**What do you like best about Qualified?**

What I like best about Qualified is how quickly it drives meaningful engagement on our website. The platform makes it easy for us to identify high-intent visitors and connect with them in real time through targeted conversations. Since implementing it on our site, we’ve already seen a noticeable lift in both engagement and conversions, especially from accounts that matter most to our business.

The flexibility of the experience is also a big plus, we can tailor messaging, routing, and playbooks to align with our GTM strategy without a ton of complexity. It also integrates seamlessly with our CRM, which allows our team to act on conversations immediately and keep everything tied to pipeline.

Overall, it’s been a powerful way to turn anonymous traffic into real opportunities without adding friction to the buyer experience.

**What do you dislike about Qualified?**

Nothing significant so far. If anything, the challenge is making sure you’re fully utilizing all of its capabilities. It’s a powerful platform, and getting the most out of it requires some upfront strategy and ongoing optimization.

**What problems is Qualified solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualified is helping us turn anonymous website traffic into real pipeline by enabling us to engage high-intent visitors in the moment. Instead of relying solely on static forms or delayed follow-up, we’re able to create real-time, personalized experiences that drive immediate action.

We’re also using features like Pounce to instantly alert our team when high-intent prospects are on the site, which allows our small but mighty Growth Team to jump on opportunities in real time and ensure no potential deal slips through the cracks.

On top of that, we’re actively A/B testing different conversion experiences, including a video modal versus a more traditional text-based chat approach. This is helping us better understand what drives engagement and conversions on our website.

As a result, we’re increasing engagement, accelerating speed to lead, and learning more about what actually converts.

**What do you like best about Qualified?**

The combination of a sophisticated AI Studio and a truly elite support model. The product itself is intuitive and powerful, allowing us to build our digital SDR and navigate complex conversations with ease.

However, the standout has been our Success Architect, Jake Di Noto. Jake doesn’t feel like a vendor; he feels like a core member of our team. He is incredibly responsive, lightning-fast with technical execution, and possesses the strategic intelligence to anticipate our needs before we even voice them. Having a partner who is as invested in our "Go-Live" success as we are has made all the difference.

**What do you dislike about Qualified?**

The platform is deep, which means there is a learning curve to mastering every nuance of the AI Studio. However, this is entirely mitigated by the high-touch onboarding and the wealth of available resources. Any initial complexity is quickly resolved through their proactive support.

Qualified gives us a 24/7 AI presence that qualifies intent and books meetings in real-time on our website. This helps us move from a "fill out a form and wait" model to "instant conversation and booking."

**What do you like best about Qualified?**

The best part for me is Piper, the AI SDR Agent. It’s not just a chatbot; it actually thinks and reasons to qualify leads 24/7. It’s essentially automated our top-of-funnel by booking meetings even when our team is offline, and that has significantly increased our pipeline without adding more headcount.

**What do you dislike about Qualified?**

The only thing I don’t like right now is that routing rules have to be set up entirely within Qualified, instead of using what we already have configured in Salesforce. Basically, if we change our normal web form routing, we currently have to update both Salesforce and Qualified. It’s a super small issue and doesn’t impact too much overall.

**What problems is Qualified solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualified has solved our biggest “speed-to-lead” bottleneck by fully automating the transition from a website visitor to a booked meeting. Previously, we were losing high-intent prospects because manual follow-up took too long. Now the platform acts as an intelligent gatekeeper, qualifying each visitor against our ICP before they ever see a calendar link. As a result, our sales team spends time only on truly gold-standard opportunities.

Beyond the automation, the depth of the visitor analytics and the real-time intent data has been a game-changer, we no longer feel like we’re “flying blind.” We have clear visibility into which target accounts are on our site and what they’re searching for.

**What do you like best about Qualified?**

The team that supports us. Yes, the technology is great, thoughtfully put together, flexible, and powerful, but Janene, our QSA, is the reason we are live in 30 days despite being in the middle of a potential company spin-off, total re-brand, and enormous loads of work to be done. We shouldn't be live already. We are because of the team behind the product's willingness to do whatever it takes to get us there.

**What do you dislike about Qualified?**

I wish we could customize the appearance of our AI Assistant more. Custom fonts, chat backgrounds, etc.

