What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro?

QB is affordable, easy to use and reliable Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Desktop Pro?

For nonprofits, it would be nice if there was an additional field (besides customer:job and class) to track transactions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is QuickBooks Desktop Pro solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use it do accounting for my clients who are all small nonprofits. I use it, or train my clients to use it, to perform all accounting functions including entering vendor bills, credit card purchases, bank deposits, online deposits, bank transfers, journal entries; process vendor payments; preparing financials statements, grant reports and other reports; preparing 1099's Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Frustrated with Quickbooks!"

What do you like best about QuickBooks Desktop Pro?

I have used Quickbooks for years and the desktop version is great. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about QuickBooks Desktop Pro?

Their push to move to online and triple increase in prices have made them impossible to work with. I have spent more than 12 hours with them chatting online and on the phone and the issue is still not resolved. Their support system is anitiquated and although the reps are friendly, they cannot solve a simple issue of an email address change. I have put in over 10 cases with them, on the same issue, and the automated response says it is complete. It still isn't. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
