
We’ve had a great experience with Qualified. Across multiple outbound and event follow-up campaigns, we’ve consistently seen 53–82% open rates and solid reply rates, which is well above what we typically expect from email. The personalization is a big reason for that and the emails don’t feel automated and prospects actually engage.
Using Qualified, we’ve booked high-quality meetings with companies like General Motors, and campaign setup is extremely fast and intuitive. The platform is easy to use, makes it simple to personalize at scale, and the email quality is excellent. The only small improvement I’d call out is around reply visibility. It would be nice to see all replies in a single, centralized view instead of having to search for them across campaigns.