**What problems is Qualified solving and how is that benefiting you?**

1. Clear-eyed responses during a time of change: Renaming a large volume of products as part of a rebrand and spin-off could lead to confusion among our large existing customer base. PiperX understands all the changes we've made and knows all of our rebranded content and website better than any one person could. This means customers and prospects get clear answers during a time of change and find information without having to search through websites and resource libraries. 
2. Activating valuable deep content for personalized nurture is a huge gain compared to static content suggestions for an enterprise company with many solutions & products. 
3. Visitor insight: reading through conversations gives access to valuable customer insights. 

Can't wait to get into lead qualification, pipeline generation, ABM campaign support, and more. We're just getting started with PiperX and excited.

**What do you like best about Qualified?**

We just launched Qualified today, so this review is primarily from an implementation and onboarding perspective.

Overall, the implementation process was very smooth. A big part of the successful rollout was the support from our Success Architect, Nick Kerlin. Nick was extremely responsive throughout the implementation process and provided clear guidance on configuration, best practices, and how to structure conversation flows. Having someone who understands both the technical setup and the go-to-market strategy behind conversational marketing made the process much easier for our team.

**What do you dislike about Qualified?**

Since Qualified is a powerful platform with a lot of flexibility, there is naturally a bit of a learning curve when first getting familiar with the interface, conversation flows, and routing logic. That’s not unique to Qualified - it's typical with any sophisticated tool that integrates deeply with systems like Salesforce and marketing automation platforms.

That said, the onboarding support from Nick made the process much easier. Nick walked us through the setup step by step, shared best practices, and helped simplify what could have otherwise been a very technical implementation. His guidance significantly reduced the ramp-up time for our team.

**What problems is Qualified solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our aim with Qualified is to better engage high-intent website visitors, improve the overall user experience on our website, and increase conversions while improving speed-to-lead for prospects exploring our solutions. By handling initial engagement, answering common questions, and qualifying visitors automatically, Qualified will help guide visitors to what they’re looking for - whether that’s customer support, product information, or booking a meeting with our team.

We also see it as a way to educate users as they navigate our website and ensure they can quickly find the right path without friction. At the same time, it will help our SDR team operate more efficiently by automating the initial qualification process and routing conversations appropriately, allowing SDRs to spend more time on higher-value conversations with prospects who are already engaged and showing intent.

**What do you like best about Qualified?**

It's simplicity. I can train the AI on exactly how to speak about our brand, how to contextualize conversations to different GTMs, and how to qualify leads. It's integration with Salesforce allows us to further identify specific leads and contextualize their website experience. No longer does a website visitor need to search through our site, instead our AI SDR is a concierge. Its extended capabilities unifies campaigns by allowing us to target named accounts, alert named sellers/BDRs, and trigger AI emails to nurture those in our buying cycles.

Additionally, our CSM Domenic is so helpful. Like many mid-market growth companies, we have frequent positioning change, attribution problems, and other operational challenges. He is great at listening to our problems and ideas, and then using his understanding of Qualified to help build solutions that help us drive outcomes.

**What do you dislike about Qualified?**

It's quite the investment, but has proven ROI within the first 6 months of launch. There are minor UI challenges and learning curves.

The platform is robust and can fulfill all our companies needs for chat and scheudling meetings with a variety of ways prospects can engage with our content (traditional chat, voice, AI SDRS, scheduling meeting within the chat and buttons and forms). The support they offer is also best in class.

literally nothing. This was the easiest  tech I have ever onboarded. Our rep, Jennifer, was buttons up with an easy to navigate task list and expectations that were clearly spelled out. The product itself is intuitive, can easily be trained, integrations with our CRMs and performs on our site exactly as intended.

We needed a new chat solution and Qualified fit the bill. They stood out above theie competitors for both price and functionality.

**What do you like best about Qualified?**

The software is great. That said, the best thing about Qualified is their Customer Success team. Our CSM has been nothing short of extraordinary. Her support over the past year using Qualified has helped us get the most out of it. From the prospect experience on our site, to lead routing, and the AI capabilities, I cannot recommend Qualified enough to any team.

In terms of the tool itself, it's easy to use. Qualified emphasizes a lot of support during your initial implementation. The AI capabilities of the tool continue to be iterated and advanced.

