What do you like best about Qualified?

We’ve had a great experience with Qualified. Across multiple outbound and event follow-up campaigns, we’ve consistently seen 53–82% open rates and solid reply rates, which is well above what we typically expect from email. The personalization is a big reason for that and the emails don’t feel automated and prospects actually engage.

Using Qualified, we’ve booked high-quality meetings with companies like General Motors, and campaign setup is extremely fast and intuitive. The platform is easy to use, makes it simple to personalize at scale, and the email quality is excellent. What do you dislike about Qualified?

The only small improvement I’d call out is around reply visibility. It would be nice to see all replies in a single, centralized view instead of having to search for them across campaigns. What do you like best about Qualified?

There were, frankly, a bunch of different aspects of my experience with Qualified that I loved!

The first, and maybe the most important, as is the case with any platform, is our relationship with our CSM, Andrew Ritter. Andrew was always responsive, helpful, and thorough, walking us through even the more complex aspects of the platform with ease and understanding. That cordial simplification of the process was extremely helpful considering that we were building out an AI SDR function from scratch.

Which brings me to the second aspect of the Qualified experience that I was such a fan of, being, of course, the product. While undeniably a complex tool, given enablement by Andrew and Co, the platform actually is a very user-friendly experience.

Whether we were utilizing inbound follow-up and scheduling using Revvy, our AI SDR Qualified helped us build, enabling the bot to speak clearly and knowledgeably about our org and its products, or using Qualified for a large amount of email follow-up campaigns, with just a little tutelage, all of those processes were very easy to be built out.

Which leads to my third and final aspect, which was the results we saw! On finalizing our AI SDR and email campaign processes, Revvy became our number one source of inbound revenue by a substantial margin, in a process that was very well-received both by the marketing org as well as sales leaders and reps.

Overall, it's an excellent product, and we legitimately would not have had an inbound function, let alone such a SUCCESSFUL inbound function as we had, without Qualified. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Qualified?

Currently, the lack of ability for more specific goals to be carried out, outside of our AI SDR wanting to book a meeting, was a bit frustrating when it came to wanting to utilize Revvy for nurture or awareness motions. Lily Weller, who has been our Qualified success architect over the past few months has been so helpful and knowledgeable about getting our AI SDR, Charity set up on the site and launching campaigns. Qualified's AI SDR has helped us get to 72.4% meeting offered to book rate, 24/7 AI SDR coverage with intelligent Q&A and qualification, as well as automated email coverage to close the gap on inbound leads that come to our site. I would very much recommend the Qualified team to other B2B companies looking to streamline their website visits and take advantage of the AI SDR (Piper) function. What do you like best about Qualified?

I really love how user-friendly the Qualified app is. It's easy as an admin to make edits and see what metrics and activity are happening. I also really like how the chat functionality works and looks compared to our last chat tool; it's much more modern, easy to read, and colorful. Teaching and onboarding new lead gen members is easy because it's so user-friendly, and it makes chatting easier. What do you like best about Qualified?

I love how Qualified is customized and customizable. I really appreciate how we're able to train it to our company's unique context. The AI engine is really nimble and dynamic, allowing us to personalize what we say in both email and chat for different clients and prospects. It supports a lot of programming and customization with prompting, picking up nuances that are hard to personalize at scale, even with an SDR team. Additionally, the initial setup was pretty easy; Neil and the CSM team were really hands-on in helping us get everything up and running. What do you like best about Qualified?

What I like most about Qualified is how well it helps turn website traffic into real sales conversations. The AI chatbot engages visitors in a way that feels natural and relevant, and it does a good job qualifying intent before passing conversations to sales. That has made a noticeable difference in the quality of inbound leads we receive.

The Salesforce integration is another big plus. Data syncs cleanly, routing works as expected, and it fits smoothly into our existing sales process. We also like how much control we have over targeting and messaging, whether that’s based on the page someone is on, their level of intent, or the account they belong to.

Our Success Architect, Neil, is amazing to work with and made the implementation process easy and seamless, working to help train both our Marketing and BDR teams.

What do you dislike about Qualified?

There’s nothing in particular that I dislike about Qualified. Like any platform, there is a learning curve when getting everything fully set up and optimized, but once it’s in place, it runs smoothly and delivers consistent value. What do you like best about Qualified?

What I've loved most about Qualified is how involved they are during implementation and how much they care about your success post-implementation.

When installing our AI SDR, Maddie Catinella—our Qualified Success Architect—was always available to ideate and problem solve, whether in a 1:1 call with just myself or in a group call with all of our stakeholders.

This same level of care and willingness to help has extended beyond implementation. Maddie continues to meet with us to provide recommendations to optimize our AI SDR and to help make targeted changes that will lead to an improved experience.

That I can't have multiple tabs open with multiple views. Qualified's web app only allows you to work in one browser tab at a time.

What do you like best about Qualified?

I really like using Qualified for its various features such as AI SDR, which we call Alex the AI Agent. It helps us convert high intent website traffic into qualified meetings faster with accurate routing. I appreciate the better buyer experience and measurable impact it provides. I'm a fan of the flexibility of the application and also the proactive relationship manager, Leslie Medina. The real-time website chats are excellent, and the AI assistance in data capturing and qualification is a big plus. I also find the direct calendar booking feature quite convenient. It integrates well with other tools we use like MS Teams, ZoomInfo, Google Ads, and Salesforce. The initial setup was smooth, making the transition easy for us. What do you dislike about Qualified?

The live chat agent round robin feature needs to be more flexible. Every agent should have an equal number of opportunities. It's been 2 months since we launched it in our team, and we're still learning and exploring with the help of the relationship manager. Agents who are available on the chat should get rotation instead of those who are unavailable. This ensures that if an agent takes a quick break, they won't miss out on chats. What do you like best about Qualified?

I like the team we work with because they allow us to get the most use out of the platform. Our Customer Success Rep, Lauren Ackermann, has been an incredible partner to our team from the beginning. She truly knows her stuff and is amazing at what she does, consistently going above and beyond. Lauren not only makes recommendations but actively helps us with real work, ensuring things get done. She's always willing to jump on a call when we need support, and her response time is incredibly fast.
