**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

accurate view on what the customer experienced. Very easy search events. 1 year ' s data log. Any console js error will be captured. All the error events created are super helpful and more tracking events. We get instant help from the team on any clarifications. Especially @cameron couch - Appreciate all his help.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

very few functionalities are slightly not do-able by new bees and it should be explinaed to them on how to build dashboards. one view for the visual metrics where we can apply a filter and see the drop off point, grab session ids for triage, journey/funnel detials and how it got converted.

**What problems is Quantum Metric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

data that doesnt exist after 14 days are effectively triaged using qm by our whole team.
customer escalation and legal issues are being triaged using qm (even if its over a month)
drop point details.

**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

Quantum Metric is a very powerful tool that takes the guesswork out of understanding the customer experience.  It allows us to actually see what the customer experienced when looking into an issue, and also allows us to identify optimization opportunities.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

Areas for improvement is that it is not available in all of our customer flows and the PII blocking could get better so that we're only blocking words that are relevant to PII and not field descriptions or anything else that would allow us to understand the experience.

**What problems is Quantum Metric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

QM helps us differentiate between a defect, user error and optimization opportunities.  We use replays to understand the customer journey and also use heat maps to understand where improvements can be made or where there is room for making the journey more straight forward for the end user.

**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

I believe the replays are the most usefull part of this tool!  It allows us to troubleshoot and see in real time what our customers are facing!  The interface makes it very user friendly and it is easy to navigate!

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

I think the thing that I dislike the most is that the opportunities assume too much.  Although they are good directionally, they are overinflated in the $$ we will gain by "fixing" this issue.  I find myself constantly having to remind the people who access those opportunities that they need to take them as directional only.   I wish they would be a little more accurate in the $$ associated with them.

QM us helping guide us in making better business decisions.  Its also helping to be there and confirm that we have made the right updates to our user experience.

**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

Quantum empowers my team to have proof of customer friction, errors and experiences that are not working against requirements. Removing this from being a battle that delays stakeholders from taking actions. Being able to quickly move from validating an anecdotal issue to being able to size it to inform the business prioritization of it is priceless.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

There is a significant level of work required from a broad group of stakeholders to build out effective dashboards, as well as understand how the metrics and KPIs measure up against other standard company data sources and views. Also, having an ability to pull in other company metrics & experiences that happen post-digital interaction could really make the tool 10x a powerful and get higher engagement. Example for Comcast is NPS and Calls and Chats, post digital experiences.

Gaining visibility into what customers see and experience in digital, illustrating more than a data set can and subsequently driving more action across a broad group of stakeholders that build and maintain the myriad of our digital systems.

QM is an excellent product that gives insights into the user's experience without having to spend time with the end user. QM Team provides excellent support and service, they are proactive instead of reactive.

For our application, there are certain limitations based on the technologies that we use. Otherwise, we could benefit more from QM.

I like that the UI is business user friendly and people at all technical levels can understand what is being reviewed.

I do not like that the alert functionality does not have a sustainment period - i.e. only tell me if 5XX errors increased by 10% for at least 10 minutes.

QM is the best UI analytics tool for the Engineers/developers to identify technical difficulties for the customer journeys

It is one of the most used analytics tools for the IT industry.

**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

The QM team we work with is really helpful and nice. They are responsive and attentive. The tool is alright compared to other tools like it. I like replaying sessions, but all the masking and the lack of filtering abilities makes it very limited in its use.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

The filters could really use some work. Between the UI and how limited they are, makes it really annoying to use the tool. I have had to talk to the team to do things for me.
Also, they're coming out with updates (v2 and v3) that seem pointless when thikning about the other limitations the software has. It seems like higherups are just pushing for shiny new features without caring about it actually working?

Not much yet. We found some API calls that were timing out? But we haven't made any changes about it. the other analytics tools we have are a lot more intergrated and reliable than QM is at the moment.

**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

I love that you can easily watch and search user sessions to understand intents better. It's always good tool to be able to see how your customer actively interacts with your product.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

I would love to see more insights automatically reported or brought, and this may be our underutilization of the tool. But I want QM to notify me of anomolies in customer behavor. If we excpect the customer to take a certain path then report when they are diverting frequently. Also if alerts increase for customers or errors. 
When behaviors chnage (rage clicks), I would like to see those ingiths automatically sent to stakeholders to investigate

Understanding customer bahviors. I want to know if there are friction points on their journey/paths/flows and more information on thsoe friction points. Such as where are they dropping off and where they are expecting to go / click.

I enjoy how dilligent the customer support is week over week in finding insights and letting us know the best-in-class recommendations for our business. This type of care is rare!

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

I think there is an increased amount of competition for Quantum-like platforms out there. I think some of the features that are extra payments should start being included in packages.

**What problems is Quantum Metric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We rely on Quantum metric for all of our customer feedback with the integration with Medallia. Without the replays, we would be blindly chasing bugs and other issues the customer is facing.