**What do you dislike about Qualified?**

It's hard to say anything here. If I had to nitpick, I would like for the tool to better identify current customers who are visiting our site. This may be an impossible feat, knowing a lot of customers who visit our site do not have pre-existing contact records.

**What problems is Qualified solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Qualified has allowed our lead routing to flourish. We brought on Qualified to emphasize our speed to prospecting leads who visit our site. It does this and then some, delivering the right leads to the right members of our sales team.

**What do you like best about Qualified?**

I really appreciate their customer success team; they are absolutely phenomenal. They make onboarding to the tool easier and are able to provide valuable advice around marketing operations. It's also great having someone to bounce ideas off of sometimes. I worked with Keenan, and he was incredible. Implementing ideas with him was seamless, and he made the process straightforward. Building with Qualified would be super complicated if I were to do it myself, as I have in the past with a competitor tool, but Keenan explains things easily, taking complex topics and just building them. Also, the initial setup of Qualified was very easy.

The UX has been designed brilliantly with user journey in mind. Very intuitive and easy to navigate (even with the upgrades)

Its integration with Salesforce is comprehensive

Piper X is a great upgrade with much easier usability 

Whilst we are still early in our rollout of Piper X, we have seen great conversations which have been accurate and smooth for the visitor.

ROI whilst still early, we have seen deals created.

Support has been on point throughout the whole process with Luben, Lauren and the support desk.

Performance whilst still early is very promising and where we see we need improvements, they are easy to make.

The AI brain has come in leaps and bounds in the 1 year i have been using.

Sometimes less is more. Over complication can often hinder a users journey but this is a minor and very rare occurence

I really like Qualified for its ability to act as an always-on advisor and assistant to prospects visiting our website. The education and behavior customization of the bot is impressive, and it’s not just limited to web chat. The bot has a bunch of other automated activities that can be turned on and integrated. I appreciate the ability to adjust and optimize on the fly so quickly, and the use of a wide array of resources to customize the bot to exactly what we want, including brand, voice, documents, and offers. It's essentially like having an extremely knowledgeable employee. The Qualified team was also phenomenal in their assistance, helping us a lot through the setup process.

There's a level of complexity to Qualified that causes some initial friction on setup. We have a lot of rules and workflow considerations when automating Qualified data flows to our automation and CRM platforms.

I love the ease of use from an operations standpoint and how customizable Qualified has been. The AI chat functionality was unlike our previous chat provider and has increased engagement by answering questions according to our branding and best practices. Another thing we have loved so far has been the support from the Qualified Implementation and Solution Architect team. They have been with us from day 1, consistently supporting us and ensuring we get the best use of the tool. The implementation process was pretty easy, with the team ensuring we met a tight installation date.

Would like to be able to extract specifics from Conversations in reporting. To analyze deeper by key words and topics.

**What do you like best about Qualified?**

I like how easy it is to deploy and configure updates to Qualified, and how deep the product goes in terms of its ability to develop custom experiences for different types of leads. We want to rapidly iterate on our chat experience to make improvements, and so the ability to deploy and configure updates without having an engineer involved is essential. We can launch and test new capabilities, all within the Qualified platform, and deploy to our website immediately. Setup with Qualified was fairly easy. With the right development resources on our end, plus the support of a CSM from Qualified, we were able to launch Qualified on our website in a little bit over a month.

**What do you dislike about Qualified?**

One thing we've discussed with Qualified is that we want more granular ability to edit our AI avatar. Additionally, we'd like to be able to deploy Qualified's agent in other channels. Specifically, we'd like to deploy Qualified's agent in WhatsApp. It's currently only available on the web.

Qualified helps us communicate with leads in their language 24/7 and manages a large volume of potential leads. It allows us to qualify inbound sales leads, schedule meetings, and educate leads about Wellhub.

**What do you like best about Qualified?**

I think what I like most about Qualified is its nuance and its ability to learn. We can add knowledge into the chatbot, and it integrates well with our website, HubSpot, and Salesforce, really bringing everything together. It plays nicely with all the other tools, giving customers a really good experience and allowing us to get to them quickly.

**What do you dislike about Qualified?**

I think the navigation user interface, user experience is a little confusing to navigate. There's a lot of options. And even though I've been working on it with the QSA's that are fantastic, Zach and also Lauren, it's when I try to go in there myself, I feel like I'm a little bit lost, and I'm clicking around quite a bit. So I think it could be more straight the UI, UX.

