The analytics we are able to pull from QM are super actionable, easy to understand from a layman standpoint, and easily repeatable so we can build roles and business processes around them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Building out and leveraging some of the functionality like events requires some learning of the tool. We are trying to adapt by designating some SME's, but are limited on headcount to do so.
