I like how easy it is to set up and launch surveys. It literally took us one day to set it up. I also like that customer support is very responsive and helpful - I always get my answers in the same day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
it's kind of expensive for the limits that are offered. The process of creating a survey can be quite repetitive as you have to make a lot of clicks for one change of flow - It would be great if they added tools to make these easier (e.g. something that allows you to redirect all the answers from one question to the same next question). The Style API documentation is not very detailed - it would be great for example if you have a catalog of each component with their corresponding IDs. Integration with Amplitude would be great too.
