Rather than creating multiple event, use the QM to save the time.

Rather than spending lot of time to configuring by suppressing unnecessary urls which are not necessary for replay the session, we can use QM simply.

We have the capability to track customer sessions and stay on top of issues on our website.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

The platform itself is very complex, but they do provide Quantum Metric University, which looks to be super helpful. I don't necessarily have the time to go through the university.

**What problems is Quantum Metric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Looking into customers' sessions to track down issues they may be experiencing on our site, as well as receiving alerts when there is a pattern of abnormal behavior on the site. We can track down the issue before it becomes a more widespread problem.

**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

Quantum Metrics is user-friendly and great for measuring analytics, troubleshooting issues, and investigating user experience.  Dashboards and reports are easy to develop and help us to measure analytics or compare data with other tools ultimately assisting us in making business decisions and troubleshoot issues.  Session replays, live replays, and interactions are invaluable - allowing us to reveal or understand user experiences and working towards improving those experiences.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

Quantum Metrics does have some limitations such as canned graphs/tables, but QM is forward thinking always looking to improve their product and has taken some of our functionality enhancement suggestions and implemented them into updates or passed them on to their development side for further investigation, review, and potential future implementation.

User behavior is definitely an area where we have been able to investigate and find solutions to improve user experience.

**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

Quantum Metric allows our business to continually improve the site.  It helps us troubleshoot issues, review analytics to take action, review customer replays, easily share those replays to the development team to fix, gives us access to live data, watch eye tracking to optimize our user experience and most of all it provides unique insights to improve the customer experience.  Quantum Metric makes it easy to prioritize the next set of enhancements/fixes and insights into the $ impact.  Makes it super easy to ask the CFO for the spend to enhance or fix something when you can quickly show the return! 

It's user friendly and our web operations/omni channel operations analysts enjoy working with QM and the reporting. Our executives appreciate the insights we are now able to share.    

We've had consistently superior service from sales, training, setup and ongoing support. QM is continually improving their product and very open to suggestions.

**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

Working with Quantum is a blast! Our Customer Success Engineer goes above and beyond to make the implementation as useful to us as possible! Also the amount of data that Quantum offers us is amazing! We're able to perform all sorts of analyses and trend out all sorts of metrics to get a good feel for how our digital products are performing. The replays are also great at showing us what customers were doing on our digital platforms.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

The portal for Quantum is slow at times. Dashboarding can also be unintuitive. Until you get used to the interface, there can be a slight learning curve to get started.

**Recommendations to others considering Quantum Metric:**

Utilize your support and the data you collect from Quantum Metric as much as you can. There's an abundance of data that they collect and the insights that you can collect from the data is limited by what you're willing to look into.

We have a better way to trend out performance metrics than before. We're also able to track some sales numbers in more real time than before. We can also see how releases change the performance of our platforms.

I really love watching the user Quantum Metric sessions. I have caught several Facebook campaign issues through these sessions, which I was able to fix right away.

I can't think of anything. I am sure there are things even Quantum Metric would like to improve, but for me I am satisfied with it.

Quantum Metrics has really worked along side our company to help us adapt our platform with theirs.  It's been a great and exciting partnership.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

The Android app side of Quantum is still young but it continues to grow each quarter with new features.

**What problems is Quantum Metric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We utilize Quantum differently than most companies.  We are tracking our individual data for each our locations nationally.  We can monitor our devices and see all of the settings and metrics we decide are necessary.  Since we are building our own events and errors we are also able to track specific callbacks that wouldn't of been able to see without Quantum Metrics.  It's helped us to find issues in our app that we didn't even know existed.  And Session Replay is a game changer.

**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

I've loved the ability to view user sessions, the primary reason I use QuantumMetric. It's also fantastic for setting up tracking on custom metrics/user behavior--I can have new tracking set up within a day of requesting it, instead of waiting weeks to set it up via my company's devs and Adobe Analytics.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

The main issue is rendering the customer sessions properly. It seems like sessions more than a week or so old lose their formatting, and no sessions beyond 30 days old are available to view. That's been super frustrating. Other than that, mostly small things that cost time when done repeatedly. E.g. the main search bar doesn't handle customerIds, so I have to click a few times to another screen to search in a separate search bar.

**Recommendations to others considering Quantum Metric:**

Product is worth it for the value, but Quantum has a way to go yet.

**What problems is Quantum Metric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I mainly use it after a new release to ensure the customer is getting the experience we expect. We've caught multiple bugs early on that otherwise may have gone unnoticed indefinitely. I also view session following a particular user flow.

