I have used Tradegecko Inventory for ten years already. Excellent SaaS for middle and small companies to run Order Management, Product Management, and Sync with Shopify and other marketplaces. Plenty of features and fantastic development were well done by the Singaporean team. The interface of the software is good, and the learning curve to start working is not that long. Also, the native integrations are easy to set up. Some reports provide good easy value. The support team has some valuable players. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

You need many workarounds to get things going. The integrations with marketplaces don't let you use all your locations to provide inventory. It lacks warehouse managing features and bars code scanning. It's difficult to trust the information in the system since it doesn't have a proper workflow that matches "real-life" processes, so you end up changing key information. I love the ease of reporting. Additionally, you cannot make a mistake! QB will notify you if you are about to do something wrong, to make you double check. The chart of accounts is great, accounts payable and receivables. It is easy to pay bills and enter bills. Keeps track of credit card purchases and reconciliations are a breeze. I think it can be difficult if you have your accountant using it as well. There are times that we are blocked out of entering GL codes, etc. that make it difficult to continue on with your job. I liked QuickBooks Commerce the most for my business accounting necessities to stay well organized and as efficient as possible. QuickBooks is a fantastic business management tool to use for your entire accounting team to keep up-to-date on all financial status, inventory, orders, and much more. There were often where the software would crash or would take long periods trying to load when running a financial report. The software's category section was also, at times, very limiting and would have been more helpful if there were more options available for organizing your products. The ease of use as well as the complex reporting features. While using QB, you only need an accountant to review the books periodically. I like that there are so many different options when working with this application and it has many features that you work as an accountant.