Qualified improves speed to lead, helping us capture leads that might be missed due to stretched BDR capacity. It integrates with tools like HubSpot and Salesforce, enhancing the customer experience and ensuring quick engagement.

**What do you like best about Qualified?**

I love the level of granular control I have over the content our AI SDR Kai accesses and how he leverages that content. It's great that I can remove outdated or confusing site pages to streamline Kai's knowledge base. I also appreciate being able to upload PDFs so Kai can access valuable gated content. The feature that lets me elevate certain site pages to 'offers' is fantastic because it ensures Kai points visitors to high-value lead generation pages when the conversation naturally leads that way. Best of all, doing all of these tasks is easy and intuitive. Having this control makes Kai as effective as a salesperson who never sleeps, ensuring accurate and brand-appropriate information is served to visitors. The training instructions and content settings are easily editable, allowing our AI Concierge to keep up with rapid industry changes. Lastly, I was only involved in setting up Kai's content knowledge base, and that was very easy. I heard no complaints from other members of the pre-launch team. Our Qualified representative, Lori, wonderfully guided me and was incredibly responsive to my questions.

**What do you dislike about Qualified?**

There are several options for placing the chat box on the screen, each with their own pros and cons. We found that the option we originally wanted to go with wouldn't work on our site without extensive design changes because adding the gutter to the right pushes all site content and design elements to the left, and our theme's responsive design did not handle it well. **IMPORTANT NOTE: this isn't Qualified's fault; it just might not work for your site either.** The next best option was to have Kai open in a floating window minimized at the bottom right of the screen. The downside of that is that it covers over site content. I think it would vastly improve if the floating window could be draggable, so the user could just move it out of the way to see content beneath it. At present, it remains fixed, so the user has to close and reopen the chat window any time it's blocking something they need to read.

I use Qualified to increase engagement and lead generation, qualify leads, and route them efficiently, saving us time and money while enhancing the user experience.

I like that Qualified is easy to use with a simple interface. The fact that the chatbot crawls our site and updates itself is a real plus. It can chat in many languages, reaching visitors in their own language. I appreciate the amazing customer success managers who stay with you throughout installation and usage. 

The snippets allow me to train the chatbot on answers that may not be apparent on our webpages.  For example: What is the best Vision System to use? What's the latest software for my product?  This has greatly helped us keep the bot current.

Qualified is integrated with our Salesforce instance, helping move leads quickly through our sales process. It has greatly helped us accelerate our initial sales process.

**What do you dislike about Qualified?**

I don't use Qualified's video chatbot. The platform has had some difficulties helping customers with detailed support questions.

**What problems is Qualified solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The main challenge with Qualified is around usability and intuitiveness in certain areas, particularly related to availability management. Having to manually mark availability on and off adds friction for users and creates unnecessary complexity in daily operations. While the platform is feature-rich, some workflows could be more intuitive, especially for end users, which would improve ease of use and adoption without reducing functionality.

I appreciate how customizable Qualified is. The tool is fairly easy to use, yet it still allows our operations team to build fairly complex routing logic and handle account assignment based on the rules we already have in our CRM. The integrations with Salesforce and Marketo are smooth and extremely helpful, especially for field lookups and matching. I also very much appreciate the level of support we've been given, the Qualified team is very responsive and open to feature requests.

There are a few minor routing settings I’d still like to see, such as the ability to add optional users to meetings based on Salesforce assignment rules (which their Queues feature has actually partially solved), as well as support for if/then statements within routing rules. These are fairly specific use cases, so they’re more in the nice-to-have category, but they would still be helpful.

Qualified has made it that much easier for SDRs to do meaningful work. It makes it easier for prospects to book meetings with us, by streamlining our XDRs process, eliminating the need for emailing with a prospect back and forth to nail down a time, routing to the AE, etc. All of that is now a few simple steps the prospect can do when requesting a meeting, allowing SDRs to use time to gather more in-depth BANT and work their leads with precision. The AI SDR/chatbot was easy to set up using our internal resources and website, and Piper Email has helped us get a few prospects that dropped off before converting back on the hook. It has officially paid for itself after one year of use!

**What do you dislike about Qualified?**

Not every feature we wanted was readily available, but the Qualified team has been great about taking feedback and keeping us updated on their roadmap. We even have a feature in beta that was because of something we suggested early on in our time with Qualified!