I LOVE THAT WE ARE ABLE TO QUANTIFY THE BUSINESS IMPACT OF FRUSTRATION POINTS SO WE ARE ABLE TO PRIORITIZE WHAT TO FIX FIRST. THE CUSTOMER SUPPORT FROM QM HAS BEEN THE BEST WE HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED WITH A PARTNER. THEY ARE TRULY A PART OF THE TEAM AND A BIG PART OF OUR SUCCESS.

WE HAVE USED QUANTUM TO IDENTIFY AND QUANTIFY SMALL ISSUES QUICKLY. WE USE THEIR HEATMAPS AND CLICK MAPS ON A WEEKLY BASIS TO SHOW EXECUTIVES HOW USERS ARE INTERACTING ON A PAGE AND GENERATE TEST IDEAS TO OPTIMIZE THE EXPERIENCE.

**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

Especially when implemented with VOC, I can understand my customers both at a macro level and a micro level.  I can answer, "Where are my customers dropping off" in addition to "Why?"  Internal teams can both "listen to" and "watch" what our customers do and hypothesize what they need where we are and are not delivering.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

There is a steep enough learning curve such that -- once I understand how to identify problems or problem areas -- I am challenged leading my team to water (so to speak) in guiding THEM to look for and deep dive problems. I conduct high level analysis and deliver links where teams can access sessions worthy of deep dive, but getting them to self serve reporting and drilldowns is challenging because of the learning curve.

We greatly benefit from the "Long Running Spinner" and "Rage Click" events. We have tools that on occasion have huge delays or freeze, and at times of lowered conversions I first check the long running spinner and rage clicks. We also have discovered unknown show stopper errors on our checkout and billing pages and taken action to change the copy to be more user friendly.

**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

I liked the UI and how easy is to navigate and perform session look ups. when I look for errors it is nice to be able just to type any keyword and the application will give you suggestions based on the available queries and the fact there is not much latency to get the results. 


The help option included with tutorials and support communication comes in handy if there is any question while creating dashboards and even suggest changes in the UI. 
In my experience I requested to add a preset option to look for sessions within the last 30 and 60 days instead of selecting the time frames from the calendar and the change was made within 15 minutes so I really like the fast response from the support team.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

if you are using Quantum to check country specific trends involving multiple filters is not as robust as other applications.

**Recommendations to others considering Quantum Metric:**

Would it be possible to add a dashboard with the user API errors and see which ones are the most common ones ? haven't found the proper settings to do that. If we configure it to shows all the API error per user and the ones that where triggered the most it will be really userful

We resolve issues with specific error codes experienced in the web or web applications and we can spot easily issues of the customers with the application UI and UX.

It is used along all digital organization, it help us to identify and solve issue our customer has while transacting. In QM we can  search for customer's session and go through the whole step customer followed, it is very useful to identify those pain point the customer has.

QM needs to improve the documentation and training. hat part is not that good. Sometimes is quite slow and also sometimes does not display correct numbers and sometime is not capturing all data or we cannot replay the session, it shows blank screen.

If you needs to see what was your customer doing and identify the issue customers were facing, QM is your tool.

Help you identify customer's issues quickly. QM has many many features that helps users to find and analyze the customer session. If you need very very fast tool to analyze data  QM is not that useful.

I am most excited about being able to actually answer the business questions that our partners have. They are always asking us "why" after we publish learnings based off of our customer survey data and I am excited to dig into the experience deeper.

We are still implementing QM so I have only used it in the test and learning setting with Quinn and Murray. I've started to click around in our internal testing site, but I can't confidently give this type of feedback yet. I'm happy to share my experience so far with training and previewing the capabilities.

Right now, it's really difficult to connect our developers and designers to make page level changes that matter and improve the customer experience. It's going to be so amazing to actually empower our partners to make updates that will improve CX.

Our company recently deployed and began using Quantum Metric for a large government client. The client operates much like a B2C business, advertising and attracting users to their site who then can compare and purchase a solution.

The client has struggled to understand where users have problems on their site, and how they can resolve the issues.

It is primarily being used by the marketing and user experience teams. The dashboard and how it presents data is very user-friendly. Yes, a lot of the data is available in regular analytics tools, but it is presented better.

