
Honestly...nothing. I don't see any positives. I guess it exists which might be seen as a positive and the idea of the service makes sense just really poorly executed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
-UX is incredibly old and takes an age to navigate (Very difficult to even find the exam let alone book it and join it.
-Glitches with Zoom when they 'lockdown' your computer kicking you out of exams
-Proctors have no personality and can come across as rude
-Support has (so far) taken 4 hours (been kicked off the chat 3 times without a reason
-Called the helpline and no one picked up, left voicemail and no reply
-Exam flagging button is glitchy and takes 4-5 clicks to work
-No way of seeing what you got wrong Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
