It means that altering existing procedures or records is not easy. Hence, there should be a perfect post editor. I just have one suggestion for the UI changes: when we click on a collapse button, the previous menu discollapses. The new UI/UX development in Quailo was a bit low in terms of using the platform but the AI for generating Change control, modifying contents is very good. The linking of all types of documentation whether it is events, supplier, documents and any thing which is in Qualio is great and it helps in adding and linking within the document to showcase the absolute documentation thing. The generation of graphs based on the available data is doing great job as it reduced my time to manage and prepare the data's in a presentable way. **What do you dislike about Qualio?** After my last review Qualio has improved a lot but some minor thing which i will discuss need more efforts in resolving those issues. One time my collegue send one document for approval and that document used to come across my dashboard for me to approve and the same approving authorities, instead it did not come across ayone's dashboard and the support team had taked almost 3-4 days to give solution for that. Another is that as a Quality auditor and for doing audits for ISO we must be having one thing in mind for suppliers that if we have any suppliers for our organization then we have to review them and give grading to use that supplier in future with most preferred or not but that common and minor thing was not added despite the suppliers module was introduced a long time ago. After all the response for the Asia region can be improved as some time we have to wait for almost a day to got some resolution for our problem due to region availability. **What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?** After my last review there were so many problems that were faced and Qualio was and is the best to get it resolved for me. Like, for some documents the specific notification was not come up to the email but after implementation of new notification within Qualio i/ my company's employees doesn't have to go through the emails and the email traffic is also decreased. The next was regarding the validation workflow on events which was a simple module and after new implementation the validation feature was strengthen compared to the previous validation and currently we can change it for different events to make sure that the validation step is accurately completed and successfully closed. ### 34.
