**What do you like best about QuickBooks Time?**

That it is easy, accurate and the reports are simple and accessable. 

**What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?**

Nothing as of yet. Everything has been easy, the few questions we did have we were able to get answered monetarily though customer support.

**What problems is QuickBooks Time solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Keeping track of regular, overtime and vacation hours. They are all right there and accessable. Easy to log in and know what you are able to claim.

Employees log in and out daily, and hours are available for approval when I am ready to run payroll versus having to track down employees that before regularly forgot to submit their time.

**What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?**

No particular downsides.  TSheets has become so popular that it is time-consuming to reach a C.S. rep via chat quickly.

Good product.

Hours are available when I am ready to run payroll, and it is pretty user friendly.  Loved the gal I worked with to set up our company.

The freedom of punching in and taking breaks simply with a cell phone.

**What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?**

It won’t let you punch in when you want time wise. It adds or shaves off time depending what time you punch in.

You have complete control over punching in and out including breaks. Submitting hours is very easy as well.

I love that you can quickly enter your time for an entire week. You have the option to leave the entry box open between entries so that you do not need to restart each entry.

**What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?**

I don’t like how the AM and PM boxes do not automatically change as you add entries.

TSheets is much quicker and more efficient that other time tracking programs that our company previously used.

I like that you can see when other colleagues are online and the fact that there are different colors to indicate it is easily seen as a glance. I also like that clocking in and clocking out is VERY straight forward. My old experiences with other companies is that we need to clock in and clock out and then clock into break just to clock out of break. but with this, this makes it a lot more easier.

I dont ik ethat the interface looks like its from the early 2000s

I had a hard time seeing my break times but it was resolved on the admin side

Super user friendly app.  All of my users love it, zero complaints from them!

Not quite as many options for various timekeeping configs such as comprise and commissions as other software I’ve used.

**Recommendations to others considering QuickBooks Time:**

If you need an app that anybody can use this is it!  There’s no end to the ways you can use it.  I have one user that refuses to use a smartphone or send txt messages.  No problem!  I simply set up an amazon button that he clicks to punch in or out. 

**What problems is QuickBooks Time solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Needed a better mobile app for timekeeping, needed something with an api to integrate with our erp.  Super easy to integrate!

The reason i started using TSheets is because the platform is #1 user friendly so i could get employees of all ages familiar with the app and #2 we can access our account from anywhere!

I had a hard time with the first app update. Had to restart my phone but no problems since!

Guve it a decent 1 week try. Easy to use and take it with you everywhere you go. Even traveling.

I am able to maximize my time managment because i have access to jobs scheduled 24/7.

I love the ease of using Tsheets.  It’s so helpful to record how I spend my time working on my accounting clients.  I love that it syncs approved time records with QuickBooks as this allows me to easily Bill the customer and generate an invoice.

**What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?**

Sometimes I forget to log off Tsheets.  It would be helpful if it could alert you to unusual activity on your time record (I.e. hours and hours on one client).

**What problems is QuickBooks Time solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Tsheets makes it easier to record time and then bill my clients via the effortless sync with QuickBooks.

I like that you can copy your previous week's codes for the next week. You can also copy your entire previous week's time card as well. It's helpful when you're doing the same thing for weeks. 

**What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?**

I would rather save at the end of the month or have some flexibility in how often I save my timecard.

**Recommendations to others considering QuickBooks Time:**

I find it fairly easy to use overall. And I like the ability to send one month's time in bulk, however there are definitely quality of life features it could add such as flexibility in saving your time etc. Overall it is a solid product and helpful to companies who may need the versatility it provides. 

**What problems is QuickBooks Time solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It's a time-recording tool my company uses to help with payroll. We have it tracked to some of our government contracts as well and Tsheets helps record the codes we need to use.

I like that you can change the clock in real-time, or add and edit time later. It’s good to track which project was worked on. 

**What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?**

I dislike that this programs tends to work in 15 minute increments. If i work on something for 5 minutes, it clicks it as 15. Over time, this skews my tracking for individual projects.

I’ve been able to see an overview of hours works, and have been able to change project scopes based on this data.

This is one among the best time management applications, We can track the working time and the break time separately, that's the nice part in it.

**What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?**

There is no option to auto-start and stop option in this application which is quite disappointing and also the pricing for the mid-range company is a big higher

There is some need to improve the application, also a few more options has to be added to this application to be the best among all.

**What do you like best about QuickBooks Time?**

I like Tsheets because it's easy to access on the computer and the phone app.  A Lot of times phone apps will crash or have issues syncing with desktop apps, but this one has no issues at all. I like how it tracks your location. You can also customize it per project so you can see how many hours you put into it. I don't always do it, but I like to export my timesheets just for information sake. 

**What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?**

I can't find much I don't like about tsheets, except if you have it running on your computer it automatically opens the app on your phone, and if you clock out  on your computer, you have to wait until it logs you out or else the app on your phone will keep running. 

**Recommendations to others considering QuickBooks Time:**

If anybody is wondering if to go with tsheets, I say try it and you will like it! You won't be disappointed! 