**What problems is Qualified solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Qualified, our SDR intake process when someone wanted to book a meeting with us was much clunkier. SDRs had to get in touch with the prospect to set up a time, which involved back and forth, reviewing AE calendars, ensuring the prospect met minimum qualifications for a meeting. Now, with Qualified, the prospect simply fills out all of that information and gets access to an AE's calendar right off the bat, making the process much easier on the SDRs. This allows them to spend less time on tedious tasks and more time on meaningful lead work.

I like how intuitive and easy the platform is to use. It doesn’t require months of implementation to get set up, and I use it daily. It works well with Salesforce and Outlook, so I don’t end up with duplicate leads or double bookings on my calendar. BUT MOST IMPORTANTLY, the support is insane. I’ve had questions about the platform, and all I had to do was message Austin Moore (our CSM), and he got on a call with me within hours to get it sorted. He’s also actively looking for ways to help me get the most out of the platform. I love the AI SDR because it takes care of all the email follow up for me so I can focus on making calls and discovery calls. 

Small things that i like:
1. You can see what the prospect is doing on the site and what they are typing before they type it.
2. Templates in chat, makes the response time much faster
3. Calendar in chat removes friction for the buyer

No issues with the core platform, I wish the signals part of the app captured more information (but idk if that is possible)

We’ve had a great experience with Qualified. Across multiple outbound and event follow-up campaigns, we’ve consistently seen 53–82% open rates and solid reply rates, which is well above what we typically expect from email. The personalization is a big reason for that and the emails don’t feel automated and prospects actually engage.

Using Qualified, we’ve booked high-quality meetings with companies like General Motors, and campaign setup is extremely fast and intuitive. The platform is easy to use, makes it simple to personalize at scale, and the email quality is excellent. Support, Usman specifically, has also been responsive and genuinely helpful whenever we’ve needed it.

**What do you dislike about Qualified?**

The only small improvement I’d call out is around reply visibility. It would be nice to see all replies in a single, centralized view instead of having to search for them across campaigns. That said, it’s a minor thing, and the team is always open to feedback and very receptive.

There were, frankly, a bunch of different aspects of my experience with Qualified that I loved! 

The first, and maybe the most important, as is the case with any platform, is our relationship with our CSM, Andrew Ritter. Andrew was always responsive, helpful, and thorough, walking us through even the more complex aspects of the platform with ease and understanding. That cordial simplification of the process was extremely helpful considering that we were building out an AI SDR function from scratch. 

Which brings me to the second aspect of the Qualified experience that I was such a fan of, being, of course, the product. While undeniably a complex tool, given enablement by Andrew and Co, the platform actually is a very user-friendly experience. 

Whether we were utilizing inbound follow-up and scheduling using Revvy, our AI SDR Qualified helped us build, enabling the bot to speak clearly and knowledgeably about our org and its products, or using Qualified for a large amount of email follow-up campaigns, with just a little tutelage, all of those processes were very easy to be built out. 

Which leads to my third and final aspect, which was the results we saw! On finalizing our AI SDR and email campaign processes, Revvy became our number one source of inbound revenue by a substantial margin, in a process that was very well-received both by the marketing org as well as sales leaders and reps.

Overall, it's an excellent product, and we legitimately would not have had an inbound function, let alone such a SUCCESSFUL inbound function as we had, without Qualified.

Currently, the lack of ability for more specific goals to be carried out, outside of our AI SDR wanting to book a meeting, was a bit frustrating when it came to wanting to utilize Revvy for nurture or awareness motions. But our CSM, Andrew, made us aware that this is a function that's right around the corner, so this won't be a gripe for long!

It integrates well with other tools we use like MS Teams, ZoomInfo, Google Ads, and Salesforce. The initial setup was smooth, making the transition easy for us.

I appreciate the support from Elle Anderson, who is incredibly responsive and an expert, making me feel confident about what we're rolling out. The meeting booking options are particularly valuable, and I find Qualified to be a "one stop shop" for many of our marketing needs, including live chat, offers, and nurture streams. I like that these features are purpose-built to drive prospects toward conversion and are very easy for marketers to use. Qualified also integrates well with Marketo and WordPress, and we were even able to cancel Drift and OptinMonster because of it. Our RevOps manager didn't have many complaints during the initial setup, thanks to the instrumental help from Elle Anderson, the Qualified Success Architect.

