It is very easy to navigate through Qualio and to complete my trainings. I use it quite frequently and have never had any issues. It is easy to jump on and find out what I have due and complete my trainings.

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

I really like using Qualio as it allows us to be able to complete training for our company effectively and easily with the minimum of fuss. It is very easy to implement on our network and the customer support on offer is of the highest level.

I frequently use this whenever training is needed to be completed. Definitely something to use again in the future.

There is nothing wrong with Qualio and is a great product.

It's a great eQMS system, much better than the paper based systems.

When comments are made between various review stages, it is hard to find what comments were passed from the reviewer to the author from traceability point of view.

Helps keep track documents in a traceable way. Eventually helping with audits and stuff in a traceable way.

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

Qualio is beautifully lean. The user interface is clean and uncluttered and easy to navigate with the minimum of training. It appears deceptively simplistic, however a great deal of thought has evidently gone into streamlining and simplifying the platform. My initial fear that this was a budget system lacking the necessary bells and whistles of more expensive, established offerings, was unfounded. Those bells and whistles you thought you needed? You really don't! Welcome to an eQMS that gives you everything you need, without the confusion and distraction of valueless novelty add-ons. Greater efficiency, greater productivity.... and zero downtime while your team struggle to learn the ropes.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

My only minor quibble with Qualio is the limited number of options for formatting text when creating project records/reports. Specifically, I'd like a little more control over line-spacing and text indents.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Transition from a paper-based QMS to an electronic system. From my perspective, Qualio has been seamless to implement. I only wish we'd done this years ago!

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

Simple and clear interface for a small company with many new to MDR and regulatory compliance. We especially liked the added service of support from an expert team, through a single knowledgable goto person.

Analytics in training compliance is really nice, and the ability to create multiple event flows.
As for Medical we need one flow, and for Information Security we need another. 

We were happy when activating a new regulatory framework, the entire startset was uploaded and added just like that. That is a huge timesaver.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

The only part that sometimes bugs us, is the findability of documents. As in Qualio lists, tags and search are the intended whay to do it. 
Where as we could do also we dedicated spaces around a specific product or topic. 
Or logical collections of policies, work instructions and sops that belong together. So when you update one, you would want to update the others too. 

I must say though, when we had our external formal audit Qualio proved it's way of working, The auditor coined a document code, we would search it and lift it up in the blink of an eye. Speedy and adequate. It helped a lot in the formal external audit proces.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Medical QMS, QMS for multiple interconnected frameworks in one go.
Both per country as per vertical like Medical and Informtion Security.

We'll get AI and NICE frameworks too soon and this won't headache us.

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

Qualio offers many companies a great quality system solution for early-stage companies and startups. Outside of a wonderfully responsive onboarding and support team it offers a few other distinct advantages including:
- Integrated training system
- Integrated supplier management function
- Account add-ons that give access to a wealth of starter documents
- Ongoing development of the platform that gives meaningful quality-of-life improvements.

If your company is considering a paper-based quality management system due to the cost and complexity of other systems, I'd implore you to look at this system and consider what it can do for you for a fraction the cost of its competitors.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

One of Qualio's greatest strengths is its cost but this comes with its own price.
- The limitations of the systems in-platform document editor make it unsuitable for a number of major document types where fine formatting control isn't simply a want, but an absolute necessity.
- The system isn't currently setup to support querying capabilities used by many companies to get at-a-glance views of status. However this function is coming and their in-system Analytics function still offers many useful insights.
- The simplicity of user levels in Qualio is a weakness in that it makes it difficult to limit functionality access for certain items, meaning well-crafted training and implementation is needed to keep low-compliance minded team members from breaking workflows frequently.

Yes..... its the backbone of our whole quality system.

Good document control, with tracabiliy for minor changes

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

Poor ability to analysis data with in Qualio, request export of data into the likes of excel to carry out  non-conformance analysis.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio is primarilly a document control with good tracability of document roll out with read and understand sign off at user level.
Promises of updates to support eQMS, but no delivered yet. User feedback to improve product, get stock reply 'we will pass this to our development team' - no feedback on whether this customer/user request is being taken up.

It's very useful to have the periodic review reminders in which you are notified via email when documents require assessment and updates.  Also, the training module has been very helpful in organizing training by job title and department and monitoring the overall progress of each employee.

Sometimes it is difficult to find documents in the library if you are unsure about ID prefix.  It would be helpful to have a table of contents.

