I find Qualio very user-friendly and easy to use. As my company is new to using this platform, I find it easy to locate the training materials to read for sterile processing. The initial setup of Qualio was extremely easy for me; I just had to click on a link.

I use Qualio for record keeping and compliance, and it's easy to use and user-friendly. It's also easy to locate training materials for sterile processing.

I like editing documents in the system and linking items within multiple documents. The speed of navigation and the quality and efficiency of the search function are impressive. The workspace feature is great because it outlines all outstanding documents, trainings, approvals, and tasks in one space.

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

Qualio provides built-in collaboration and change control to your QMS documents, as well as training traceability. Built-in Design Controls allow for traceability of Risks, Inputs, Outputs, Verification and Validation activities. Document Templates ensure consistency within a document type. Supplier management is also built-in. Event functionality provides workflows for CAPA's, complaints, SCAR and other activities that can be customized. The training module allows the creation of pre-built training plans to make onboarding new employees smoother. 
The Qualio team is supportive during the onboarding process and supplies templates relevant to the Medical Device industry. 
Continuous Improvement is truly happening. New features and functions continue to be offered to keep up with a changing regulatory environments. 
Qualio is user-friendly and intuitive to use, and supports an environment of staying up to date in real time.

Some Qualio-provided templates overlap/duplicate each other.

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

Qualio has proven to be an excellent eQMS platform that balances functionality with simplicity. Its intuitive user interface makes it easy for both new and experienced users to navigate, reducing the training burden across teams. Implementation was smooth, supported by a responsive and knowledgeable customer success team who helped tailor the system to our specific needs.

We use Qualio frequently across quality, regulatory, and product development functions — from document control to training, audits, and CAPA management. The platform includes a robust set of features without being overly complex, which makes day-to-day operations efficient.

Integration with our existing systems has been straightforward, and Qualio’s continuous enhancements reflect their commitment to customer feedback. Overall, it’s a scalable, compliant, and user-focused solution that grows with our organization.

We really appreciate the ability to access beta features in the Sandbox environment. It allows us, as end users, to test new functionalities in a controlled setting and provide meaningful feedback before they are released to the production environment. This not only helps ensure the features meet real-world needs but also gives us confidence in the stability and usability of upcoming updates.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

While Qualio is a robust eQMS platform, there are a few areas where improvement would enhance its effectiveness. Some advanced features offer limited customization, which can be challenging for organizations with more complex or specialized workflows. The user interface, while clean and intuitive, could benefit from a more flexible, folder-like structure to better organize and navigate documents.

Integration capabilities are steadily improving, but certain use cases still require manual intervention like migrating content from Sandbox to Production Environment. 

Despite these points, Qualio’s responsiveness to feedback and ongoing enhancements are encouraging and show a clear commitment to user needs.

Qualio is helping us streamline and centralize our quality management processes across the organization. Before Qualio, we relied on scattered systems and manual processes for document control, training, CAPA, and audits, which made compliance management time-consuming and prone to errors.

With Qualio, we now have a single, integrated platform that ensures version control, simplifies training tracking, and enables real-time visibility into quality events. It has improved cross-functional collaboration and significantly reduced administrative burden, helping us maintain compliance with ISO 13485, 21 CFR 820, and other regulatory requirements.

As a result, we save time, reduce risk, and maintain a consistent state of audit readiness — all of which support product quality and patient safety.

I like the fact that there's training deadlines, and you can see what's due if you have overdue things. All the trainings are accessed very easily. The initial setup was very easy as it's linked to my Gmail account, making login very simple.

I find the training modules lacking in interactivity. Right now, it's mainly document uploads to read, which are very lengthy and hard to retain everything.

It is a simple, user friendly eQMS that is easy to implement and configure compared to other systems. It's also much more affordable compared to many other eQMS brands.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

Sometimes the document editor can be clunky but it's much better since the upgrade.

Qualio makes quality management more efficient so the company requires less headcount and less hands on time of existing employees. It provides excellent traceability of documentation that makes audits very easy.

I find Qualio easy to use, which is important when writing validation documents. I also like that it creates a template that others can use in the future. The initial setup was pretty easy, which made getting started with Qualio a smooth experience.

I think Qualio could use some improvements. It needs a spell check feature, the ability to insert tables from Word or Excel, and a paintbrush tool.

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

Extremely user friendly and intuitive. Onboarding new staff is so easy as there is not a lot of training required on how to use the system. 

Qualio is constantly updating their system as well providing extremely helpful tools and showing they listen to their customers which is a great feature. 

The integration with Jira, Github etc for SaMD companies makes the lives so much easier of QA/RA personnel.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

The document editor within Qualio falls short on several items which makes writing documents in Qualio a hard task, especially for the teams that are not using it frequently. 

The analytics tab falls short as it does not contribute to the compilation of KPIs. It is very hard to know the % of overdue events like training, document change control, CAPAs (by phase), etc. 

However, every system have their weak areas and I am confident that Qualio will address these in time as they do seem to listen to their customers and drive improvements in their system.

The system is validated which is a great feature. It automates several manual tasks like document control, sign offs compliant with 21 CFR part 11, training, etc. This reduces our needs for more staff in the QA/RA team and reduces manual tasks prone to error within all the teams.