We loaded up hundreds of PDFs about our company and what we do, and we were able to start training the bot before turning on live crawling, which was a breeze and gave it the concierge angle. I think the customer success is also a big plus. The setup process was incredibly efficient; it was supposed to take ninety days, but with the help of Qualified's solution architects, Janine and Andrew, it was done in thirty days. I'd give it a solid 10 out of 10, especially appreciating the customer success aspect.

Later this spring, we are gonna work on the integration of the data into a central data lake, and we're gonna work on, not going directly into our Salesforce, which, of course, you guys are really well built for, but we're going to try to run through a middleware integration. Because I think that is not the easiest pre prescribed solution, which would be the direct integration.

The tool works as advertised and they make sure that you're getting the most out of the platform. I love the accuracy and ease-of-use of all the dashboards and it makes it easy to pull metrics for executive reviews. Our CSM, Logan, is also the best CSM I've ever worked with and they have a commitment to providing an excellent experience to their clients.

While their AI is incredibly strong on the front end for prospect engagement, the backend currently lacks AI-powered analytics for team managers. Right now, reviewing chat logs, summarizing conversational performance, and identifying areas for playbook optimization is still a very manual process. It would be a huge value-add if Qualified introduced AI features to automatically summarize chat outcomes, highlight friction points, and proactively suggest improvements to our routing logic and conversational flows.

I love how Qualified is the first touch point whenever someone visits our site, tracking and reporting metrics right away. It assists our Inbound team by catching visitors they can't, thanks to Qualified AISDR's ability to help many visitors at once. I find it really impressive that it documents every interaction in a reportable way, instantly saving us time on data entry and reducing human error. The AISDR's ability to recall previous topics provides a personalized and cohesive experience for users. Additionally, I like the company's genuine and bright staff who provide excellent communication, support, and guidance. The integration capability, UI, and services they offer consistently excel. I appreciate how customizable the AI is, and I get dashboards and reports on all interactions. The AI's email campaigns and signal information ensure I have all available information on a visitor. The initial setup was super easy too.

I would like to be able to send reporting to people who don't actively use Qualified. I love having a dedicated client success architect for our account. Our new point of contact is Cormac Malley who took over after Genise Christianson. The hand-off was seamless and Cormac was able to dive in and immediately help by building out custom solution dashboards for us and simplify some of our currrent lead routing flows.  I love that all of the technical work is handled by the Qualified team and since launching the new AI SDR capability it has been very low lift internally.

I would like the ability to have a multi-select option within the chat if someone was interested in learning about more than 1 product/solution. Our sales team would like the ability to leave the chat window and view another tab without being marked as away.

What stands out most about Qualified is the exceptional support we receive from Jen(jennifer@qualified.com). She is always available to assist us whenever we need help. In addition, Qualified as a platform offers a wide range of features that have been incredibly beneficial for us. Whether it's their AI SDR or the campaigns managed entirely by the AI SDR, I haven't come across any other tool on the market that supports us to this extent.

There's nothing specific that I dislike apart from the only part where I feel there's a lot of things Qualified offers that we are not necessarily utilising. Also, the campaigns are a bit complicated at times to navigate through which we've been assured would be fixed by their product team soon.

I really find Piper's features outstanding and they have improved significantly from when I last used Qualified about 2-3 years ago. The AI email campaigns are amazing and save a lot of time with follow-ups. The Qualified team is also incredible to work with. Their intent signals are great resources for gauging which target accounts are engaging with our site and materials. Additionally, AI emails ensure that leads who engage with chat or various website aspects don't fall through the cracks. With many freemium web visitors, setting up auto campaigns and reducing noise in the sales team's inboxes is very helpful. The initial setup was very smooth with Mike Witt's assistance. He is the best success architects I've worked with, responding extremely fast and being very knowledgeable about everything related to Qualified.

**What do you dislike about Qualified?**

I wish there was more flexibility for human input into the AI-generated responses, like emails or snippets. When training the AI agent with snippets, it's a clunky workflow. I have to mark the answer as wrong, create the snippet, delete the question, and re-add the question to confirm the snippet is accurate. Also, the responses aren’t always completely wrong; sometimes it just provides the wrong page link. So would be great to just be able to edit the link without creating a new snippet. And would be very helpful if we could see the updated snippet after it's been edited - can create confusion.