**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

The Quantum Metric is the tool of the tools, which is really helpful for reviewing customers actions, system responses, and other logged information, which was used for customer experience, and services provided to the end user. 
On the other hand, there are many other options, as you can check live customer sessions, on the different platforms at the same time. A lot of different analytics options, funnels and other data. 
Quantum Metric made life way easier for my self, my colleagues, and even for the teams, who has first contact with the customer. 
Giving 10 out if 10. One of the most powerful tools. Looking forward to use it in my future career.

Sometimes the tool slows down, and in rear occasions it does not collect all the required information, but as per my practice that happens due to the network restrictions, or adblock software on customers side.

Biggest QM advantage is that you can see customers actions on live preview and almost immediately. So you can catch customer up, on the session, while customer is still using your portal. There are a lot of information provided on the session, as API calls and responses, fields customer used, click counts, etc.

Easy to find API responses.
Protects very well client's private information.
Easy to share session functionality, so other people can review same session.

Sometimes the session UI isn't displayed, but tech support can remedy that.

Definitely buy it.

Higher client retention, because specific client issues are getting resolved.

We use QM to review client sessions and debug their specific problems and errors.  Our web application extends worldwide, connecting transfers between different countries and cross currency, makes it very complex and minute very specific issues can happen.  To determine more specifically the problem, it helps review client's journey from start to end of session.  It also works great as monitoring tool to watch KPI and dashboards in real time.

Simple to find customer sessions and can create nice dashboards to monitor metrics. The search builder is very intuitive, presentation is elegant and convenient. It provides many different functionalities within the same tool.

I would say maybe when creating dashboards need some more flexibility, some gadgets do not allow to use all things being tracked, arrange in the dashboard is also little bit confusing depending of size of reports.

Give it a try. You will many things in one place, it certainly can compete with different tools in the market since it gives stats but also shows you behavior for individual customers.

Troubleshooting customer issues, getting to understand what is causing a customer to face an specific behavior. It allows to compare behavior between segments such as web vs mobile, android vs iOS and the like.

**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

Look at the replays to know the root cause of the errors and frustration seen by the customers. The best thing I enjoy about the Quantum metrics is setting up different types of events to look at the customer interactions more precisely. Another thing which I enjoy about the quantum metrics is that where I am able to look at the abandoned cart values and can easily find out the reason behind customers leaving the carts.

As per now , I don't have anything on my list which I dislike about this tool.

Helping the QA guys to look deep into the errors which they face while running automation and provide them with a more detailed explanation on the errors they see. I also created events to measure the performance of the web application.

**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

The ability to see the full customer experience (everything happening on the front end + the back end). I learn something new every time I watch a session replay. I also love that the tool help can help quantify the number of users experiencing an issue as well as the ability to segment users based on: a particular action, a/b test they are in, users who hit a certain page, etc.

I wish we were able to keep session replays for a longer time frame or the ability to pull heat maps for an older date range.

You will learn something new every time you watch a session.

Quantum Metric provides straightforward behavioral reports that clarify every behavior the consumer takes. The usability is an important concern for systems such as ours that serve users on various devices.

Sometimes meetings are not transcribed adequately or are very difficult to see. I wish there was a simpler way to see this. Also, heatmaps that exist on the web, such as plugins and searching bars, are not shown.

Quantum Metrics is a nice tool for managers that have encountered highs and lows on their marketing strategies and who may want to have a better understanding on how to boost the customer satisfaction to increase the digital traffic. Quantum Metrics will place you in the consumer's shoes, so you can evaluate the issue which concerns him or her and, afterward, analyze the process and reports to help you resolve the issues.

Quantum Metric is being used by the Marketing department of my company to learn about the best access points for our clients and to define the next series of roadmaps. In particular, they have helped us to build analytics, label new events, quantified errors and identify the entire journey. We have set a Quantum Metrics management group that works entirely with this software and which has improved our service level. It is very helpful because challenges can sometimes be seen through reviewing logs clearly, as it allows us to see everything from a consumer perspective.

Heat Maps showed on Quantum Metric are a fantastic tool that we found to be very helpful when showing users how much they want to scroll and drop down and see the same site in A/B test split shoulder to shoulder. Also,  it works logically uploading data, adjusts the distributions, check user replay in real-time and allows for execution of QM multivariable tests.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

In Quantum Metric not everyone has all the roles and takes a lot of time to receive proper approvals. Also, I would like to see some additional tools, Maybe an integration with Runscope would help on this.

