What I like most is that it gives us one place to manage quality-related work without everything feeling scattered. In my case, it’s especially helpful for tracking PRCs tied to releases, keeping approvals visible, and making sure the right records are linked to the release process. Some parts still feel more manual than I’d like. For release-related work, there can be a lot of back and forth between Qualio and other tools, plus extra follow-up to make sure everything is aligned and fully closed out. I like that Qualio is super easy to use for training at work. I just click the link from my email, read through the training, sign it, and submit it. It's so user-friendly and doesn't take much out of my day. I appreciate how it turns what could be long emails or meetings into a simple document that I can go through at my own pace. I really like how efficient it is, allowing me to do training super quick without setting up big meetings or being on phone calls. The process of filling an event out is initially confusing. I did not know that you had to go back into the file to fill out the rest of the form. The process of sending an event for review first is also not mentioned. However, once you have filled out an event form, and am familiar with the steps, it is easy to use. I use Qualio for keeping our QMS. It helps us keep our documents all aligned and provides a very specific change management system during audits to show what was changed and why. I like that it is very professional and allows me to easily keep track of documents and leave reviews, ensuring the reviewer remains the reviewer and doesn't make any edits.
