Qualia is an absolute powerhouse of real estate and settlement software. I haven't had the time to get everything set up exactly how I want it, and they keep adding new features I want to try! Granted, I work almost exclusively in very rural communities of 5,000 residents or fewer (I said rural and I meant it...) but our clients seem to be very pleased with Qualia and especially the Connect service. Connect makes us look like a much bigger company (3 title agents, 2 of whom are busy attorneys). The entire system is very intuitive and user-friendly, and helps us turn around orders quickly; order entry for existing clients is almost instant with their newest AI features - communication within orders also offers AI drafting that's surprisingly helpful. Education opportunities and support as to their latest features abound - my inbox is full of Qualia communications, and...I'm actually interested in them! All in all, I say Qualia is a home run! Invoice management is not easy within the system - I think if we'd upgraded to use their reconciliation features, that complaint might disappear. Customer support has been a little difficult to wrangle at times, but they pivoted to a slightly different model with one regular contact to get us to the right department (instead of trying to figure out which department we need and looping in the most previous contact for an entirely different issue months later), and that has made a huge difference in satisfaction. I find that the Task features are the most helpful to prioritize the work load. The ability also to create notes on the task bar, on the already created Homeowners Associtiation and/or Managment Company The upside to this is the ability to keep taks separated according to escrow file and the efficiency to completing the task when you already have notes to work off of each time. As a Title Officer, I use Qualia daily. I like that Qualia is a single program to manage with a robust FAQ section. Setting up templates is a dream.
Between Title & Escrow we have very different needs, template wise, it's nice to be able to whip up what each team member needs and add it to our toolbox. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
It infuriates me to no end that I cannot drag and drop from this program. In today's world that is a basic human right, not something a company should have to pay extra for. An undo button would be great for when I delete the wrong exception/information.
My company was merged with our sister company a year into our implementation of Qualia. Migration was non existant, so that was very time consuming process. Once you're in Qualia, you're in. Maybe things would have been easier if we were on the highest paid option. We were on the basic plan.
Ease of integration was fairly easy. We sacrificed several team members to set up our templates and folders to what we needed in Alaska to get started. It was VERY time consuming up front but was a DREAM after we really worked out the kinks. Qualia is as friendly as you take the time to make it.
Customer support was difficult to get started. We were only given access to the sales team, who could not answer our technical questions. We had to wait a month into the program to get access to the tech side of the team. Qualia has been able to help us keep staffing down with connect and AI. It's collecting a lot of necessary information upfront, electronically and automatically. They are always asking what and how they can make things better and asking for our input. I love that updates are done automatically and they don't effect the current pipeline. We used Resware in the past and although Resware has it's advantages, Qualia by far out ways them. I love that it's web based and easily accessible from anywhere. The banking integrations are huge and BankUnited is a great partner to use along with Qualia. Really there are only a couple of items in regards to scheduling we wish could be a little more user friendly. Scheduling 2 or more buyers/sellers at different times/places and having those appointments flow over to an outlook calendar. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
Qualia seamlessly integrates with every vendor we work with—whether it's lenders, surveyors, lien search companies, or realtors—making the entire closing process incredibly smooth and efficient. The ability to easily generate reports, balance figures effortlessly, and manage back-end accounting and reconciliation has truly streamlined our workflow. Additionally, the platform allows us to create our own custom documents, which adds even more flexibility. It's clear that Qualia has thought of everything! One small thing I’ve noticed is that commission splits aren’t yet an option directly in the commission tab and the commission splits are different now based on the new NAR ruling. Currently, splits need to be added and/or adjusted in a different area, which can be a bit inconvenient. However, I’m confident that this is something Qualia is aware of and will likely implement in the near future, as they’re always improving the platform based on user feedback. One of the best features of Qualia is how easily it integrates every step of the title and escrow process, making complex tasks far more manageable. The platform's intuitive layout and automation tools are real time-savers, especially when dealing with repetitive data entry, scheduling, and document management. I particularly appreciate the built-in communication channels that keep everyone on the same page—clients, real estate agents, and title agents—making it easy to streamline updates and collaborate in real-time. The ability to track each transaction's status also gives a clear, organized overview, which is incredibly helpful for staying on top of deadlines. Customer Support is top tier, and for someone who using Qualia daily, that is a huge boon.

The service is excellent. They are quick to answer and help out on your issues. I like that they can send you articles with the steps on how to do different things. The software is easty to learn. Makes a lot of things easier. I also like the integration aspect with the ability to print labels for sending packages with ease. Also like the what you see is what you get feature. Qualia is a great overall software program. The educational aspect is significant compared to other closing portals I've used. It surpasses AIM, Resware, and Softpro. The e-signing component in documents is fantastic and easy-to-use. The Simplifile collaboration is immensely helpful. Adding attachments to emails could be improved when pulling emails from multiple folders. I would also prefer to be able to add fees to the CD or ALTA directly, rather than by using the tabs for each individual section. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

My least favorite thing is that sometimes you have to mess with the sytem in order to add items in how you like them as the system has an automatic setting that doesnt allow it to be inputed in a certian way. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Qualia makes it simple to be completely thorough during a transaction, and keeps everyone aware of each file's progress. It is very user friendly, not only for me, but for my clients as well. Balancing is a breeze, making it super quick to complete closings and estimates along the way. I love how I can easily send out items from the program itself and don't require an outside email program to quickly send items out to lenders when they need them.