Quantum Metric stands out amongst its competitors due to the incredible white glove service they provide their customers. They are always available to assist with anything you might need - everything from configuration requests, to complex platform questions, to just giving a second eye on something you might be working on.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

It is quite a robust and powerful platform and can sometimes be challenging to learn - but the team does a great job teaching clients the ins and outs of the platform.

**What problems is Quantum Metric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I plan to use Quantum Metric to understand user behavior and the user journey in the Xfinity Assistant tool (the team is in the final stages of implementing the QM tag in XA).

QM allows me to understand friction points within the customer experience. I can real-time understand how consumers are interacting with our site, and leverage this information in order to drive optimizations that improve our sales funnel perfomance.

Largely user error- I sometimes struggle with how to query certain searches in order to populate results.

QM is helping me understand when fallout occurs WHY it is happening. Session replays allow me to see the CX and then identify areas by which we can improve.

Quantum has been a game changer for our business insights and analytics, not only is their platform easy to use and intuitive but their customer success team is a great partner and consistenly is advising us on findings and engaging our team.

The only downside is that it takes commitment and resources to ensure you are getting the most out of the platform, you need champions from business, analytics and IT but with those champions, this platform is a great addition to your tech stack.

Quantum allows us to easily monitor our digital channels, finding pain points and opportunities to continuously improve our customer journey.  Every change we've made has added value.

The session replays, and the ablity to segment them, are extremely helpful to quickly observe what issues customers are experiencing.

I wish that the data would more closely resemble the data that we see within Google Analytics because we have team members that often try to compare the data.

The error reporting is extremely helpful because it helps us to diagnose possible API issues that might go unnoticed without the platform. We can also quickly diagnose how many customers were impacted.

Quantum Metric really helps us to understand our customers better. For example, how they shop, areas of our website they like, areas they dislike, etc. All of these findings allow us to continue providing a world-class customer experience to everyone.

There's a lot to learn. You can gather so much data, but knowing and understanding where to find the correct data for your business is essential. It takes time to learn, but once you do it's worth it.

Quantum Metric is helping us to better understand our customers and how they use our website. Our product is not always the most fun to shop for or the easiest, and we are constantly looking for ways to improve the customer experience. QM helps make this process easier.

Error and friction points detection together with session replays. Excellent QM support and guidance!

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

Needs a lot of configuration to adjust to a business case that is not eCommerce.
It would be helpful if there was documentation explaining the values of errors esp. API errors with few examples because even if the values are different on each customer website , the users reading the documentation would be able to get a rough idea of what does it mean much better. Moreover, It becomes too technical to explain  to non-technical /business people. Perhaps it would be good the definitions of errors to be more business friendly or UX friendly when someone reads them. Another suggestion would be to indicate if an error is exclusive to web or to mobile or to both. Finally , it would be nice if in Beta Labs we could have as many dimensions as we would like e.g more than two for a graph o a table.

We can find out where we loose customers on their apllication flows and what was the reason behind.

There are so many tools to help identify user flows, errors, and pain points. Also, our account managers and Analysts are super helpful. They go above and beyond to help our team.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

Waiting for new updates to come out so that I can use them to support my analysis. Although, it's very hard to find any dislikes about QM. I'm excited for what's to come in the next few months.

**What problems is Quantum Metric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qm helps me better identify drop off rates, bounce rates, error messaging, rage clicks, click interaction, journey mapping, and overall performance in order to back up future business opportunities. Ultimately, helping me build the roadmap for my funnel.

As a UX Lead, I appreciate how quickly I can watch sessions and then locate issues to deep dive into.

I don't dislike anything. There is a large learning curve and I can't always stay up on the changes and new features.

This is the only platform that I have to watch user sessions and see the interaction between the user and our various products.

The team is extremely responsive and helpful. The platform itself is useful for a whole range of teams internally, from marketing to CX to product and technology.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

The platform's UI has quite a few limitations, and often requires extra customization to get to the necessary data; it can be hard to gain adoption when the learning curve is so steep and the data isn't there.

Quantum Metric is providing more visibility into the user experience than our other digital analytics platforms have; Session Replay in particular has been helpful when it comes to identifying the front-end customer impact of occasional tech incidents.

**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

Quantum Metric is an incredible tool for research and analyzing the user experience data from start to finish.

First and foremost, the interface is incredibly user-friendly. We've been able to collaborate better with a variety of our stakeholders and they have also found it easy to navigate and use. The layout is intuitive and straightforward, allowing us to quickly access the data we need without any unnecessary complexity.

The level of detail provided by the software is also truly impressive. It allowed me to dive deep into user behavior and preferences, providing valuable insights that I could use to improve the user experience of my projects. I was able to track everything from user flow and navigation to interaction points and time spent on pages/sections.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

While I generally find Quantum Metric to be an excellent tool for analyzing user experience data, there is one thing that I find a bit disappointing - the lack of testing capability.

