**Reviewed Date:** June 07, 2021

**Describe the project or task Sales training helped with:**

Building out our sales enablement tools allowed us to achieve consistent growth month over month. The sales playbook in which Scott enhanced for our organization allowed us to employ best practices, tactics and strategies during some very difficult selling times.

**What do you like best about Sales training?**

Scott's ability to utilize "real" sales situations with the team and challenge them to have a carefully plan strategy to achieve the sale.

**What do you dislike about Sales training?**

I have been in sales for an extremely long time - I honestly can't say I disliked anything from Scott's organization.

**What problems is Sales training solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As I prepare my teams, many times training would consist of talking at people. Scott challenged me to always challenge the team to role play what we had just worked on. It payed dividends!

If you’re looking for someone who can help you and your team reach your full sales potential, then you’ve found your guy! In my first month at Stackline, I participated in Scott’s Sales Kickoff and it was the best sales training I’ve ever had. Not only is Scott an expert in sales enablement and coaching, but he’s also an incredibly personable guy who can bring the best out of anyone. I’m a much better AE thanks to Scott’s tutelage, and anyone would be lucky to work with him.

**Describe the project or task Sales training helped with:**

Scott Kaplan provided my team with full end-to-end sales training. Even with a catalogue as large as Scott's, he is able to personalize each training session to meet your target markets approach.

He helped my team pull out of their comfort zones and with weekly check-in developed my reps to the ultimate quota crusher.

Not only did he help my team - but worked with me one on one on coaching, motivating and driving success in his Sales Management Training. Scott is an awesome resource, coach and trainer!

**What do you like best about Sales training?**

He does not give you the answers, he works with you to develop the confidence to find the solution yourself.

**What do you dislike about Sales training?**

If you are not one that can handle feeling uncomfortable or challenging it may not be for you.

**What problems is Sales training solving and how is that benefiting you?**

New Sales Team, Ongoing resource for Objection Workshops & Cold Calling. Sales Management training.

**Describe the project or task Sales training helped with:**

Quick Hit Sales Tips was brought in to prepare sales playbooks, competitor battle cards, and general sales training using various sales techniques. The knowledge and experience that they brought helped prepare sales teams to be productive and efficient with their leads, demos, and closings.

**What do you like best about Sales training?**

Quick Hit Sales Tips is extremely thorough with their sales playbooks to prepare sales teams to be successful and beat out their top competitors. Their approach prepares sales teams to know the industry, know their products, and differentiate their products vs. their peers. The step by step playbooks make it easy for any new team members to quickly learn the techniques necessary to be successful,

**What do you dislike about Sales training?**

Nothing comes to mind, extremely happy with the work performed.

**What problems is Sales training solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The biggest problem I saw was having the sales teams be on the same page and share a common approach for selling the same product. Successful sales teams need to be in sync with the messaging and communication to the point where anyone on the sales team could pick up where a colleague left off and complete the sale without providing inconsistent messaging. The sales playbooks that quick hits developed helped the team follow a common approach to selling and keep the messaging consistent across the sales team.
