What do you like best about QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping?

What do you like best about QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping?

My bookkeeper David is amazing! He is very patient, and understanding, and ensures that I understand my reports and what they mean. We meet monthly to discuss my books as well as answer any questions he or I may have and they prepare and deliver my reports to me each and every month. I also love the fact that because they have become familiar with my month books, they send me a checklist each month on exactly what to provide so there isn't any guesswork on my end which makes the uploading process super simple. What do you like best about QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping?

The messaging system to communicate with my bookkeeper is a pain. It frequently sends me email reminders that there's something I need to do but they end up being false alerts. Apparently, Quickbooks is aware of the issue and working on a fix. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping solving and how is that benefiting you?

Bookkeeping isn't rocket science BUT when I was doing my own books, I'd often run into edge cases that I'd need to Google around to figure out how to handle. What do you like best about QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping?

I was a QB users over 20 years ago and I thought I would be able to easier use the new version. After confusion myself 3 weekends in a row. I decided to give QB Live a try. It was something I didn't think I need but as a new business owner that is still working a 'day job' this was the extra set of hands that I needed. She was great and still is! There wasn't anything I didn't like about the process. They made each step easy, shared links with me on how to upload documents and create rules. What do you like best about QuickBooks Live Bookkeeping?

We really love the personal attention we get from Quickbooks Live Bookkeeping. We know our main bookkeeper now, and those that work under her, and have developed a rapport that makes figuring things out so much easier. Our main bookkeeper is dedicated to solving problems and figuring out complicated business mistakes, which has been SO fantastic! Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I do wish that there were more ways to connect our already existing accounts. When we signed up, it seemed like everything they needed would be sent to them directly, but we have to manually upload almost everything each month before they can work.