As someone who is constantly striving to improve the user experience, I believe that testing is a crucial component of the process. Being able to test different design elements and see how they impact user behavior is incredibly valuable. We do use Quantum to watch sessions back through integration efforts and this isn't really a big dislike it's more of a "this would be nice to have"

Improving the user experience and identifying optimization points. Having the type of data and insights that we do has helped us evolve our product development to be not only continuous but human-centric.

That I didn't learn about it sooner! In reality, there is nothing that I can say I dislike about Quantum.

The ability to instantly quantify the impact of an error is a significant differentiator. It enables product teams to make data-driven prioritization decisions. Is it a problem for 1 or for many?

Sometimes views do not return results you know they should be. Occaisionally it's user error (wrong filters applied) but sometimes not, and it requires a page refresh to see the right results.

Support: troubleshooting issues and getting to resolution more quickly. Product development: identifying friction points and areas for improvement to deliver better experiences.

Getting the trace id for UI flow and events generated are most helpful in Quantam Metric that makes is very good tool for debugging and analyzing the issues in better way

Sometimes the events generated are not accurate; not sure if its due to the application I am looking at or if is it with the Quantum Metric portal. But apart from that I like everything

I like that I can see every visit by the customer. I work in insurance so customer often recall quotes over different days.

Sometimes there are glitches in the session.

QM shows me what the customer is doing and helps identify friction points in the design or find issues where tech diffs are occurring.

**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

I appreciate that I can quickly see what's happening with my customers using the fully customizable dashboard, heat maps, and alerts. It's more important than ever to adapt rapidly to our customer's evolving needs, and Quantum gives us the insights we need to make the changes that will delight our customers.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

Getting great insight sometimes begins with asking the right questions. Sometimes we don't always know what we don't know. I would love it if Quantum could suggestively surface things that I'm not necessarily looking for that are impacting my business for good or bad.

**What problems is Quantum Metric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

As we continue to look for ways to enhance our web and mobile app experiences, Quantum is helping us to prioritize dev work and guide UI/UX decision-making. Quantum helps us gets to the heart of what really matters.

**What do you like best about Quantum Metric?**

The analytics we are able to pull from QM are super actionable, easy to understand from a layman standpoint, and easily repeatable so we can build roles and business processes around them.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

Building out and leveraging some of the functionality like events requires some learning of the tool.  We are trying to adapt by designating some SME's, but are limited on headcount to do so.  Thus far, the QM account team has bent over backwards to make sure we are successful, so hopefully that continues!

**What problems is Quantum Metric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most common use case right now is the identification of site issues and prioritization based on number of users impacted and potential revenue loss.  This has been a huge win for the team.

It can be linked with other customer feedback mechanisms. If customers say "I had this problem while purchasing", I can view the QM session to see what actually happened.

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

There is a learning curve that can hamper adoption across the organization. It works best when you make it easy, e.g. you link it with another customer feedback tool as I mentioned in my other answer.

It helps me see exactly what the customer saw. When you identify an opportunity, it helps you size up the opportunity. For example, you can see how many customers are experiencing an error and how much it's impacting conversion.

Integration of the app into the mobile app was smooth.
lots of support from QM engineers helps

**What do you dislike about Quantum Metric?**

New docs for implementing with expo, what is currently there works but takes a bit of guessing.
Improve the quality of the recordings, sessions are not accurate reflections of the app.
The npm component has a `<View>` wrapper around the "QuantumComponent" which affects the styles of our own components by having this wrapper around, ideally it would be an empty fragment or allow an override in some form.

**What problems is Quantum Metric solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Help to reduce fraud and identify bottlenecks in our app. Still during implementation so haven't gotten to the benefits yet.

It is very easy to integrate and provides very good insights on customer behavior and friction points on the e-commerce site. 
The playback option is very useful to see clearly what analytics numbers tell you.

Maybe it is quite expensive. You need to build strong use cases to justify the investment.
Also, it requires to be on top of it so it does not get to be just another tool in your stack

It helps linking the analytics tools with real examples. It helps reproducing problems that are not that frequent so IT can go straight to them. Also identifies opportunities of improvement of our UX

The ability to replay user sessions for the purpose of debugging! Combining custom events along with a UI replay helps speed up the debugging process big time.

The replays are sometimes a bit slow or take some time to buffer. Also, the images and assets inlcuded in the replay sometimes do not load.

Debugging! Session replays in addition to the logging help speed up the debugging process.

QM is very helpful for full applications and tracking customer activity as they progress through an existing flow or process. Unfortunately, it isn't as useful when you are just tracking random customer activity as they come to and view a webpage(s).

For me there really isnt something I dont like about Quantum. It really is an amazing tool, but there are a lot of features I didnt know about until recently I wished I wouldve known before like Visible, QMU, and other things.

It is helping us totally revamp our customer experiences. We can see our customers pain points through replays and heatmapping and use that plus the data were seeing to make a seamless efficient pleasant experience for our customer.

Quantum Metric can be difficult to set up, mostly due to how complicated software in general is. Not really a critique of QM but of how difficult the product space can be.
