"Good Features But Lacks Strong Recommendation"
4/5
What do you like best about Qualio?

I like that Qualio allows me to write SOPs, prepare documents, and manage training, all in one place. It solves all my problems and is easy to maintain. The change control feature is easy to use, and I can write, review, correct, and approve CCR efficiently. It's easy to use and more controlled. Compared to my previous experience with MasterControl, Qualio is far better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualio?

I think Qualio could improve on how everything is managed in one place by multiple departments. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Streamlined Document Control with Effective Onboarding"
4.5/5
What do you like best about Qualio?

I really like how document control is much easier with Qualio compared to using Google Drive for hosting a QMS. The clear version control and approvals process are a big help, and it definitely reduces the admin burden. I also appreciate that training plans, once generated, are automated. The ability to edit and create documents within Qualio is a great feature too. The document edit feature stands out as excellent, and I find the distinctions between edit access and basic user access particularly useful for staff training in a medtech startup. The initial setup was pretty easy thanks to clear onboarding from the team, and I find the sandbox environment super useful to test out ideas. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualio?

It would be great to have grammatical and typo error edits in the document drafting process. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Qualio as Integral Tool for QMS"
3/5
What do you like best about Qualio?

Is a powerful, tool for document control, as well as for other aspects of QM, such training control, management of quality events, management of the training of the employees, and other dayli basics for a QMS software.

It's also easy to access, runs everywhere. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualio?

There is no way to automate workflows, for instance, the document control section of a document, could automatically be filled with the gap between the present draft and the previous effective version, and if the user introduces the Document Change Request event that triggers the new draft, the system could validate if the request in the CR fits the changes in the draft, and feed the CR validation section with that info.

Other semi automated processes, like the design controls, are getting better, but the integration of the design controls and risk management is still unusable, since the risk code changes when a risk is evaluated after apply the mitigation methods, this is not ISO 13485 nor 14971 compliant Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