I'm coming back to update this review after about a year of using Qualified. And I must say, Qualified is worth it, just buy it. Compared to our last tool, Qualified is doing actual 40x increases. To be fair, our last solution was MUCH less sophisticated, but being able to write 40x increase and having the data to back it up at the end of the year has made Qualified my favorite software as a Demand Gen Marketer. Qualified is now in our top 4 new business channels.

But most importantly! The Qualified support team, specifically Cassie Tran, is the reason we've had such an amazing time with Qualified. Cassie is amazing and genuinely feels like she works on my marketing and not for Qualified. I've never had such a helpful, intelligent, dependable person to work with outside of my own team in my professional career. Thank you Cassie.

**What do you dislike about Qualified?**

The initial setup is pretty involved if you want to get it right but its to be expected with rebuilding routing rules and training an AI on your entire product. Cassie Tran made this very easy though.

**What problems is Qualified solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Our main problem was that we get a lot of good traffic to our site, but not everyone fills out a "request a demo" form. We knew we were missing out on talking to good potential customers.

Qualified lets us see who is on our site (like if they're from a target account) and gives us a way to start a real conversation with them right then and there. The main benefit is that we're booking solid meetings with qualified prospects who probably would have just clicked away and left the site before. It's helped us convert more of the traffic we're already working hard to get. The AI SDR is also quickly getting prospects questions about the product answered and is available at all times.

Earlier this year, we upgraded our website chatbot from rules-based branching to an AI SDR...and it's incredible how well Piper can respond to questions! It's eased the strain on our reps to not have to be continuously online to answer questions since Piper can handle questions and book meetings 24/7. It also eased the strain on our marketing team since we no longer have to manage the countless branches when we were doing rules-based logic. I also appreciate no longer needing to have as many manual translations for localized experiences which can be a bear to maintain and QA. Another area of the platform I use often is Offers. I love how I can easily segment what gets shown to users and manage them all without dev support. The cherry on top is the incredible support we receive from our Customer Success Architect. Their expertise, quick responses, and pleasant demeanor makes our ongoing relationship quite enjoyable. 

**What do you dislike about Qualified?**

With all of the content that Piper crawls in the initial onboarding phase, it makes for a hefty QA experience prior to launch. The scorecard functional is helpful to see common questions but the refinement process takes a while (which is worth it in the long run). It would be helpful to have a filter to option to see the content publish date so we can exclude older blogs and press releases that we don't want Piper referencing. We've experienced some issues with the crawl rate limit as sometimes it can overload the server. It would be nice to have options to schedule crawl dates and times, as well as how long the crawl takes

For our demand gen team, Qualifed is a vital pipeline generation tool! We can offer our customers and prospects tailored experiences to best meet their needs from speaking with a rep in real time, finding helpful resources, or scheduling a demo of our product.

We recently started testing the AI Email feature, which has been working well, overall. My one complaint is the way contacts get added to campaigns based on Salesforce campaign member status. Qualified will enroll a contact when a campaign member status changes, but not based on a current campaign member status. So, if the Qualified campaign is not already listening for that status change, the contacts won't be enrolled, and we have to go in a manually change them and then change them back.

We were missing out on opportunities to interact with prospects while they were on our site, engaging with our content. Giving prospects options to ask questions and book meetings in that moment has removed the friction associated with traditional sales follow-up.

I really appreciate the excellent level of customer success that our CS team has been offering, particularly Maddie. She's been really good in terms of spearheading the effectiveness of how we should be using Qualified, different use cases that other companies are working with Qualified on. Kudos to her particularly because the company that we're operating with right now, Buildbox, is on a parabolic trajectory, upwards when it comes to growth. With growth comes a lot of growing pains at the same time, so it takes a certain level of grit and patience within accounts of that caliber to ensure that there's value being driven and to ensure that a tool like Qualified fits the bill when it comes to our process and the scale that we're looking to achieve as a business.

**What do you dislike about Qualified?**

I find the interface could use improvement, specifically the search capabilities. In the settings, it's a lot of endless scrolling, and I would love to be able to search for the feature I'm looking for and have it load up all the different aspects I need.
