Quenza saves me time by making my communication with my clients easier. All my client documents are in one place so I'm not hunting around because I've lost track of which email had which document. My clients also enjoy using it. Quenza is an aesthetically beautiful platform so I enjoy being on it. It allows customization so my business appears more professional. Quenza needs to integrate with scheduling platforms like Calendly, in the same way that these platforms integrate with virtual meeting platforms like Zoom and Teams. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Quenza shines in 5 areas compared to other platforms I've tried:

1) I can build interactive assessments in the platform (like the Wheel of Life) so my clients and I don't have to email PDFs back and forth. No other platform I found will do this so easily and beautifully.

2) I can streamline every part of my coaching process from contract signing to program conclusion. This makes it easier on the client and myself, helping my practice look top-notch from the start, which builds credibility and trust.

3) The amount of high quality built-in activities provided are mind-blowing. This helps you get started using Quenza immediately.

4) The platform is the most user-friendly I have experienced. And there are YouTube videos if you want to go more in-depth.

5) The customer service is spectacular. I haven't needed it for roadblocks. I've had zero issues, actually. However, upon signing up, one of the customer service leads offered to give me a personal tutorial and answer questions. It was helpful and he noted that this was an ongoing feature, so if roadblocks did arise, I could reach out at any time. Few companies do this. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What I like most about Quenza is that I become better at what I do. This is due to the massive amount of value that this software offers to me. They have a library of tools and methods that is updated regularly. I can either use these tools and methods as they are or customize them. Coming up with something I dislike is difficult for me, to be honest. If I had to name one thing it'd be a wish for additional features in automation (that I know are on the roadmap already). It is kind of exciting , starting to work with a new Software, holding all my client information and my methods which i have been building for years to serve my coaching clients. Quenza is designed and made by coaches, and from day 1 this made me feel very comfortable. The first steps were very easy and to start up the programs was easy. Kind of a party to get started. When I ran up to some new Users problems, the helpdesk responded so quickly and professional, that I hardly lost precious time. The people behind the helpdesk were so friendly, and the solutions were client-friendly.
