**What do you like best about Quest On Demand Recovery?**

So I was only using it on a trial basis to see if the tool could cover the areas that we needed it to.  In regards to working with Entra it was excellent.

**What do you dislike about Quest On Demand Recovery?**

Due to the fact that we are not administrating the Entra instance but working on being able to have a "net" to prevent accidental deletions or reversion of permissions, the reporting features were not something we were interested in.  We also encountered issues with the on-prem AD sync'ed properties.

**What problems is Quest On Demand Recovery solving and how is that benefiting you?**

So we were looking for a safety "net" to prevent accidental deletions and removal of security permissions within our shared Entra instance.
