What do you dislike about QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping?
Everything. What we disliked was - everything about it. After signing up you must wait a substantial period to meet with the bookkeeper (basically a month for a monthly service). That meeting will go over the details, talk about expectations, and generally be something that an initial email could presumably handle. Thereafter the bookkeeper will reveal he or she isn't really the bookkeeper but an intermediary that is supposed to communicate to the person doing the work so that work-person can focus (smart). However, the intermediary will hearsay-explain things poorly because that's usually going to be the case. A written explanation would go a long way in keeping everyone on the same page.
IF YOU ARE IN AN INDUSTRY WHERE HAVING ACCURATE RECORDS IS IMPORTANT THEN BEWARE! Insanity.
The communication platform is terrible. You can leave comments, but there isn't any dedicated message board or similar to organize comments. When you receive a comment you will get an email that a comment was made, but won't say where that comment is located and it could be in any of the open or closed comment strings. It doesn't really matter though since most communications written will not be answered.
You will receive an option to leave a survey for everything via email.
One caveat: it is possible that results may vary. The first time we used the service it was completely fine. Good enough. Value matched costs to be sure. We received a full refund this time, yet the value does not match. What I mean is that we paid $0 for it, but it is costing us far more than $0 to have someone come in and correct (not to mention the stress and our own time).
Another caveat: this is not a knock against Quickbooks Online. The software is entirely usable and does receive regular updates (some are paid updates). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping solving and how is that benefiting you?
Cancelling QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping is the main problem we're using it for now. After discovering the disaster created they helpfully indicated that they don't understand how to correct what they did and won't do it.
The benefit received is that it compelled us into an emergency spending bonanza. This created an additional position at the firm we hired to correct the issue. So the general economy was benefitted presumably. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