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

Customer service is second to none and the platform is so easy to use. Compared with traditional QMS systems it offers great flexibility and people are not scared to use it as it's very user-friendly.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

Because of the platform's flexibility, it will require quite a bit of time to either implement or adapt the events to align with your business. However, this work is needed if your business is focused on flexibility.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio is solving a lot of issues but this is mostly due to us building our first QMS. Nevertheless, the biggest issue Qualio is helping with is the integration with various other platforms used by our teams. There is no need to push other teams to use a new tool that may or may not fulfil all their requirements.

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

Qualio is affordable, very easy to use, customizable, and the pricing is easy to understand.  Other system are overpriced and are module based which quickly add up.  Overall I am always comfortable knowing that people who have had no prior experience with a eQMS system can easily navigate the system and can focus on producing good documentation rather than trying to figure out how to use the system.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

There are not many downsides, however since Qualio has not been around as long as other systems there are some features that I wish were implemented.  However, Qualio offers idea intake and often times my ideas are put out in system updates.  Qualio listens to its users and the system is always getting better.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio allows me to confidently have a compliant, and paperless, quality management system.  Qualio ties in everything from document creation, training, deviation and CAPA management, supplier control, and more.  Overall this allows me to save time, money, and I know that when we get audited that everything is collected in one place.

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

Easily manage the documents like Standard Operating Procedure, Detailed Operating Procedure, and Template. 
Manage the versioning of the document esily and can see what was changes in each version.
Get the end user trainined on the Procedures. This also allows the sign-off from trainee upon completing the training. 
Best part is that we can setup small quiz before the user sign-off the document. 
It maintained the history of when the training was completed and due date of the training.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

While it allows to manage the versioning, it does not have good comparision view. 
Whenever we tried to check difference between 2 versions, as a end user I only see HTML text which is enoying.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It allows to maintain the ISO certification related documents for the Organisation. 
It allows all the employees to easily search the SOP/DOP/TEMP documents to comply with ISO standard.
It also help organisation to track training  of each employee on each document related to their roles.
Best part is that it also has approval process, so before the document gets approved, it go through many approval process.

The date of retiring a document should be viewed in the document itself.
Change control is viewable only in the current version, would be good to see in older versions of the document as well

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

Powerful but easy.  We brought up a complete QMS with Qualio in under a year and passed our 13485 certification audit.  

The ability to hot link other Qualio documents was a real plus in our audit where we could easily follow the track of interrelated documents.

Forms capability gives us lots of flexibility in designing ways to collect and manage critical quality information.  We could not have implemented a quality system within our time frame without the forms capabilities in Qualio.

Tags are great way for us to easily sub select quality records based on customer, product, process, etc.  This is really helpful for us to quickly find customer related quality documents.  

Review process for new documents that allows us to enter comments and edits.

Love the ability to have the system identify action items whether they are CAPAs, document reviews, supplier updates, audits, etc.

Great supplier support that allows us to easily manage all of our suppliers and maintain supporting documentation for each of our vendors.

Great events management subsystem for CAPAs, problems and issue tracking.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

Would like more form formatting as well as features like check boxes and drop down selection menus.  

Also would like better approval processes for new or modified forms.  it would also be nice to add field constraints such as must fill out, format, data range, etc.

Also, it can be challenging to find the right temples to use.  Would like to be able to create and structure custom menus by user type with the forms that they typically use.

The internal hotlink feature is really great with the ability to type in part of a document name but it would be nice to have a way to better organize, find and view documents that you may want to link to with the hotlink feature.

Would like to be able to use events or have forms enhanced to allow us to move data collection and actions through multiple users not just for CAPAs

Ease of use. System is very user friendly and workflows are very easy to understand and pick up process(es) quickly.

Developer also is very responsive with feature requests and software updates.

Pricing for read only user licenses. Very expensive to add users that only require read only access for Document Library and Training completion.

Would like to see pricing tiers for user licenses to be for Quality or Normal users only who will create, revise and approve documents in system while Basic (read only) user counts and licenses don't require continual purchase of licenses as we add new employees for our new and rapidly growing facility that went from 20 employees to 200 in the past year and is now expected to jump to 300 with planned expansions.

Electronic document approval process for QMS documents and supplier approval qualification. This has streamlined our ability to create and revise documentation while cutting down on the amount of physical paperwork that must be signed and retained.

Change control functionallity. comparison of past versions of documents (sometimes only loads changes in HTML mode). replaced lists don't have changes incorporated throughout but two large chunks of red and green text.

The auto-generated process numbers do not match with our current process numbers and are a significant cause of confusion for our ground-level employees. I would also like to see a better option for keeping a group-based training matrix with different levels of training. Basically, something that can be utilized in a management review meeting.

