I like that there is always an email trail for each customer. Whether it is an invoice which is issued, a payment remittance or a discussion about payments, disputes etc., all in one spot. What do you dislike about Quadient Accounts Receivable? Sometimes the customer support struggles to have a timely response. The good news, they do send out notifications that their response has been delayed, so you know you are not forgotten. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What problems is Quadient Accounts Receivable solving and how is that benefiting you? Invoice delivery. We used a competitor before moving to Yaypay; we had lots of issues with invoice delivery and accuracy. We also had an issue that everytime there was a payment on account (as we did not know how to apply the payment) that the customer received a credit memo for that payment.
