What do you like best about QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping?

Only have to send my statements from various places and have the electronic matching from our bank account! This saves so much time! Each month's books are cleaned on time. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping?

The stytem is unable to connect to Bank of America and collect my monthly statments so I've been having to download them myself and import them versus them just being their for the bookkeeper. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Quickbooks Live Bookkeeping allows me to work on my business, make the money and someone else handle the intricate details of where the money goes and how it's being spent. What problems is QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping solving and how is that benefiting you?

Before QuickBooks, I was using other companies such as 1800 Accounting and other private bookkeepers, which all required me to do a lot of the work and were very expensive. QuickBooks fixed my books in less than a week and has kept up with them since. I'm thrilled I switched; my books are in order, and the price can't be beaten. Initially, I was frustrated with the clean-up as many of my accounting/ expense line item categories were changed without consult. It required having to go back into my books to revise. I'm also very frustrated with Quickbooks Checking as money has been "stuck" in QB for weeks and have yet to get transferred to my biz checking. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
