**What do you like best about Quadient Accounts Receivable?**

I can easily see which invoices are past due, so I’m able to reach out to customers and request payment. It’s important that this information is available because it helps me act quickly and avoid late payments. I mostly use the Aging Report tab for this.
I like to pool reports, I filter by my name as Assigned AR Specialist, pull my list of customer that has open invoices, and filter to have a knowledge of what to expect to receive the current month,
Thinking more about this I use the Tasks to create actions to keep in mind and action on so it don't get lost, remind to contact the customer, communications from the customer

**What do you dislike about Quadient Accounts Receivable?**

Sometimes the billing cut-off doesn’t line up with the end of the month. Also, in the Goal tab on the Dashboard, there isn’t an option to change the goal period, so I have to manually calculate whether I’ve reached the goal or not by going to the Dashboard and then AR Specialist. It would be much easier if I could see this directly in the Goal option.
The response from the customer go to the incorrect accounts, the tool sends the email to the customer in the first day of the month sometimes the response does not go to the correct account,

**What problems is Quadient Accounts Receivable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I like being able to see when a customer responds to emails, but sometimes messages get lost or end up routed to the wrong account.
What the tool does is sending the message to the customer this solves a lot of time, but when the customer responds this happens sometimes,
I can filter by larger amounts and reach out the customer that has big open invoices so I can reach out my goal,

**What do you like best about Quadient Accounts Receivable?**

I like that there is always an email trail for each customer.  Whether it is an invoice which is issued, a payment remittance or a discussion about payments, disputes etc., all in one spot.  I also like that there is a trail of who did what with a credit card.  Who ran the card and what the outcome was.

**What do you dislike about Quadient Accounts Receivable?**

Sometimes the customer support struggles to have a timely response.  The good news, they do send out notifications that their response has been delayed, so you know you are not forgotten.

**What problems is Quadient Accounts Receivable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Invoice delivery.  We used a competitor before moving to Yaypay; we had lots of issues with invoice delivery and accuracy.  We also had an issue that everytime there was a payment on account (as we did not know how to apply the payment) that the customer received a credit memo for that payment.  This caused a lot of confusion.  We do not have this issue with Yaypay.

**What do you like best about Quadient Accounts Receivable?**

I like the automated and customizable collections emails, and how easy it is for clients to pay their invoices. Definitely like the option for both CC or ACH payments. My company uses the automated reports for our salespeople as well and those have mostly worked very well.

**What do you dislike about Quadient Accounts Receivable?**

My biggest gripe with Quadient AR is that the system does not send receipts automatically! My clients and my fellow AR staff think it is a HUGE miss in the system, and it should be part of every single package.

**What problems is Quadient Accounts Receivable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is speeding up collections and taking away some of the basic tasks our collectors used to do, or making them easier. It gives clients a secure portal without making them log in, which is also really nice.

I love that Quadient Accounts Receivable solves the problem of customers not receiving their invoices or having questions about them. I can just send them a link to their statement, and everything is easy for both customers and internal employees. It's fantastic that it's easy for internal employees in multiple departments to view the accounts receivable, invoice information, and customer information. I primarily help customers with invoice objections or questions, so having an easy place to find invoices, statements, and payment history saves me a lot of time, as it eliminates the need for research. My coworkers also mentioned that the initial setup was pretty easy, and it was a good experience. Overall, it's a 10, honestly. I love it.

Simple and easy to use--internally and for customers. No training required. It's intuitive and quick.

I find Quadient Accounts Receivable user-friendly, making it easy for me to navigate. I use it to view my customers' bills and provide them access for bill payment, which streamlines the process. I also find the YayPay links particularly useful as customers frequently ask for them. Additionally, the initial setup of Quadient Accounts Receivable was pretty easy for me; I just logged in and started using it.

I would like for Sitelink and Edge to be on the same page and not have to log into them separately. It would just help to have access to all services and invoices in one place with no other log in.

I like that Quadient Accounts Receivable is interactive and I can share it with my customers. It simplifies my day as I can send a customer a statement link, so they can retrieve their own invoices and make payments rather than me having to do it for them. It also helps by sending out reminder letters, which is great because I have so many customers that I cannot reach all of them in one month.

**What do you dislike about Quadient Accounts Receivable?**

I don't like that the credits and debits are separated. Also, when a customer uses a credit note on their payment, you cannot retrieve that credit note from the system.

**What problems is Quadient Accounts Receivable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I use Quadient Accounts Receivable for daily collections, running invoice copies, and making payments. It simplifies my day by allowing customers to retrieve invoices and make payments independently and sends reminder letters to reach all my numerous customers.

It's really easy to switch back and forth between our two product lines (we have two separate companies), incredibly easy to share statement links with clients so they can view/download any open or closed invoices. Clients can even make a payment or set up a payment plan.

I can't really say I dislike anything about Quadient.

**What problems is Quadient Accounts Receivable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quadient does things that QuickBooks/Intuit just doesn't allow us to do. It has helped us increase invoice visibility with our clients and thus, we have collected more payments on overdue/past due invoices. Admin work is also decreased because clients can download their own invoices as opposed to us having to manually download PDFs for them which takes up a lot of time and effort.

We really like the UI and the collaboration features, especially how seamlessly it integrates with Sage Intacct. The pricing is a bit high, but we still see a clear ROI. Support has been great as well, and we also appreciate the quarterly reviews we receive.