**Recommendations to others considering Quantum Metric:**

If your company requires an assessment on tracking and problem triage, then Quantity Metrics will solve these problems for you, as it will help your business to track a website and service's actions by showing a heat map of experiences so that nothing ever goes wrong. On the other hand, Quantity Metrics is not ideal for mobile applications where data is replayed on Apple iOS versions, as it may trigger certain security issues.

We use Quantum Metric on our company, which is accessible on desktops and mobile devices. It helps our Marketing team to understand consumer habits, recognize problems and determine how improvements can be made. 1. Opportunity Analysis- This particular feature helps us to prioritize which of the glitches/enhancements to focus on from a list of million possibilities. Having a dollar value for each possible fix drives clear business value.

2. Error occurrences - Usually we have separate APM tools to determine the tech issues. QM gives us one snapshot view for all the tech errors and combined with user recordings it makes life of PM easy to get the fix done.

3. Rage Clicks - Usability is a big concern for platforms like ours which serves users across multiple type of devices. What are the possible usability blockers which causes customer to abandon the journey is highly useful.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

Running multivariate tests using QM. As more and more companies are moving towards testing approach, setting and running a test quickly and accurately will be good enhancement.

We have been using Quantum Metric for few months now. Initially it's being used by Product and UX teams to understand our customers top pain points and to determine our next set of roadmap items. Over time we plan to fully roll it out to our QA teams and customer service teams (where we can actually see recordings to validate the customer issues). One particular use case we are doing it to validate the post release QA to see live customers interact with any new feature.

**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

What I like best is that it is extremely useful to our team in the following fields:

QM is efficient to have/create different dashboards to monitor the certain behavior of certain API's or error codes, as well as to see statistics of website/mobile apps behavior in general. 
Our team usually uses it to give support to every day escalations that are sent to us either by customer service, another employee or the customer him/herself. We are able to see the exact behavior of the customer and the website/app and analyze the videos and logs to determine the exact issue that the customer/website/app is facing. It's really useful since sometimes there are issues that cannot be simply seen by checking logs and it helps us out seeing it all from a customer/user perspective.
Overall, QM is an excellent tool that my team is very pleased to posses.



**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

What I dislike would be the following points:
There a some occasions where the sessions will not be recorded properly or it is very hard to see. (small font, not captured at all, etc)

Usually sessions for 40+ days are not available, thus having certain limitations on data/sessions we can analyze.

There are very useful trainings on the QM website if you are a first-time user. They will help you in getting the best out of this tool.

The benefits that our team is taking advantage from QM are:

Monitoring: QM captures very well API's, and all types of detailed data properly adequately. This helps monitor the behavior of a certain platform or service to ensure that nothing is out of order. 

Issue triage: Helps put a QM user in the shoes of the customer and analyze the issue faced by him/her, and afterwards, gives thorough visibility to engineering teams that analyze the session and/or logs of the same to assist in the resolution of the defect.

QM made it very easy to understand the customer behaviour on site. Various tools provided by QM like performance dashboard, create custom alert, business funnel makes it very easy to monitor the website realtime.

It is very easy to learn and incorporate into daily use for website performance monitoring and evaluation.  The only positive aspect of QM that has overshadowed the value of the tool itself is the depth, speed and quality of the support that we have received from the QM team.  The business insights, training and technical support provided by QM are second to none.

First, it is very easy for the user to search and replay sessions so our user base has become quite large as many teams are able to use it for their own business use cases.  Second, Quantum Metric provides insight into customer struggles that normally would be hard to detect.  Lastly, this tool provided us with use cases to identify fraud patterns and behaviors that would not have been detected otherwise.

Naviscent works with the largest brands conductive qualitative and quantitative research (UX and Market Research.  Quantum Metric would identify issues and Naviscent would assist the customer to resolve those issues through design research or other types of research.

Identifying problem areas customers have faster because they're Quantum Metric customers.

**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

The tool offers video playback capabilities for all platforms, which makes it unique in the market. The team of Quantum Metrics helps with the full integration end to end, leaving not much work for the development team other than just adding a few lines of code.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

The heat map functionality that is super useful for web, is not yet there for app.

The service of this product is really good. Their on-boarding process, and integration process are extremely smooth, and will help you directly get the insights you are looking for. 

**What problems is Quantum Metric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quantum Metrics helps us identify hidden issues and struggles the customer has, that cannot be found in the more traditional analytics tools. Due to it's connection with Crashlytics, it helps us analyze crashes better, and with their smart algorithms, we can prioritize bugs, crashes, potential frustration points better.