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

I think the audit trail feature allows us to see who has reviewed and approved documents and what version is currently active.
The Design control is good for tracking design inputs and outputs for the project.
Ease of reviewing and approving a document.
I like the linking feature between the documents, which allows for easy finding of relevant information in documentation.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

No repeat reminders if a document has been out for review/approval for a while and has been missed by the reviewer, and so is holding up a document from final release.
No notifications or warnings if you are looking at a document which is currently being reviewed, but you are not in the review process, so you would be working on a document that will soon be obsolete without knowing. Just a little notification would help.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Creating new documentation for projects which need to be reviewed by a number of people, which allows ease of suggestion and modifications to the document. As well as being able to leave comments when reviewing, which can then be taken forward.
I like that it is all on one platform, and saves passing around Word documents over email or Teams channels to allow the review. Everyone can see the comments and who has reviewed/approived a document.

Suppliers not able to be tagged and the next audit due function is frustrating, Training % is for overall, not overdue, not able to automate adding new users (importing), some of the Events auto populate can be confusing and is not editable.

Online dedicated housing of the QMS. Benefitting us as our company is across the nation so getting approvals can be challenging without it.

It is easy to use and the Qualio team provides very professional support to get you started.

Overall, it is one of the more expensive systems. Depending on size, you are assigned to a group (plan). Only certain groups receive new features – others have to pay ‘surcharges’ if they want to use them.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio is not only our quality management system, but also our management system, which can cover various requirements (information security, occupational safety, etc.). There are already coordinated modules for some areas. Otherwise, the flexible system allows you to define and set up all requirements yourself.

I like the emails Qualio sends to remind us to complete the training. It's very helpful in ensuring nothing is forgotten. I also appreciate how easy the interface is, which makes using the software straightforward.

After completing a training, we get sent to another page instead of being sent back to the dashboard, which I think is the most useful.

Trainings are easy to keep track of, and the assessments are quite helpful. I also find the notifications to be useful. The dashboard stands out as a particularly great feature.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

Navigating the table can be frustrating. For example, if I begin on page 1 and need to access trainings listed on page 2, I have to manually click to the next page each time. With hundreds of trainings available, this process becomes quite tedious. It would be helpful to have a filter that allows users to view only uncompleted trainings.

I appreciate how this tool helps with compliance tasks and makes it easier to become familiar with processes and the way the organization operates. Having documents readily available for future reference is also a significant benefit.

From my experience at Accugen, Qualio excels in ease of use, with an intuitive interface that makes navigating documents and workflows straightforward. Ease of implementation is generally good, though configuring complex workflows can require some initial time and training. Customer support has been responsive and helpful whenever guidance is needed. I use Qualio frequently, as it centralizes training, document control, and quality events in one platform, which significantly improves efficiency across teams. The platform offers a solid number of features, though advanced functionality like reporting and workflow automation could be enhanced. Ease of integration with other systems is available but could be more seamless to reduce manual data entry and improve traceability. Overall, Qualio has made quality management at Accugen more transparent, structured, and less time-consuming, supporting smooth daily operations.

From my experience at Accugen, a few key improvements could make Qualio even more effective. First, enhancing the document editor to better handle complex formatting and Word/Excel imports would save time and reduce errors. The easy to use interface and easy to implement to real lab setting. A lots of choices in terms of documentation. It's also easy to keep track of one task & its history of edition. Everything is easier & user-friendly.

Notification setting for receiving email was a bit hard to navigate and hard to find. If possible, having more detailed history tracking for documents editing or file attaching would be really nice.

Qualio helps us a lot through SOP writing and editing. It's easy for multiple users to work on the same document, see the editing and version change, assigning user to document, and the status of the document. The tagging and grouping of documents are also easy and encouraging for user to use.

This has been one of the most intuitive Qualify system platforms I have used, which satisfied ease of implementation.  Because of that I was able to get up to speed and productive sooner.  I did not need to ask a lot of questions about usage, because I figured most of them out myself.  The routing of document to reviewers, and the feedback/comments/suggestions flow is simple.  I have never had the ability to contact customer support in real time, that is unique.  I like the ability to open multiple tabs at the same time.  I frequently use the platform all day every day.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

I get a little confused on adding "other approvers"  when that list of people is in the list of reviewers.  Just wondering if there is a way to establish a list of reviewers, and have back and forth with comments, and once all comments have been satisfactorily addressed move the document the approver.  I also wonder how the reviewers know my responses to their comments.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is making my job more efficient, by being able to get to my document quickly, view comments easily, and it is compatible with Word, so I don't have a problem with generating a draft outside of Qualio, then copying to Qualio.

Easy to edit and review documents while maintaining documentation versioning. The addition of on-platform reviews for both documents and events mean the platform is relatively easy to implement from a paper-based or MS document-based QMS system. I used Qualio every day as part of my job as the head of QC at a cell therapy company.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

There are two frustrations that I have with the current platform, both of which are not deal breakers but do require work to fix. 
(1) In Templates there is no version control making it hard to integrate forms that were previously paper-based into online fillable form. This feature would greatly help for manufacturing batch record generation, and analytical testing report forms among many others.  
(2) All documents need to be written in the Qualio text editor which takes a lot of adjustment to learn. Table editing is particularly frustrating and really needs work.

Qualio is the eQMS our company uses to control documentation for the development of cell therapy products.