**What problems is QuickBooks Time solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I think it makes everyone more aware of their time and how its used. Definitely for me, I find it a very useful tool. And again, the app is wonderful because the previous system we had was clunky and sometimes when I was "Mobile" it was hard to log in to track my time. This one takes about 15 seconds to clock in.

**What do you like best about QuickBooks Time?**

This plugs right into our payroll system, and it makes it super easy for our hourly staff to keep track of their time. The interface is easy to use, and it is easy to keep track of exactly how long hourly employees are working so that we can accurately pay them. The integration with Gusto, our payroll software, was super simple as well, which was great for setting up as we made the transition from all salaried employees to having several hourly employees. 

**What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?**

It would be nice if there was a more robust scheduling feature, as not all of our employees have set schedules and it would be nice to have more flexibility in setting work hours. There was a bit of a learning curve in setting up multiple employees and the supervisory chains, but that gets easier one the initial set up is done. It would be great if there were more built in tutorial options for this as you're going through the set up process. 

**Recommendations to others considering QuickBooks Time:**

If you use a payroll software like Gusto, TSheets integrates into it super easily and seamlessly, and it makes the transition to having hourly employees come on board go much more smoothly. We previously only had salary employees, and implementing TSheets allowed us to track our few hour employees really easily without having to change our payroll cycle and without having an effect on the existing salaried employees. 

**What problems is QuickBooks Time solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We only have a few employees that are hourly, so this allows us to keep track of their hours easily without having to overhaul their payroll. It's also easy to go back and correct hours and time if an employee does not log in correctly or if they forget to log in in the first place for their shift. Being able to easily edit the time sheets is great and makes the hours much more accurate.

**What do you like best about QuickBooks Time?**

I like that you can clock in using TSheets with just the click of a button. I also like that if I forget to clock in and need to go back to do it, I can do it pretty quickly and just adjust the time to reflect the correct amount of hours worked. 

**What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?**

I dislike the clocking out for lunch feature. I am very bad about remembering to clock out for lunch and very often I will clock out late and then have to go back in to adjust it. Although it is possible to adjust, I then need to adjust the number of hours worked and then go in and adjust my lunch. If I just try to change the lunch, it won't let me because the hours end up overlapping. I wish that there was a way that instead of having the hours overlap, it would just replace the time and have it count as lunch break INSTEAD of hours worked if that is what I was trying to override. 

**Recommendations to others considering QuickBooks Time:**

If you are looking for an easy way for your company to keep track of your employees time sheets and what they are doing throughout the day then I definitely think that this would help you! It is easy to use and convenient because it is right on their phone. 

**What problems is QuickBooks Time solving and how is that benefiting you?**

TSheets solves the business problem of having a physical place where we have to clock in. It is convenient because nearly everyone already has a phone and therefore can easily download the app and have it on them. A place that I worked previously had a physical wall mounted area where you had to type in an employee number to "punch in" and then keep track of what you did throughout the day on a sheet of notes. It was very inconvenient and this works much better.

**What do you like best about QuickBooks Time?**

Their agents are SMART, well spoken, and super friendly.  They not only know how to solve your problem but they are easily understood, friendly, and quick!  Integrates wonderfully with Quick books - I used RIght Network hosting and TSheets has made themselves knowledgeable about the interface between their app and Right Networks so that they can intelligently assess the issues.

**What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?**

Absolutley nothing!  And if there was something I disliked and I told them, I am sure that within a short period of time, they would fix it.  We were having an issue with path blocks when using RIght Networks and I had to call and spend time on the phone.  A couple of months later Tsheets had modified their program with a "clear the path" button I could click on my own to solve the problem immediately.

**What problems is QuickBooks Time solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Time imports into quickbooks make payroll take 5 minutes instead of 2-3 hours.  Accuracy of billing time has improved due to not having operator keying errors when entering time manually - employees can use Tsheets to request PTO which helps with communication and accuracy.

It is helpful to keep track of different projects you're working on and how much time is spent on them! Great to be able to organize it by client/project, task, and have your whole team on it.

**What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?**

It was difficult to organize clients in the way that we wanted, as we have multiple projects within clients and then some that span clients. Only one person really needed to have a client assigned to them.

Noticing where we are spending most of our time as a team to identify bottlenecks and where efficiencies could be gained.

I like that I can store all of the clients for my work in here and the time tracking options are very customizable.

There are several times where I have tried to copy my timesheet from week to week (there are a lot of items) and it doesn't copy over properly, causing me to have to repopulate each box. It's very tedious.

If you have multiple daily talks I would find something easier to use.

It makes it easier for my company from a budgeting perspective to be able to track time and understand where our resources are being allocated.

the website is actually a little bit buggy, sometimes it won't save my time template I input last time

Dedicated T sheets account manager if you sign up as accountant
Interface easy clear and easy to understand

I haven't find anything that I dislike yet. Maybe because I have been using this software for about 6 months only.

I really like the GPS feature. We have various, changing job sites and it’s nice to be able to see if the employee was where they were supposed to be. 