Eliminating rev control from multiple locations on-site, eliminating paper training records, tracking progress automatically, ease of use quickly finding documents. We have printed binders galore, so this is way less frustrating and efficient.

It has templates that can be used to start and an easy-to-use infrastructure, but ultimately you need to hire a quality person to draft your documents. Please note that once you sign an agreement with Qualio, you are stuck using it, so you will need a qualified quality person to tailor the documents to your needs!

It is not a turnkey solution. Hire a quality person to spearhead your efforts. In the long run, you will need someone familiar with writing the documents and running the system.

Qualio is user-friendly and helpful for audits. I like how the screens navigate easily. One of the best things is how they link the most recent files within a file.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

There is no section for the equipment list or calibration. When making changes to templates, there is no change control for the changes made. Implement change control in the template editor.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They are adding checkboxes for text editing. They mentioned they were adding change control for templates, however I have yet to see this be implemented. Qualio is helpful for audits.

We're most pleased with how much easier it makes looking for particular records in our technical files. We had our first audit after implementing Qualio recently and the auditor was much happier with our records and archives.

Probably the aspect that has taken the most time to get used to and implement is lagging training in Qualio. Partly though this was through us not being clear how we were intending to do this and the new training plan function has helped a lot as well

It has helped free up a lot of time within the QA team and also allowed us to get the rest of the company to complete some tasks in a fast more consistent way. This  allows us to focus more on product development and implementing sustainability programs

Qualio was fairly simple to set up; Customer support was usually responsive.  Integration with existing tools was a key diffentiator.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

Some features do not appear to be fully developed.  (Integration took a LOT of iterations to get working, text editor was buggy at first, Internal Audit lacks scheduling and other basic features).
Support from Ireland presented time zone issues for the West coast of US.  
Design Control outputs (PDF) are not well formatted for readability.
Risk Assessmet is locked down to outdated methods like FMEA, which is not suited to software products.
Document review/approval workflow is locked down and doesn't allow for collaboration (multiple authors) and iterative review (workflow must be reset for every edit).

Integration with existing SDLC tools and automatic generation of validation documents is a HUGE time-saver.  No more Paper!

Qualio has been a great upgrade from our paper documentation system. The storage and retrieval of the documents from anywhere connected to the internet has made our QMS so much more effective, especially when working remote.

Every auditor who has experienced our system in the past 2 years has been impressed with how easy it is to find the information as everything is conveniently linked together.

The formats for documents are a bit rigid for complicated documents or documents with many graphics. This is overcome by using the attachment feature. Any file of any format can be attached.

**What do you like best about Qualio?**

For an experienced quality team, Qualio supports a flexible system using customizable templates better than other software system I have used. The growth of new functionality has shown continuous effort. Recent additions of an improved editor and Analytics has been especially well received. They actively seek customer input to identify where improvements are best applied and their response times to issues encountered are timely. I especially like the validation packs that are provided to support rapid software validation of our use of Qualio following the GAMP 5 guidance.

**What do you dislike about Qualio?**

Shortcomings of the product are related to having their own document format which can prove difficult when converting to a more recognized format, such as a .pdf. Document hierachy and parent child linkages are not easily accomplished or viewable. That can make locationg the right procedure more cumbersome than necessary. Also, cloning of records is not available to the customer, a feature that is desirable for manufacturers of product lines with few variations to minimize time to create new documentation.

**Recommendations to others considering Qualio:**

The operation is a little different than other EDMS systems but it is easy to pick up and works well. Like anything a little practice is needed to get efficient.

**What problems is Qualio solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualio provides a reliable CFR part 11 compliant document management system that allows all types of attachments, including videos, and provides easy linkage to internal documents. They are currently rolling out a series of upgrades that expand the features of the system. The Analytics module automates tracking of many QMS metrics. Improvements in their Events module, a configurable, staged activity function, a more usable feature. Difficulties with document collaboration have been greatly removed with improvements to the editor. Also some rights that were before managed only by Qualio are now shared with the customer, such as providing access to various modules in the system.

Friendly interface and easy to navigate. Contains most features required for a good quality system.
The specific modules (e.g. NCR, CF and CAPA) are great to make different type of documentation and help you track associated tasks

document formating is not straightforward at first but after some time you get the hang of it.
There shoul be a tab or section for your document for which all reviews were done (at the moment you have to open individual document and navigate to the review tab to see this info)
The search function could be improved, either with new filters or other.

Make sure to plan enough time for transitionning
