from people OUTSIDE of my business, like so that a sponsor can review a video before it is published. And they do not even need an account to leave comments.
- You can Mark a video as: Uploaded, In Review, Approved, Pending, or Rejected.
- Cheaper than their competitors. In fact, they let you pay and add unlimited people upload to your Team folder, competitors make you pay PER team member. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Before QuickReviewer switched to AWS, there was many issues, however now that they have switched I have been very happy with the product! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It took us hours or days to complete one review per client. Now, it sometimes takes minutes. This is why we love using Quick Reviewer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
There's nothing much to dislike unless you're nitpicking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

QuickReviewer stays true to its name and lets our clients and team review quickly and easily. We use a production workflow where our design heads must proof and approve each bit that goes out to a client for review. The same cycle continues when we're going live, with new versions being uploaded hourly! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Some of our clients prefer to use an app instead of a web browser. However, with the number of options that QuickReviewer offers, it is not a dealbreaker. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I am a layout designer, and I spent a lot of time creating PDFs from InDesign files to send to internal teams and clients for review. Once we got QuickReviewer, I could access all the functionality within InDesign and see customer/team comments side by side. This helped me find and make changes faster than ever before. I love it. We just started using Adobe Premiere Pro, but there is no support for that in QuickReviewer yet. I was told it’s coming soon. I’m looking forward to that. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
I am a creative lead, and I must approve everything that goes out to our clients. Before we got Quick Reviewer, this meant that every morning I would have a dozen (or two/three dozen) emails that I would go through, understand, put together the various docs, and screenshots in a folder, and give comments per email per the screenshot, then share them back to the team. In short - it was a terrible way to do things. With Quick Reviewer, reviewing various types of media assets is an enjoyable process. I am now done with my review in less than an hour and move on to more creative things. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