I think Quadient Accounts Receivable is easy to use and quite user-friendly. It's easy to navigate, and there are a lot of different features that I like. I use it together with Genesys for our outbound calls, and that's pretty effective. I also appreciate how easy the initial setup was, as it's quite genuine and easy to use.

I like the automated workflows in Quadient Accounts Receivable because I can easily tailor them. I find triggered events really useful, like when an email comes in with certain information, it sets a task for follow-up or ensures a promise to pay. This feature helps make sure payments come in when stated. The workflows overall are what I like the most.

I find the email format lacking. When it's received, it looks cheap, and there's very low-grade customization possible. Embedding more and links is nearly impossible.

The customer cards/data could be more editable and not just grabbed from the ERP. I wanted to edit the emails just on Yaypay and edit the customer type, for example. I have intercompany which I don't work with, but it shows, and if I could add that info on the customer data, I could filter it out.

I love that as a member of the Collection team and responsible for 50M a month to collect that I am able to post Promise to pay.  Check where I am for the month on my goals and send statements to customers.

**What do you dislike about Quadient Accounts Receivable?**

The only thing I do not like is the line items Yaypay makes for P2P.  Our customers pay maybe 50-75 invoices at a time.  I would like to see just one notification at the bottom of the customer with all the invoices listed and the total instead of a line item for each invoice.

**What problems is Quadient Accounts Receivable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It lets me know where I am at in meeting my collection goals.  I can log P2P when ACH come in or a customer notifies you of a payment.  It also keeps up with the amount of collections I have made for the month so I can see how close I am to my goal everyday.  Sending statements is very easy, you can send to all or one customer at a time.  It also allows me to keep track of disputed invoices for a customer.

The ability to locate and store important notes and account related documents all in one place contributes to efficient processes to manage your time effectively. The ability to create/update custom templates helps to add that business touch to help provide clear communication to your customer.

There is not anything I can comment on regarding dislikes, we are extremely pleased with our experience with this product.

The internal statement page and subcodes for invoices help us quickly identify problematic items within a few moments of review. The ability to select pertinent items to include in a payment reminder or statement greatly reduces time spent inquiring about past due or short paid invoices. What could have take up to 10+ minutes before is now communicated in less than 1 minute. The ease of locating everything in one place really eliminates time wasted moving from screen to screen in our ERP.

It is really smooth to navigate and maintain the customer information. Be it automated dunning or tracking the promise to pay for a customer. Yaypay really makes our life easy through its modern ways of working on receivables line items. It is easy to use when it comes to maintain the logs and perform your to-do tasks.We find it really easy to implement new ideas in yaypay when it comes to make things work through our way. We use it really frequent when it comes to month end and daily tasks. The integration between Yaypay and other ERP tool is also commendable. the customer support is also easy accessible and is non responsive.

Yaypay is fantastic in its approach however the only hiccup wih Yaypay is that it does not bring the old feature again once it updates its software.

What I like most is that the tool already has some great built in automations such as filtering clients by aging bucket, not disputed, etc and then emailing all of those with a single click. You can also choose to attach their statements or copies of invoices or to CC their Sales reps.

I wish there is a way to filter on the aging tab or invoice tab without having to click to many places. There could be a filter right on the headers like Excel does.

**What do you like best about Quadient Accounts Receivable?**

The Quadient AR solution is designed to streamline and automate ar processes within our organization. The tool  is great for daily use and overview incoming  payment  and  accelerate the cash flow . (Versatile  pplatform)

**What do you dislike about Quadient Accounts Receivable?**

Would like to see the PO listed as an indicator- At the moement got to use 2 platmorm9 (Netsuite)

Transforming the AR process, more efficient and focus on daily activities

Sometimes the search option doesn't search properly if you hit enter after looking for a specific account.

Assists me with reconizing the past due account in order to reach out to the client to give them exact past due invoices and amounts.

**What do you like best about Quadient Accounts Receivable?**

The YayPay team has been consistent about being able to easily modify the system to look and feel how we need it to for our customers. The support team always quickly executes our requests and works diligently to make sure the experience is smooth for our customers. Our customer success manager Aleks is always on top of anything we need assistance with and offers training whenever necessary.

**What do you dislike about Quadient Accounts Receivable?**

The initial integration was a little rough. We felt like it would have been nicer if there was less work on our end and more from YayPay to integrate but at the end of the day it got done. Since working more with the team however, they have introduced new features that will allow us to connect with API.

**What problems is Quadient Accounts Receivable solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The support team has been really great about quickly modifying our invoice templates to make the customer experience more fluid between us and them. Even when we go back later and need to add they always help us get that done quickly. The ability to give our customers access to all of their invoices in one place and not digging through their email or asking for them again has been great.

They are expanding and becoming more innovative and accepting of suggestions and recommendations to become more user friendly.

Can be slightly confusing to use at first, but once you get the hang of it, there aren't any cons to mention.

1.) Automated dunning and communications with clients.  Which are fully customizable so we can tailor the communication based on the client. 
2,)  All communications with client in one place.
3.)  Empowering the client to access their own invoices, statements, manage payments  and communications.
4.) Implentation was easy and the implementation team was so responsive, gave great input and ideas on how best to handle different situations.

Their own AR is a little unresponsive, but the product and support are fantastic.
