This allows me to look at cash flow, income, or expenses at any given point in the business without having to wait on a bookkeeper to deliver reports at the end of the month or the end of the quarter. Plus, I found the initial setup to be easy. **What do you dislike about QuickBooks Desktop Pro?** I find it a little tricky to categorize certain things or certain types of transactions. One of the best features for me is the direct bank entries into the system, which saves a significant amount of time. With over 1000 bank entries each month, manually doing them would take 8-10 hours, whereas, with QuickBooks Desktop Pro, it brings it down to under 1 hour.