**What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?**

When you pull a payroll report, you only have the option for summary or full detail. For us to process payroll, we need to see regular pay, overtime, and drive time for each employee. So I have to run the detailed report and do the calculations by hand. 

**What problems is QuickBooks Time solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Overall, TSheets has been very helpful. We utilize the notes function to input daily updates. It’s also been very helpful to be able to code different time punches to different jobs.

**What do you like best about QuickBooks Time?**

The simplicity of this app and the intuitiveness of the design are the best part of Tsheets. The customer service with Lisa Patel has also been excellent. Anytime I've had a question, she's been prompt and helpful. When I was with Paychex, the customer service always felt like I was a chore and they did not know how to help.

**What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?**

The upload process can be difficult to get set up in the beginning, but it just needs to be fixed by someone at Tsheets. Now I can use the time tracking in Tsheets, export the data, and upload it directly into Paychex.

**Recommendations to others considering QuickBooks Time:**

Tsheets is an excellent product to use for time tracking and can be easily integrated with existing payroll processors.

**What problems is QuickBooks Time solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have solved the constant login problem for time tracking that our organization had with past apps. Tsheets has also been key in our reporting on grants for various grantors. Being able to track by program has made a huge difference in the robustness of our data.

The inability to sync with Google Calendar or Microsoft Outlook Calendar.

Utilize the reporting capabilities as much as possible. The reports are fabulous and are very easy to understand.

Much better track employee's time, manage payrolls in a faster way, and managing everyone's schedule at once. Ability to allocate time to different clients is very beneficial.

I wish that there was a notification option once you hit so many hours. There’s been times that I have forgotten to clock out and don’t realize until I go to clock in the next day.

Good ui, easy to use, works well, easy to train people to use.

You can cancel anytime, that’s true. But if you sign up for the yearly plan they utterly refuse to refund your remaining balance. I used this software for 2 years, they charged the third year as a lump sum. This company is holding over a thousand dollars of my money. Totally theft, I feel ripped off.

It makes it really easy to keep track of your time on a desktop. It's also legitimately awesome that every time you start a new job in T-Sheets it does a "heeeee-ya!" sound and every time you stop time it does a gospel chorus.

The app is neither intuitive, nor easy to use once you know how it works. There's gotta be a better way.

TSheets is great for allowing your employees to be responsible for clocking in and out of work and switching their role on a job as they change from one activity to another. It makes it easier to keep track of more specifically what an employee is doing and the GPS tracking allows for accountability of employees clocking in and out when they don't always have a supervisor around. 

**What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?**

Editing timesheets is more difficult once an employee has submitted their time. Their needs to be more capability to bulk edit when the employee makes the same mistake all week on their time card.

**Recommendations to others considering QuickBooks Time:**

If you have employees that travel or work outside the office and are performing multiple tasks in a day that you want to keep track of. The ability to switch tasks with a few clicks of a button and have the accountability with GPS tracking makes this a great product. 
The multi-level manager approval makes this a great product as well.

Clock in/Clock out from remote sites.
GPS tracking for accountability
Job Costing and Cost Coding to be specific about tasks performed throughout the day.

The process of registering for the Tsheets is quite simple and the option of setting up a Google authentication for sign-in gives the extra layer of security which I feel is the highlight of this product.

**What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?**

Few times even though I clocked out from the Tsheets, the clock ran in the background and next day when I came to the I realised that the clock was running in the whole night. In addition, the schedule management process is a hassle when using Tsheets

The product is beneficial for early stage start-ups where the entire process of payroll and scheduling is automated and it is perfect for companies who have remote working employees on board who can clock in using a simple software.

By using TSheets my company was able to streamline their workforces check in and clock out times. It gave flexibility in scheduling especially for the employees working in teams. Automating the payroll report and the option where employees could generate their hours'worked and their schedules are some of the benefits that I personally had realised.

Totally customizable to your company's needs. Easy-to-use- interface, easy to train employees. Connects with QBO, other softwares, to prevent duplicate work. Customer service is quick and helpful.

Auto-generated emails can get annoying. You may get reminders to do something after it's already been done. Sometimes you do have to clever about your customization to make it fully usable.

The mobility feature. Most companies people have to walking-in in morning to sign or give the fingerprint but with Tsheets you do not have to do that! If you have employees on the move, this is the software you want to use.

This is a great product to use to monitor employee hours as well as their locations if you have staff that are not stationed in one place all day.  

**What do you dislike about QuickBooks Time?**

I don’t like how it does not allow employees to request to edit their times if they forgot to clock in or out or take a break. Some staff complain about the GPS monitoring features as an invasion of privacy. 

**Recommendations to others considering QuickBooks Time:**

Set a concrete policy if you wish to use the GPS tracking feature to avoid issues with staff. It was recommended to me to only enable GPS tracking if your employee is using company property like a company issued cell phone or company issued car.

We did a trial and it was easy to use. Their staff was very knowledgable . The only reason that we didnt not go with them is they didnt have an option that we needed for a time tracking system . We will revisit them again in the near future to see if they can help
