I really don't have any complaints beyond some occasional technical issues with syncing bank account statements. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping solving and how is that benefiting you?

My live bookkeeper got my books in order and, after a few months, is now familiar enough with my business that he is able to handle almost all categorizations and transactions without my input. I've gone from spending probably 2-3 hours a month on bookkeeping to less than 30 minutes on average. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The value just wasn't there with QBO Live Bookkeeping"

What do you like best about QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping?

The monthly reports were great to have, so I could make strategic business decisions. I also like being able to talk to an actual person when needed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping?

The costs. The setup was $500 and the monthly fees were $200. I just can't see why that would be worth it as a freelancer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If you are a freelancer and you have a little spare time on your hands, just learn to do this yourself. Not only will you save money on expenses, but you'll also become more aware of your OWN business. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I have no complaints about Quickbooks itself – it's a wonderful software. But I have nothing positive to say about their Live Bookkeeping. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping?

By the end of it, my account was a mess. Transactions were categorized incorrectly, a ton of personal expenses were classified as business expenses, and my income isn't adding up. After reaching out to Quickbooks and requesting a refund, I was told the cleanup service was nonrefundable and there wasn't anything they could do. Save yourself $500+ and find a bookkeeper outside of Quickbooks. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
