It might be something our internal team can change, but currently, forms that are part of a SOPs, when updated, do not ping us a notification email when there is a version change.

We are creating SOPs and Work Instructions quickly and efficiently. All training is done and verified in one area; nothing gets lost or forgotten. We can easily search the library for documents that we need to reference.

Qualio has made it so much easier to track and find all of our documentation. It is also easy to track documents through the release process and make edits as needed. Before we had Qualio, it was such a burden to update documents, but now it is easy to make sure everything stays current and correct. It is also much easier to find what I need. The ability to link to other documents has also been critical in streamlining our documentation.

It would be useful to have more spreadsheet (Excel) functionality built into Qualio. It can also be difficult to copy tables into Qualio due to the formatting.

Qualio has made it so much easier to review and edit documents prior to document release. This has improved the quality of our documentation and reduced the amount of time spent on getting documents through our release process.

The overall set up is easy and very user friendly. gets rid of the paperwork, quick & easy signatures. Simple to use, affordable. Everyone who has tried it in my training class has agreed the software is simple to use. It is very convenient to have all of the documents together in one place and to use digital signatures. We receive emails when a new Qualio has been uploaded on the dashboard. I do like the way the website is set up, you know where to click and its not a guessing game. Any company who needs their employees to sign and agree to documents, this is for you!

I have not yet ran across any features on Qualio that I disliked. So far my experience with Qualio has been excellent, no complaints.

The Qualio program is a must have to help organize a companies documents that they need the employee to read, sign and date. The program/site is very user friendly, quick and simple! Be sure to check it out to see if this is the right move for you and your business.

I have not yet encountered a problem with Qualio, hoping this will not change I have not yet experienced any problems. I have been able to get the job done when on the site.

Extremely user-friendly and intuitive. Easy to navigate. Flexible in terms of creating forms. Speed is quick for searching.

I have never been a fan of most QMS software as it is bulky and tedious to manage workflows. However Qualio is almost foolproof. I really appreciate how much time this software saves.

It is a little pricey for what it does. However, it helps check all the boxes needed for outside certifications.

A good piece of software. Worth the cost if you need to streamline certification processes.

The huge benefit is auditing QC and other processes is far smoother than it used to be. A lot less paper to chase.

UPDATE: We have been using it for 2 years now and there is not much NOT to love. It is fantastic. We have passed our ISO certification, we are compliant with training and it is used for many controlled documents not just our SOPs but also I run the audit programme using it, we log key documents as well as manage our suppliers, quality events and training.

It is very intuitive and easy to use. Everyone who has tried it so far (we are yet to go live) has thought it is simple to use. It will be fantastic to have all of the QMS documents together in one place and to use digital signatures.

Best bit for me is the training function.

We also like the ability to tag so that we can compartmentalise the company and filter down to a very granular level with tags.

So far I have not disliked anything about the system itself. Can't wait until we are using it for real.

We have been using Qualio now for nearly 2 years and mostly we love it. Our gripes are the text editor (we know this is in beta) and we do not like the Supplier Module new one but then again it is a lot of work to change from our own system.

We needed an eQMS for the company's activities and paper was becoming unmanageable. Just having the Change Control as part of the steps you have to take means that everyone has to make sure they have completed a CC.

We are removing paper and the burden that can have on a company and its QA department for the management of all aspects of the QMS. One of the best features is the ability to see real time training compliance status.

We are using it for both Medical Devices and Pharmaceuticals which is of great benefit for our multi-faceted company.

All QMS processes are captured within Qualio as either document records (this includes Training, Equipment and Suppliers) as well as Events (CAPA, NCR, PMS, ECN).

Qualio deserves praise for its simplistic and user friendly interface. We did the right choice by introducing Qualio to our organization. We appreciate how it improved the entire process which otherwise can be a big distraction if not handled right. Highly recommended. Welcome Qualio!

Nothing really! I am using the product for a couple of months now and still haven't encountered anything not to like.

I am not familiar with any other QMS product but being a software engineer I know it would be hard to top what Qualio has done with it's product.

I have everything I need as documents are concerned at one place. I really, really appreciate not having to deal with paper. Now everything is done through Qualio and the quizzes and signatures are handled via the interface. Documents are nicely contained via your personalized dashboard. You got to like the notification system around the introduction and due dates around the documents.

Qualio has great help support features and is very easy to navigate through.

There are no least helpful features. Track changes for collocating on documents would be a great feature to have.

The benefit of Qualio is that the product is very modern and the user experience is smooth and intuitive.
